    UPDATE SABIN EN NASH

    - Kevin Nash wrote the following on Twitter early yesterday: “not bad. it only took me 1 hour to get out of bed. usual suspects neck and right knee are killing me. todays mystery pain is right hip.”

    - TNA star Chris Sabin “tweaked” his neck again at the iMPACT tapings this past week, according to a Pro Wrestling Guerrilla press release. TNA sources say Sabin will be taking a few weeks off in order to let the injury heal.

HERSHEY, Pa. - In a city famous for all things chocolate, special guest host, Gov. Jesse Ventura, brought to Raw an appropriate revolutionary new concept: Sweet for some, bitter for others and a little messy when things got too hot to handle.

WWE Champion John Cena and Sheamus signed title match contract; Sheamus attacked Cena (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Gov. Jesse Ventura has never been afraid to speak his mind. So, at the conclusion of the contract signing between WWE Champion John Cena and his opponent at the WWE TLC pay-per-view, Sheamus, Ventura admitted that he thought there was a conspiracy at WWE. As the host of Conspiracy Theory, a truTV program that has Ventura hunting for answers to determine the validity of various theories, the WWE Hall of Famer told The Champ that he feels there’s a conspiracy by WWE officials to maintain Cena as the face of the company.

While Ventura went on to say that he hopes Sheamus defeats Cena, The Celtic Warrior attacked the WWE Champion from behind and slammed him through a table. It was then that Ventura declared that the WWE Championship Match at WWE TLC will officially be a Tables Match.

Raw’s special guest host next week will be Verne Troyer
Next week’s Raw promises to be huge, even if the show’s special guest host packs all his manic energy into a less-than-giant frame. Austin Powers alum Verne Troyer will stroll into Baltimore, Md., to take control and show the WWE Universe that big things come in small packages.

Sheamus def. Kofi Kingston, Randy Orton, MVP, Mark Henry, R-Truth, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase (PHOTOS | WATCH)
With each having earned their spot in the first-ever Breakthrough Battle Royal, Sheamus, Kofi Kingston, Randy Orton, MVP, Mark Henry, R-Truth, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase each appeared focused on what could prove to many to be the opportunity of their careers. Whichever Superstar emerged victorious would compete in either a WWE or World Heavyweight Championship Match.

As special guest host, Gov. Jesse Ventura, alongside Mr. McMahon, announced the bout, the action inside the ring tumbled along at a frenetic pace. While alliances were utilized, they were also tested. Two Superstars that have showcased an unusually high level of rancor, Kofi and Orton, were at each other's throats almost immediately. Before the end of the match, though, The Dreadlock Dynamo would get the best of The Viper, sending him over the top rope and out of the competition. Kofi had little time to celebrate, however, since, by the end, it was The Celtic Warrior, Sheamus, who would emerge from the pack of hungry Superstars to become the No. 1 contender for the WWE Championship.

Legacy def. Cryme Tyme (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase have always been eager to please. And with their Legacy ring leader, Randy Orton, in the Breakthrough Battle Royal, you can just bet that The Viper loudly emphasized the need to have his henchmen in the ring with him. Well, Randy, mission accomplished. The Legacy duo beat back the challenge of Cryme Tyme to qualify themselves for the night’s main event.

    Kane confronted Batista (WATCH)
After “embarrassing” his former best friend, Rey Mysterio, at Survivor Series, Batista informed the WWE Universe that he will stop at nothing to get his hands on The Undertaker’s World Heavyweight Championship. Not so fast. The Deadman’s brother, Kane, then entered the ring and confronted The Animal, begging that Batista try to crush him like he did Rey the night before. The Animal, however, would not take the bait and left the ring.

DX def. The Hart Dynasty; Unified Tag Team Champions Chris Jericho & Big Show will defend their titles against DX at WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Despite practically trying to dismantle one another at Survivor Series in a Triple Threat WWE Title Match, Triple H and Shawn Michaels reestablished their bond, understanding their actions the night before were in the heat of competition. Once they put bygones behind them, they quickly found their groove while facing off against The Hart Dynasty. While Tyson Kidd & David Hart Smith looked to be in top shape and gave the DX duo a bit of a scare, the veterans pulled out the victory.

Afterward, Chris Jericho paid the two a visit to discuss he and Big Show defending their Unified Tag Team Titles against the challenge of DX at the upcoming pay-per-view, WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs. After listening to Jericho condescend for a while, DX happily informed the self-important Superstar that their bout will be a TLC Match!

