Critical approach on the assignment

I love making this kind of assignments. It demands creativity and magic fingers to make something good of it. I honestly even think we should do this more often. Not only for the english course, but also for others. It doesn't take too much time to write something down, but I believe that the more frequent we do this kind of assignments it will improve our writing skills.

We had a week to write something down on this blog, which was all right. At the beginning of the week I always did a little research on the subjects I could maybe tackle. The thing I liked the most was that the given topics were wide spread. You could pick any subtopic you wanted to write about. The subject which was less easy for me was writing about sports. But I managed in writing an article so I hope it's a good one.

Feedback on the assignment

This assignment was for me very amusing. Sometimes I found it very hard to always think about writing and posting the texts on time, but I managed to do it every time. Using the blog and having a week time to write about a subject gave us the freedom to plan to work, when it was suitable for us. Therefore, I found the assignment not very stressful and really not an extra burden on our shoulders. It is, in my opinion also an excellent way to improve our writing skills and to practice our vocabulary.

In short, I find the assignment very useful and the blog and the time we had to make it very comfortable. It forces us to be creative with words, and that’s what we are trying to do in our education at Platijn.
