The house is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Grand Place and the quays. In one of Antwerps' small historical streets and in close proximity to the cathedral. It is located near the Sint Andries Quarter, ideal for antiques and flea market enthusiasts. If you are looking for a citytrip in Antwerp this is one of the best places to stay!!!
The budget is depending on period and term of rental, starting from 1200,- per month.
The house has 1 bedroom and one duplex sleeper. There is a seperate kitchen, sleeping room, bathroom and living room. Every floor ( 3 in total) has its' own small terrace. On top, in the livingroom, the terrace is slightly bigger.
On the first level, where the kitchen and dining area is situated, there is a fully equiped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, cooking plate, oven, micro wave, dishwasser,... Pots and pans, plates and cutlery, even kitchen towels are present.
On the second level you will find a bathroom, with bath and shower, a seperated toilet and a bedroom. Towels and sheets present.
The third floor makes room for the living room, with terrace. T.V. and cable districution, as well as wireless internet is present.
There is also a washing machine and drye. I also offer a parking space for rent nearby ( just opposite the Grand Place)