Divas Champion Melina, Mickie James & Kelly Kelly def. Women’s Champion Michelle McCool, Layla & Jillian (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Forget everything you learned about Thanksgiving in elementary school. On Raw, the Pilgrims and Native Americans didn’t sit down to a fall feast. Instead, they dressed in sexy outfits and tried to tear each other apart in a Thanksgiving Mayflower Melee Match. Clad in Native American apparel, Divas Champion Melina, Mickie James & Kelly Kelly fought Women’s Champion Michelle McCool, Layla & Jillian. To complete the Thanksgiving theme, the Goobledy Gooker even served as timekeeper.

Once the match got underway, Team Native American was able to best Team Pilgrim when Melina managed to pin Jillian. Always eager to speak with Divas, Jerry “The King” Lawler entered the ring for an interview with the beautiful Latina. And that’s when things took a turn for the weird. The Gobbledy Gooker attacked the Divas Champion from behind. Moments later, it was revealed that the turkey costume was actually stuffed with Maryse!

Primo attacked by The Viper; Randy Orton def. Evan Bourne (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Like a spoiled child, Randy Orton simply won’t take “no” for an answer. In a desperate attempt to qualify for the Breakthrough Battle Royal, The Viper attacked Primo as the Boriqua brawler made his way to the ring for his qualifying match against Evan Bourne.

As a result, Primo was unable to compete. After consent by special guest host Gov. Jesse Ventura, it was Orton who battled Bourne. Unfortunately for the aerial artist, The Viper proved too much to handle as he slithered into a qualifying position.

DX being sued by Hornswoggle (WATCH)
Just as Triple H and Shawn Michaels were reciting a list of things for which they’re grateful, the two were interrupted by a lawyer representing Hornswoggle. The attorney informed DX that, after last week’s Pedigree on Hornswoggle, the leprechaun is suing the duo for intentional infliction of emotional distress and will see them in "little people's court" next week.

Mark Henry, MVP & R-Truth def. Jack Swagger, Chris Masters & Chavo Guerrero (PHOTOS | WATCH)
As proof that a WWE ring possesses the capacity to support massive amounts of gross tonnage, Mark Henry, MVP & R-Truth climbed into the squared circle to face Jack Swagger, Chris Masters & Chavo Guerrero in a Six-Man Tag Team Match. The contest would determine which three individuals from the winning squad qualify for tonight’s Breakthrough Battle Royal. In the end, R-Truth showed the WWE Universe "what’s up" by pinning The Masterpiece, Chris Masters.

Jesse Ventura and Mr. McMahon to return to announce table (WATCH)
Being Raw’s special guest host has its privileges. As such, Gov. Jesse Ventura welcomed himself into Mr. McMahon’s office to deliver a message: He’s getting the band back together! Well, actually, just the announce team of Ventura & McMahon, which would reunite to call the Breakthrough Battle Royal. The camera time should benefit the charismatic host of truTV’s Conspiracy Theory, which debuts Dec. 2 at 10 p.m.

WWE Champion John Cena def. CM Punk (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Raw’s special guest host, Gov. Jesse Ventura, expressed his desire to break free from convention – and tonight he succeeded. He arranged a non-title match between WWE Champion John Cena and a SmackDown Superstar, CM Punk. The preachy pugilist, Punk dropped by Raw just one night after falling shy of clinching victory for Randy Orton and his team at Survivor Series. The Champ, on the other hand, was fresh off a successful title defense against Triple H and Shawn Michaels at the colossal pay-per-view.

The momentum proved too much for Punk to overcome as Cena dug in his heels and managed to triumph over his opponent’s high-energy attack.

Sheamus def. Finlay (PHOTOS | WATCH)
The power and peril of Sheamus continues unabated. After channeling his considerable rage at the WWE timekeeper and Jerry “The King” Lawler during the prior Raw, The Celtic Warrior punished fellow Irishman Finlay at Survivor Series, kicking him in the head before pinning him. Tonight, the troubles persisted. Finlay once again found himself on the losing end as Sheamus defeated him and qualified for the Breakthrough Battle Royal.

