Rob Van Dam tells Simon Rothstein of the UK Sun that Vince McMahon ripped his heart out and stomped on it with the way he handled the resurrection of ECW back in 2006. The former WWE & ECW champion goes in depth about how poorly he feels Vince McMahon handled ECW, the various steps McMahon took to make his version ECW completely different while burying the ECW legacy, Paul Heymans reaction to the whole fiasco and more.
Winning the WWE Title & Vinces ECW: RVD wasnt going to be WWE champ, but I brought ECW back because that was my spirit and the spirit of the fans. I knew they wanted to see it and I was feeding off that energy. Winning the world title meant a lot. It gave creditability to ECW. At least for the moment so we thought! But very shortly afterwards Vince McMahons long-term plans started to unfold.
We were faced with the fact that he would give ECW no credit for anything up until that point and wanted to create this new brand of wrestling that would be a global product and mainstream in every way, with Extreme Rules only as a stipulation every once in a while. Our hearts were ripped out of our chests and stomped on. Vince said: Nobody remembers the old ECW anyway, Rob. This is something new. So it was a fun moment, it was short-lived and its definitely gone now.
Paul Heymans Feelings About the new ECW: He would come to work and just tell me how much disdain and loathing he had for Vince. I remember him saying it was like Vince had raped his wife, because ECW was so close to his heart and Vince f***ed it. He felt Vince enjoyed watching him suffer, while ripping apart the fabric of ECW week by week. But Paul has no resentment now and no desire to get back at Vince. He has made balance and is in a peaceful stage, like I am. Its just something we laugh about.
Below is a new promo for the Hulkamania tour of Australia featuring Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan as well as the full card for the November 21st event in Melbourne.

According to Dave Meltzer, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is expected to be hosting RAW during the month of January. Johnson will be able to promote his upcoming movie "Tooth Fairy" which opens on 1/22. It is possible that Johnson will be appear on the 1/11 edition of RAW which goes head-to-head with a UFC special. Another option is for him to appear on 1/4 in the event that TNA airs a Monday night special against RAW with the debut of Hulk Hogan.
The latest issue of WWE Magazine (WWE is PG) has Mickie James giving advise to a male reader's query to convince his girlfriend to e-mail him nude photos of herself. Here is her response:
Q: This is gonna sound pervy, but how do I convince my girlfriend to e-mail me nude photos of herself?
Mickie: "There are probably many reasons why a woman wouldn't want to e-mail nude photos of herself. Is she shy? Can you be trusted? Try introducing her to the artistic side of nudity. Wait two weeks and then shoot her a text reading, "You should send me a nude photo of yourself." Who knows, she might be receptive to it!"
Stacy Keibler recently spoke to Kevin Eck of BaltimoreSun.com and was asked whether she'd be the special guest host of WWE Raw when the show comes to her hometown of Baltimore, MD on 11/30.
The former WWE Diva said she reached out to WWE about hosting, but never heard back. "No one has contacted me. I actually had my management contact them, and nobody ever got back to us [laughs]. So I guess they're not interested," she said.
Keibler recently won a contest to determine Baltimore, Maryland's biggest celebrity - beating out baseball great Cal Ripken, Jr. and Olympic hero Michael Phelps.
Keibler was also asked about whether she's heard anything from TNA Wrestling about working for them. "[TNA] hasn't [contacted me], but Mick and I talk regularly," she said. "They havent contacted me to do anything, plus I still have my deal with ABC, so I wouldnt be able to do anything like that."
In an interview with Alex Marvez, TNA wrestler Samoa Joe says he's heard through "mutual acquaintances" that Hulk Hogan is a fan of his hard-hitting in-ring style.
"Hulk seems pretty inspired, from what I'm hearing. I'm a huge personal fan of his. He's always been complimentary when asked about me."
"I don't really know what's going to ultimately happen. TNA has been keeping a tight lid on their plans with Hulk," Joe said. "From what I've gathered being in the (TNA) office this past week, people across the board are excited. The end result should be interesting."
n an interview with Sherdog.com, TNA Wrestling star and MMA fighter says he'd strongly consider walking away from pro wrestling if he was offered an exclusive deal with Strikeforce.
"If it does come to a point where you have to choose, then I'll have to sit back and talk with my family. I want to fight," Lashley said. "TNA is at the understanding where they know my dedication with fighting. If (Strikeforce CEO Scott) Coker comes back and says you have to quit wrestling, then we'll have to cross that bridge."
TNA offered Lashley great money to work a reduced schedule and they understand fighting is his top priority.
Lashley professional MMA record is 4-0, most recently defeating Bob Sapp on June 27th. There were reports over the summer that Strikeforce was negotiating with Bobby Lashley to fight Fedor Emelianenko at last weekend's CBS event. Lashley declined the high profile fight because he didn't think he'd have enough time to train properly, but Strikeforce is interested and can certainly use another rising star with name value in their heavyweight division.
Reigning TNA Women's Knockout Champion ODB recently inked a multi-year deal with the organization. According to PWTorch.com, her contract renewal with the organization actually came as a surprise to friends as she had been discussing jumping to WWE when her previous contract expired in mid-November. She had been telling people the past two months that she didn't think management even realized her contract was coming due because no one had mentioned it to her.
Theres still no definitive word on when Hulk Hogan his TNA debut on television. There is talk that TNA will film something in a private studio to keep the details of his first appearance on Impact from leaking to the internet. For what its worth, theres speculation that he may not make his first real appearance for the company until January.
