'Too early to criticise' Welsh ministers on film funding

It is too early to criticise the Welsh Government on its investments in film, according to industry expert Tom Ware.

The Welsh Government has invested £11.9m in film, TV and video game projects but so far only £3.6m has been recouped.

Mr Ware, director in production and performance at the University of South Wales, said such investments could take a minimum of five years to be recouped.