Kofi Kingston def. Dolph Ziggler (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Fresh off his pounding of Randy Orton a week ago and his team captain victory the night before at Survivor Series, Kofi Kingston faced off against Dolph Ziggler in the first-ever Breakthrough Battle Royal Qualifying Match. The wind clearly at Kofi’s back, The Dreadlock Dynamo hit some rough waters but eventually sailed past Ziggler to become the first Superstar to qualify for tonight’s contest.

Special guest host Gov. Jesse Ventura announced Breakthrough Battle Royal (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Whether as a WWE Hall of Famer, the Governor of Minnesota or the host of truTV’s upcoming Conspiracy Theory, Jesse Ventura has always proven himself an iconoclast, a man predictable only in his unpredictability.

Ventura hewed close to form when he dropped by Raw to serve as special guest host. Confronted by Randy Orton demanding a WWE Title Match, Ventura informed The Viper that neither he nor anyone who has possessed the WWE or World Heavyweight Championship would be granted title opportunities.

In fact, Ventura devised the first ever Breakthrough Battle Royal, in which a series of bouts would be held between members of Raw and SmackDown who never held a World Title. The winners of these bouts will then participate in the Breakthrough Battle Royal with the winner earning a either a WWE or World Heavyweight Championship Match.

An injury update on The Big Show

    Credit: F4WOnline.com

In a WWE injury update, Big Show will be undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery and it is not expected to keep him out for too long. According to fan reports from Survivor Series last night, The Big Show was in legitimate pain while working and could 'barely move'. There is still a question mark regarding the tag titles but the company want Chris Jericho to appear on both brands.

    CARRIERE VOORBIJ VOOR REY?????

More on Mysterio's surgery - possible retirement?

    Credit; PWInsider.com

As we've reported over the past few weeks, Rey Mysterio's knee is in bad shape and he is expected to have surgery on his ACL shortly.

Batista's brutal attack on Mysterio after their match at Survivor Series and the stretcher job that followed was the setup for him taking time off.

Many within WWE are concerned that this may be it for Mysterio's career. He could be out up to 6-9 months from the surgery, but the full extent of his recovery will not be known until after the procedure.

Mysterio, who recently returned to action following a 30-day Wellness suspension, might miss Wrestlemania 26. Should he miss Wrestlemania, it would be the third time in the past four years that he'd miss WWE's showcase event due to injuries.

WWE Survivor Series Results - 11/22/09
Posted by Andy Steven on 11/22/2009 at 08:10 PM

The 2009 WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view opens up with a video package hyping the various matches tonight. We’re live from the Verizon Center in Washington, DC as Michael Cole welcomes us to the show.

Traditional Survivor Series Match: The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger, Drew McIntyre and Sheamus vs. John Morrison, Matt Hardy, Evan Bourne, Finlay and Shelton Benjamin
Out first for tonight’s opener is Team Miz. The WWE US Champion The Miz comes out first by himself. Dolph Ziggler is next followed by Jack Swagger, Drew McIntyre and then Sheamus. Cole, Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker are on commentary. The WWE IC Champion John Morrison is out first for his team followed by Evan Bourne, Finlay, Matt Hardy and Shelton Benjamin.

Bourne and Swagger look to start things out for their respective teams. Bourne uses his quickness to sidestep Swagger a couple of times before Bourne connects with a roll up. Bourne goes for a small package, but Swagger counters with a suplex and tags in Ziggler. Ziggler makes his way into the ring and hits a nasty neckbreaker variation on Bourne before sending him into the corner. Ziggler hits a crazy belly-to-back suplex and he tries for the pin but Bourne kicks out. Ziggler hits a series of elbows before taking off his elbow pad and hitting one more high impact jumping elbow. Ziggler makes the tag back out to Swagger.

Swagger makes his way in and tries to wear Bourne down with a chin lock but Swagger just pounds him down and tags in Ziggler. Bourne comes out of nowhere with a huge double knee drop on Swagger, but Ziggler is the legal man, and he locks in a nasty single leg crab. Ziggler pulls Bourne to the center of the ring, but Bourne fights out and hits a great hurricanrana from out of nowhere. Bourne is able to make the tag to Hardy and both Hardy and Bourne go to the middle rope to hit dual elbows on Ziggler. Hardy hits a side effect on Ziggler before tagging in Bourne who hits a beautiful shooting star press. Bourne pins Ziggler and he’s gone. McIntyre is in an he hits a double arm DDT on Bourne. He pins him and Evan is gone. Finlay is in like a house of fire on McIntyre.

