Still in Senegal !!!!!
TOTAL QSO : around 9500 (details later )
We left Le Calao (where our shack is located ) but when arriving to the airport we heard that the flight is overbooked. So we cannot leave to Belgium today !!!!! (Yes this is Africa) We received a room in a very nice Hotel in Dakar (Le Meridien) next to the Atlantic ocean Nice hotel where we can rest a little bit afer hard working and eat some European food We have all the equipments with us so we will TRY to be QRV

Power is back We are back on the air again 20 meter SSB and 17 meter RTTY

Last day of our activities in Senegal Counter of QSO is + 8000
Activity until around 16h GMT as much as possible (SSB and RTTY) We leave our shack at 18 h direction Ariport Dakar for a 6 hours flight to Belgium
Still running ok on all bands This morning a lot of QSO's made on 17 meter and 20 meter Also RTTY on both bands
We worked some JA stations on 80 meter Low bands are very hard to work here
2 days to go to increase the number of QSO's from 6600 to ....

Still running pileups
Still running pileups on 20 meter and 17 meter Qrv on 18160 and 14250 Total QSO counter : 3800 and still growing

We are back on the air
21.30h GMT Local time Good news Electricity is up and running again 6V7O and 6V7P is back on the air again
No electricity anymore
20.30 h GMT (= Senegal local time) Problem : For the moment we are not on the air due to power failure in the whole village The only thing that works is the internet and our computers (UPS)

Big pileups
We had some big pileups on 20 and 15 meter this morning Big signals from Europe Working split is even not enough !
Temperature in Senegal abt 23 but more temperature in our shack !
