Note: Ik kan moeilijk slapen, dus ik doe altijd muziek aan. En dan doe ik ''Sweet Dreams'' van Beyonce aan. The Perfect Song om in slaap te vallen, voor mij in ieder geval. Je moet een eigen manier verzinnen om in slaap te vallen. Zoals een warme melk of thee drinken. Wat je vooral moet doen als je in bed ligt is, dat je moet ontspannen. Niet aan negatieve dingen denken van: Oh, nee. Morgen een proefwerk! Helemaal vergeten te leren. Denk aan postieve dingen...Of aan iets leuks kan ook.....