McIntyre is able to make the tag to Sheamus, who comes in and hits a nasty kick to Finlay’s face. Sheamus pins Finlay and he is eliminated. Hardy is in to work on Sheamus, who he puts back in the corner with a lariat. Hardy goes for a side effect but Sheamus fights out of it and hits a big slam on Hardy.

Sheamus tags out to Miz who comes in and continues the assault on Hardy, pounding him down in the corner before distracting the referee to allow Miz’s team to take advantage of Hardy. Miz locks in a rear chin lock and the crowd tries to get behind Hardy. Hardy is able to fight out of the submission, but when he goes for a slam, Miz is able to hit a reverse neckbreaker, DDT combo. Miz goes for the pin but Hardy kicks out. Miz locks in another chin lock, but Hardy fights out yet again. Hardy hits a side Russian leg sweep and both men are down.

Miz is able to tag out to Swagger who tries to wear Hardy down in the corner. Hardy is able to surprise Swagger with a couple of blows, but Swagger pounds on Hardy’s back to put him down to the mat. Swagger locks in a rear chin lock on Hardy and he’s able to fight out again, this time into a sleeper/neckbreaker combination on Swagger.

Morrison is able to tag in and he comes in with some quick offense on Swagger. Morrison hits a beautiful dropkick and running knee, but Swagger is able to toss Morrison in the corner. Swagger goes for the Vader bomb, but Morrison moves out of the way. Morrison hits Swagger with a springboard kick to the head but McIntyre and Sheamus are in to break up the cover. Hardy and Bejamin are in to take out the heels, and the ref is taken out in the melee. Swagger almost hits the gut wrench powerbomb, but Morrison fights out of it. Morrison is able to connect with Starship, and another ref is down to make the count. Swagger is gone.

Miz is in from behind and he attacks Morrison. Miz connects with his corner lariat, before going to the top turnbuckle for a double ax handle. Miz locks in a rear chin lock but Morrison is able to fight out. Morrison makes the bling tag to Benjamin who comes in and surprises Miz with a roll up. Miz is able to kick out, but Shelton’s offense is too explosive and he hits a beautiful leap from the top rope, splash and Northern lights suplex in succession. Benjamin hits a German suplex, but he still can’t keep Miz down. Sheamus surprises Benjamin with a headbutt and Miz is able to connect with the skull crushing finale to take Benjamin out of the match. Hardy is in quickly but Miz makes the tag to McIntyre. McIntyre is able to work over Hardy with a couple of quick strikes, but Hardy is able to come back with a drop toe hold into the corner. Hardy hits a neckbreaker and he goes to the second rope for a big leg drop. Hardy covers McIntyre, but he kicks out.

Hardy goes for a moonsault, but McIntyre avoids it. McIntyre hits his big Kobashi DDT, pins Hardy, and Hardy is gone.

Morrison is in and pounding down on McIntyre in the corner, but when the ref breaks it up, McIntyre is able to get the upper hand with a sneak attack. McIntyre tags in Sheamus who comes in and continues the beat down on Morrison. Sheamus makes a quick tag out to Miz who’s in with a big kick to Morrison’s mid-section. Miz screams at Morrison, but Morrison blocks a punch and gets in a coupple of blows of his own. Morrison surprises Miz with a big heel kick, but Miz is able to tag out to Sheamus who is in with a big forearm to Morrison’s head. Sheamus distracts the ref long enough for both McIntyre and Miz to get a coupple of licks in. Morrison starts to fight against all three men, sending McIntyre and Miz to the floor. Sheamus counters a springboard kick with a kick of his own to Morrison’s knee. Sheamus hits a running Crucifix Powerbomb, pins Morrison, and this one is over.

Winners: Drew McIntyre, The Miz and Sheamus

Team Kofi is backstage talking. Kofi wants Orton tonight. Christian tries to point out that he’s the only white guy on the team, it looks like but he says he’s the only one from ECW and they play it off. They tell Christian to get his “swag on” and he raps about the team. He says in his rap that he’s the only white guy and it causes an awkward moment. Weird segment here.

    - We get a long video package showing the events leading up to Batista vs. Rey Mysterio.

    Batista vs. Rey Mysterio
Rey Mysterio comes out for the next match to a big pop and his pyro. Out next comes Batista, in his hometown, to a big pop from the crowd. Batista hits the ring and tries to intimidate Rey. The bell rings and here we go.

