The strike of a pike
At Visma, I spoke to Luc Coppens. He's the pro staff from Westin. He showed me some new lures that recently came out. Including Percy the Perch inline. It has the same looks as the normal Percy the Perch but the new one is made of hard plastic and it isn't a hybrid. It hasn't a swimming lip in the front so it has a realistic action in the water. The special thing about this lure is the inline system. The stinger is attached to a wire that's made of steel so it can't snap. When a pike strikes the lure, the stinger comes out of the lure and the lure can slide on the wire. That means the pike can't use the weight to spit the lure out so you'll lose less fish.
The next weekend, I went to the water to test it. When I was standing on the shore, I made a long cast to see the action but when it was halfway, a pike strikes the lure very hard and everything went perfect. The new system did his job so that means it deserves a big 10/10!
