Today my niece, Mieke came over from Salamanca, Spain where she works as a biologist. She also has to travel a lot (recently, she went to the Philippines for a sort of biologic research). Today, she returned to Belgium for a few days together with her Spanish friend, Andres. 

To celebrate it, we went to a Spanish restaurant in Bruges, called Bodega Lorena s. We ate Tapas and other spanish dishes like Paella and a tortilla de patatas (that's a potato omelette). We spoke mainly English (I don't speak Spanish).

After a good meal, we had a drink. We all stayed with my parents to sleep. After three days, she returned to Salamanca with her friend.