Mysterio uses some of his quickness to duck Batista and scoe a couple of kicks. Rey fights out of a slam and hits a dropkick to Batista’s knee. Mysterio teases the 619, but Batista bails to the floor. Rey follows him out, only to be slammed back into the ring apron. Mysterio is able to surprise Batista with a quick kick and headbutt, but Batista comes out of nowhere with a huge lariat to put Mysterio down to the mat.

Batista teases the Batista bomb, but Mysterio is able to fight out and hit a chop block to Batista’s knee. Rey sends Batista into the ropes with a dropkick to the back, but when he goes for the 619, it’s blocked by Batista. Batista tries for the Batista bomb, but Mysterio pounds away and counters with a hurricanrana to the outside. Mysterio follows up with a baseball slide to send Batista into the ringside barrier. Batista fights back and sends Mysterio back into the ring, but Mysterio surprises Batista with a 619 to his back, then stomach, then a final 619 to Batista’s face before hitting a springboard senton. Mysterio goes for a frog splash but Batista gets his knees up.

Batista hits a giant spear and Mysterio is down. Batista picks up Rey and hits a huge spinebuster before stalking Mysterio and picking him up again. Batista takes his time executing a Batista bomb, but he doesn’t go for the pin.

Batista picks Mysterio up again and takes him down with a second Batista bomb. The referee checks on Mysterio for a bit before Batista picks up Mysterio for a third Batista bomb. The referee calls for the bell.

    Winner by referee stoppage: Batista

    - After the match, WWE officials check on Rey in the ring. Batista brings in a steel chair and sits down on it, staring at Rey. He stands up and tosses the chair. Rey’s leg goes out and he falls. Batista picks him up and hits a big spinebuster on the steel chair. WWE officials come back in to check on Rey as Batista walks up the ramp. They put a neck brace on Rey and load him on a stretcher as we go to replays.

    - We go backstage with Team Orton in the locker room. Orton indicates that he’s disappointed with his team mates - Legacy, William Regal and CM Punk. Punk brings up Kofi beating Orton up in MSG. Orton says their team needs to win tonight to fix everything and he expects this from everyone. They all walk off and we go to a RAW promo.

Traditional Survivor Series Match: Randy Orton, Legacy, CM Punk and William Regal vs. Kofi Kingston, Christian, MVP, Mark Henry and R-Truth
Out first for Team Orton is CM Punk followed by William Regal, the team of Legacy and finally the captain, Randy Orton. Orton gets a nice pop from the crowd. Kofi Kingston’s music hits next and out he comes first for his team. We go to a replay of RAW last week where Kofi had his moment at MSG. The ECW Champion Christian comes out to a nice pop and greets Henry and MVP. R-Truth is out next, rapping his song. Orton and Kofi are going to start things off it looks like until Henry comes in. The bell rings and here we go.

Henry is quick to hit a big splash on Orton in his own teams corner, before sending all the other members of Team Orton to the floor. Henry locks in a bear hug on Orton, but the ref is distracted and Legacy breaks it up. Orton his an early RKO on Henry and pins him for the three count. News and notes from Survivor Series PPV

News and notes from Survivor Series PPV

Thanks to Steven Sewell for sending this in: During the Team Miz vs Team Morrison bout, Matt Striker noted that The Miz and Morrison were former Unified Tag Team Champions. They, however, were not. They held both The WWE and The World Tag Team Championship separately, but lost to The Colons in a match that crowned the first ever Unified Tag Team Champions. .

Rey Mysterio will be getting knee surgery, which is why they did the stretcher job last night.

The Big Show got choked out as the finish of last night's World Title match as he also needs knee surgery, which is why he was wearing the big brace on his left knee.

Referee Scott Armstrong suffered a concussion last night when Sheamus accidentally kicked him in the back of the head. He was in bad shape last night, but is said to be doing much better today.

The Undertaker had his mouth busted open the hard way just before the finish of the SD! triple threat match last night at WWE Survivor Series. He took a potato shot by The Big Show. He won't miss any time.

In a Survivor Series dark match, Scott Olsen noted that Santino defeated Chavo after he hit what is now being called the cobra eye poke, followed by a roll-up for the pin.

