Be sure to walk through the Parc de la Ciutadella and for a magnificent view you can visit the castle on top of Montjuïc with a cable car. Other highlights are Tibidabo, the Gothic Quarter and the lively Gracia district. Football fan? Then go to Camp Nou, the FC Barcelona stadium.
Seville: When you visit this city in Andalusia you cannot miss the Moorish history of Seville. The highlight is by far the Real Alcazar de Sevilla, or the royal palace. In addition, the enormous cathedral with the adjacent Giralda tower should not be missed. Visit the Metropol Parasol, a wonderful place for a glass of wine, the beautiful Plaza de España at the Parc de Maria Luisa and take a boat trip on the river. La Macarena with the Basilica de la Macarena is an authentic neighborhood. In the evening you can eat delicious tapas in the Santa Cruz district, the historic center of Seville.
Granada: Whoever says Granada immediately calls out the name of the world famous Alhambra palace. This Moorish palace is so popular that it often sells out weeks in advance, especially when you want to get tickets including the beautiful Nasrid Palace. But the adjacent gardens with the Generalife summer palace are also worth a visit. In the city of Granada itself, you should definitely visit El Albayzin, the Arab quarter with narrow alleys, nice squares and, among other things, the Arab bathhouse. Then walk up the hill to Sacromonte, the cave district where you will meet the gypsies who live for Flamenco music. Other sights in Granada are the cathedral with the Capilla Real, the royal burial chapels and the Alcaiceria bazaar / market. If you are in the area for longer than visit the nature reserve of the Sierra Nevada.
Valencia: The city of Valencia can actually be divided into two parts, namely the historic center with sights such as the cathedral, Plaza de la Virgen and La Lonja de la Seda (The silk exchange).
