    Hello everyone 
    I'm camilla and i'm a 18 years old girl
    this is the first time i'm writing a blog
    so i started this blog because i'm struggeling with a problem by my self that's called :diet
    so i'm 87 kilo or 191 pounds (what's obviously to much for me ) i'm 1m65 or 5.4ft tall
    i already lost 3 kilo or 6.6 pounds an i'm doing my diet for already 2 weeks
    the reason why i started this is because i know how hard it is to lose weight , but maybe i can help you with giving you tips or something like that
    my goal is to be 55kg or  121 pound , and i wanna lose at least 5kg or 11pounds  each month
    i'm going to write everyday what i've done and what i ate that day
    I do everyday 4 kinda excercises: cardio,fat burning excercises,excercises for my legs and excercises for my abs
    and a bonus i'm doing weights for my arms
    i know how hard it is to resist candy and sweet ,but you have to
    and when you eat a candy in the kitchen ,where no one sees you , just know you are only cheating on yourself
    when you have this hungry feeling , drink water or tea because it hasn't any fat and calories
    when you drink thee, it must be green tea, it's helping you when you are on your diet
    you can eat less bread, meat, and anything else that is delicious
    because if you eat chips (example) you won't be able to stop eating 
    so this was my introduction
    i'll  be blogging every day so ask me if you wanna know something

    So i'm going to tell you what i ate today , and how much i eat on a day
    so i eat 3 times a day: breakfast,lunch,dinner and lunch
    Breakfast: so today i ate  a boiled egg and a salad and i drank tea (green tea)
    Dinner : I ate grated carrots with hunny
    And for lunch i'd probably eat 1 sandwich
     I wait for 4 hours between breakfast and dinner ,and 4 hours from dinner to lunch
    and i drink at least 2 litres of water and tea
    My excercises for today would be
    pop pilates legs (13 mins)
    don't thik it's an easy excercise because it's not
    at the end of the video , you'll hate the instrutor
    than after that i'm having a pause for 10 mins
    and then i'm going to do : pop pilates ab time for beginners (13 mins)
    if this video is too easy for you , go look for an more difficult one
    after that i'm gonna have a pause for again 10 min
    and then i'm doing fat burning excercise thats again 13 minutes
    that's the most difficult video of them all because you won't be able to rest for 10 seconds
    and after that you can jog for 20 min or if you have a fitness device where you can run or jog
    do that 
    and at the end with weights at least 20 times for your arms 
    that's what i'm gonna do today 
    when i'm done with all of these excercise i'll say how it went