Chris Wahlberg for sending in the following live report:

    Just a few interesting notes if you could not see them on the televised PPV. I took my kids to the live event at the Verizon Center. Here is what you may not have been able to see or hear;

    * As Batista was destroying Mysterio, the crowd went crazy in favor of Batista, chanting "Batista, Batista over and over again as he repeatedly powerbombed him, and then they cheered lowdly when he got the chair. I know he is the hometown guy, but I just thought that was odd given Mysterios strong fan base. Go figure ?

    * Cena (as usual) practically got booed out of the building the whole night. Fans did have a little battle at one point where a small group were chanting "We love Cena", but it quickly got drowned out by the "Cena sucks" chants that were deafening.. It was quite funny. (my kid was pissed as he is a big Cena fan)

    * Crowd was completely stunned and silent almost when HBK superkicked HHH at the start of the main event. Nobody knew how to react, it was quite suprising.

Dx, Undertaker, and Kofi Kinston seemed to get the loudest pop from the crowd. Loudest boos came for Cena, Orton, Miz and Jericho.

Former WWE superstar is still alive

Former WWE superstar is still alive

    Credit: F4WOnline.com

For those wondering, Perry Saturn is indeed alive. A photo recently surfaced on Facebook.com of the former wrestling star standing alongside a woman by the name of Lisa Kuhlemeier, whom he's believed to be married to. While he's gained a bit of weight, it's clearly him.

Saturn, whose real name is Perry Alfred Satullo, had disappeared from sight for years, to the point that his children had no idea where he was. His closest friends in the Boston area had presumed he died when no one could find or contact him, particularly after the death of his mentor, Walter "Killer" Kowalski. While Triple H was Kowalski's most famous student and the one initially expected to enjoy the most success, Satullo was said to be his favorite student. The two were very close at one point and he would have been a pallbearer had he attended his funeral. Anyway, there was no record anywhere of Satullo passing away sans a false story online, though it alarmed a few of his friends.

More recently, it had been rumored that the former WCW tag team champion was living in Albert Lea, Minnesota, but attempts by his family and many others to confirm his whereabouts always came up fruitless.

Hulkamania match results from Melbourne, Australia

Hulkamania match results from Melbourne, Australia

Thanks to Ron Wohl for the following report from the Hulkamania tour debut in Melbourne, Australia today:

    Hulk Hogan's Hulkamania Tour
    Melbourne Australia - November 21st, 2009
    Report by Ron Wohl

Me and a pal attended the Hulkamania opener in Melbourne tonight. The arena was about 50% full with lots of section tarped off. They were giving out tons of tickets and offering deals on tickets this weekend and still you could see many empty seats. It was announced that the show will be put on DVD soon and shown for free on One HD next month.

    * Nick Dinsmore & The Godfather defeated Rock of Love in a short match. Pimpfather got the win and brought his hoes in the ring.

    * Matt Cross defeated Shannon Moore with the SSP. Okay match with Shannon botching a big spot on the floor. Ouch.

    * The Nasty Boys with Jimmy Hart defeated Vampire Warrior and Black Pearl in a street fight. Good, entertaining match. Nastys were awesome.

    * Brutus Beefcake with Jimmy Hart beat Heidenreich in a short match with the sleeper hold. Brutus and Jimmy hit the ref adter the match and cut his hair.

    * Lacey Von Erich won a bikni contest. A local indy guy appeared and the Pimpfather hosted the thing.

    * Ric Flair cut an insane, amazing, great promo. Unreal here. Flair ripped on Hogan and said he would make him bleed like never before. Great stuff, worth the DVD probably. Everyone ate it up.

    * Ken Anderson defeated Sean Morley. Anderson didn't use his Kennedy schtick but replaced it with Anderson and was good on the mic. However, he looked like crap and he and the former Val Venis stunk the place up with this one. Kennedy won with the Mic Check.

    * Too Cool defeated Edward Smith Fatu (Umaga) and Orlando Jordan. Too Cool was made up of Rikishi and Brian Christopher. Umaga took a nasty bump. Too Cool got the win though and celebrated to an enormous pop afterwards.

    * Hulk Hogan defeated Ric Flair in the main event. Flair came out with different music, a bit of a remix to his usual theme. A Hogan promo aired before he came out and everyone ate it up. Hogan used his old WCW music. You could see lots of guys including Eric Bischoff at the curtain watching this one. Hogan looked off balance at times. Lots of blood here as both did the blade job. Flair was literally covered in blood. This was kind of slow but entertaining I guess. Flair locked on the Figure Four when LACEY VON ERICH ran out. Hogan hit the big boot when Lacey got on the apron and distracted the ref. Hogan got his brass knuckles and nailed Flair to win. Hogan celebrated while Flair made an exit left to the back. Hogan left the normal way and was congratulated it looked like by Eric Bischoff.

