Petrol is available until until you reach Morioka which is – I suppose you can say – the “gateway to the disaster area. There is nothing on the streets excepts for huge queues of cars queuing for gasoline. The petrol stations are not yet open and I would suggest that the cars are two three or four hundred cars long.
