Vandaag hebben we de laatste hand gelegd aan onze website. We hebben onze foto toegevoegd op de indexpagina. Door op onze foto te klikken kom je op de eigenlijke website terecht.
We zijn gisteren begonnen met de eerste stap uit het stappenplan: een organigram opstellen. Hiermee zijn we dan aan de slag gegaan en hebben al de verschillende pagina's toegevoegd in FrontPage. We hebben ook al een indeling gekozen voor elke pagina.
Vandaag zijn we verdergegaan met de opmaak. We hebben een achtergrond gekozen in Publisher en hebben deze overgebracht naar FrontPage. Daarna hebben we knoppen toegevoegd en aan elkaar gelinkt. We zijn begonnen met het invoegen van de informatie die op onze site moet komen te staan. Deze informatie hebben we uit onze folder gehaald, maar wel nog wat verder uitgewerkt. We hebben ook enkele foto's gezocht voor in ons fotoboek en een foto gemaakt van ons zelf voor op de startpagina. Door op deze foto te klikken zou je dan op onze website komen. Jammer genoeg kunnen we deze foto niet op de pc zetten hier op school en zullen we volgende week nog een dagje moeten komen voor de afwerking van onze website .
The last two weeks of the school year, we worked on every task that wasn't finished yet. We had to put all our tasks in the "personal content" of our e-portfolio on BlackBoard. Then, we had to make our own e-portfolio. Mine is called "Office Management in een digitale omgeving". In this e-portfolio you can find all the information about my company, information about all the tasks and excercices we had to make.
This week, we learned something new, something I've never heard from before: Lotus Notes. Lotus Notes is an IBM programm and it looks like Outlook. With this programm, you can send e-mails to your contacts, make a planning, keep your diary,... It can be very usefull when I'm a Management Assistant, to plan everything and to make sure that I won't forget anything.
We continued to work on our asseignments. First, we had to make a planning of building a ched. When that asseignment was finished, we had to make two new plannings: a planning of a 'company day' in the company that we applied for in the beginning of the year and a planning of a quiz. When we had finished every asseignment, we had to be creative and make some new plannings ourselfs.
Yesterday and Today, we had to follow a course. for the first time in a very long time, mrs. Timmers has started to teach us everything about MS Project. We started with an example: set up a school paper. This way, we got to know MS Project a little bit better. Today, we have made a second asseignment.
Today, we started on our tasks of this last term of the school year. We had to make an e-mail in Word, and then sent this e-mail to all our clients with Outlook. We had to use the logo of our company as a background of the e-mail. Then, we had to put a file in word, so we could rework it. We also had to plan a trip of our boss to Paris, were he had a seminare. We had to look everything up and plan everything as detailed as possible.
Last Thursday, Friday and today, we worked on our presentation. We all have to do a small presenentation about a subject that has something to do with the computer. My subject is "MS Project". I looked up information about the program and what you can do with it. With this information I made a full text and I'm still working on my PowerPoint presentation. It all has to be finished for next Thursday. Tomorrow, we are going to look at the resuls of our inquiry and finish the presentation.
Yesterday and today, we worked on our tasks of the 4th week. The first thing we had to do was making a new e-mail adress and use this adress in Outlook, but this didn't work. Then we had to do a survey. My subject is "flexibility at school with credits". We had to send this survey to all the students in our class and we had to handle the answers. We also had to make a new PP presentation about the company you applied for 2 weeks ago.