Report by Richard Trionfo and PWinsider.com

    TNA Impact 11/19/09
Fom Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida
    Announcers: Mike Tenay and Taz

We start off with a look back at Turning Point with some photos and footage.

Mick Foley comes to the ring with Abyss. Mick says that he wanted Abyss to come out with him because it involves Abyss as well. Mick says that he remembers the lights going out last week with a brilliant flash across the sky. At that time, he lost his sight, but everything was illuminated. Mick says that Dixie Carter does not value him by not talking to him about Hulk Hogan. Mick says that he had to show his ID to get into the building tonight. Abyss gets Mick on point about Raven and Stevie. He talks about how Raven came in without a TNA contract to put an end to Mick’s career and his vision. Foley points out that they have been part of some wars but they were always on the same side. Tonight, it will be finished when Mick and Abyss team to face Stevie and Raven. Mick says that when you play with him, you play with fire.

Raven’s music plays and he comes out with Stevie and Daffney. Stevie tells Mick that he looks a little hot under the collar. He says that Mick is burning with anger. Stevie says that Foley put him in a match against Abyss to get rid of him in TNA. Stevie says that when you back a rabid animal into a corner, you get your face chewed off. In this case, Mick got his face burned off. Stevie tells Chris to remember one thing. It was Chris who started the war, but it will be them who end it.

Raven takes the mic and he says that he is a little bit disappointed in Mrs. Foley’s baby boy because he cares more about corporate affairs than revenge. All the fireball did was make Foley worry more about Hulk Hogan and the politics. Raven wants to know if Foley has the authority to make a match.

Foley and Raven go back and forth about whether Foley can make a match. Foley says that when he wants something, he gets it done. Foley says the match takes place tonight.

    We go to commercial.

We are back and Mike and Taz talk about Turning Point some more. Mike mentions the exclusive interview with Sting and the interview evolved into an unprecedented turn of events.

Jeremy Borash is with Kurt Angle and A.J. Styles. Jeremy talks about what Desmond Wolfe and Daniels said after the pay per view. A.J. says that he did not go out there to pin Daniels, he went out there to win the match. Now everything has gotten personal. A.J. wants to know if Chris wants to throw a long friendship out the window. A.J. says that he should have known that it would be the end of the friendship when he won the title. A.J. mentions Daniels’ challenge for Final Resolution and he wonders if Daniels will make it out of tonight.

Kurt points out that Matt Morgan cost him the title. He is thinking about where Desmond Wolfe is coming from. Angle wants to know why A.J. is giving a title match to Daniels. A.J. says that he would love to get Angle in the ring one more time to prove that he is the best. Angle tells A.J. to stop talking and do it. Jeremy reminds Kurt and A.J. that they are a tag team tonight. Angle walks away and so does A.J.

We see photos from the Steiner/Lashley match from Turning Point.

Match Number One: Scott Steiner with Big Poppa Pipe versus Amazing Red with Don West in a Non Title Match

Steiner poses in front of Red and Don West says that there is no reason why this match should take place. Meanwhile in the ring, Steiner with a knee and chop in the corner. Red with a drop kick that backs Red into the corner. Red with a running drop kick. Red tries for a tilt-a-whirl head scissors but Steiner counters with a side slam. Steiner press slams Red and drops Red behind him. Steiner with a clothesline and the flex elbow drop followed by push ups. Steiner chokes Red and then he connects with forearms to the back. Steiner with a belly-to-belly suplex and he pulls Red up on the cover. Steiner with the Steiner Screwdriver and then Steiner goes to the floor and takes the title belt and the Big Poppa Pipe. Steiner hits Red with the pipe and the referee calls for the bell.
    Winner: Amazing Red by disqualification

After the match, Steiner punches Red until Bobby Lashley comes to the ring and Steiner leaves the ring. Steiner wants to know what Lashley is doing out here while Don checks on Red. We go to commercial.

We are back and Jeremy Borash is with Kevin Nash and Eric Young. Jeremy talks about Nash taking the Legends Belt from Eric Young. Jeremy wants to know where Nash’s answers are.