The decision to hold the Hogan press conference at Madison Square Garden was meant by the Hogan camp as a shot at Vince McMahon, due to the McMahon familys long history with the building. A source claims Hogan did not inform MSG management that he would announce anything related to TNA, and simple told them there would be a press conference with television cameras.
There are mixed reports of Vinces reaction to Hogans signing. Some witnesses say Vince was in a lousy mood at the Smackdown tapings following the news, while others say Vince was still the same old Vince with his poker face on. One source says that there was initially some curiosity within WWE regarding the signing, but that went away when TNA Impact drew a 1.2 rating with Hogans segment being the lowest-rated.
Goldust def. Paul Burchill Vance Archer def. local competitor ECW Champion Christian def. William Regal (Title Match)
SHEFFIELD, England In one of the toughest matches of his ECW career, Christian defeated William Regal in his native country to retain the ECW Championship. It was the rivals fairest fight to date, as Ezekiel Jackson and Vladimir Kozlov were banned from ringside, allowing Captain Charisma to prevail over The British Brawler.
ECW Champion Christian def. William Regal in a Title Match (PHOTOS | WATCH) William Regal finally had his wish granted last week by ECW General Manager Tiffany a title match against Christian. It was a match Regal wanted and obsessed about for months, and Regals terms were agreed upon by Christian with Captain Charisma allowing The British Brawler to contend for the ECW Championship in his homeland, England.
However, with Regals Ruthless Roundtable banned from ringside, the odds were stacked fairly for both competitors. This time, Christian and Regal finally met again, one-on-one without distractions or assistance from other Superstars, and it was the ECW Champion who truly triumphed. After breaking out of the Regal Stretch and hitting The British Brawler with a devastating Killswitch, Christian pinned his foe for the hard-fought, monumental victory to retain the ECW Championship.
Is the end of the rivalry between Christian and Regal? Has Christian finally proven hes the ECW Superstar most-deserving to wear the Extreme gold? Or will Regal try again to capture the ECW Championship? And if so, how will Tiffany react?
Goldust def. Paul Burchill (PHOTOS | WATCH) With his sister, Katie Lea, in his corner, Paul Burchill faced Goldust this week on ECW on Syfy, but The Rippers rival, The Hurricane, distracted him during the match. The masked Superstars interruption allowed Goldust to capitalize on the situation, hit Burchill with a Final Cut and pin him for the victory, giving The Hurricane the last laugh before his critical match against Burchill next week.
Burchill is determined to prove to the WWE Universe that The Hurricane and Gregory Helms are the same person. Next Tuesday, if The Ripper wins, The Hurricane must unmask in front of the WWE Universe, revealing his true identity. But if The Hurricane wins, the Burchills must leave ECW for good. Who will prevail in this monumental Mask vs. Career Match? Watch ECW on Syfy Tuesday night at 10/9 CT.
The Abraham Washington Show with Yoshi Tatsu (PHOTOS | WATCH) Could it be? An Abraham Washington Show that didnt erupt into a brawl? It seems taking the critically-acclaimed, late-night talk show international was the trick. This weeks episode from the Sheffield Arena, featuring Japanese Superstar Yoshi Tatsu, featured plenty of laughs from WWE Hall of Famer Tony Atlas and ended on a somewhat peaceful note, although Abraham Washington wasnt too pleased when Tatsu stole the show.
Vance Archer def. local competitor (PHOTOS) Tuesday nights newest Superstar, Vance Archer, earned his second victory in as many weeks on ECW on Syfy. To the WWE Universe who doesnt know much about Archer, he offered this: Who is Vance Archer? My opponent is about to find out. With another domineering win over a local competitor, the confident Archer is quickly making a name for himself in the Land of the Extreme with a 2-0 record. How will this newcomer make an impact on ECW on Syfy? Who will dare to enter the ring to face Archer next?
Zack Ryder and Rosa Mendes meet again (WATCH) While many think the beautiful and enchanting Rosa Mendes distracted Zack Ryder last week, leading to his loss to Shelton Benjamin, the Long Island, N.Y., Superstar told the Diva hed welcome her to his corner of the ring anytime. On this weeks WWE Superstars, Ryder will meet Benjamin again. Will Rosa return to ringside, and if so, will her presence help or hinder Ryders game? Tune in to WWE Superstars on WGN America Thursday night at 8/9 CT.
Jamie Noble retires Written: November 10, 2009 After seven years with WWE, Jamie Noble is hanging up his wrestling boots and retiring.
Early Tuesday morning, WWE.com was contacted by Jamie Noble, who revealed his decision to conclude a seven-year career as a WWE Superstar and retire from the squared circle.
This regrettable announcement came hours after Noble was released from the medical facility where he sought treatment for injuries sustained at the hands of Sheamus one week ago on Raw and after years of nagging shoulder and neck injuries.
"Luckily, the doctors tell me I'm going to recover again," Noble told WWE.com in an article published earlier this week. "But I'm laying here thinkin' about how great my life is with my wife and my son. I'm thinkin', how many more times am I gonna be lucky enough to walk out of the hospital on my own? I'm thinkin' it might be time to hang up my tights and boots." (Full Article Here)
WWE.com wishes Jamie Noble all the best in his recovery and his career outside the ring.
A "Mask vs. Career Match" between The Hurricane and Paul Burchill will be taking place on next week's episode of ECW on Syfy. The match will either see The Hurricane unmask or Paul Burchill and his sister Katie Lea leave the Land of Extreme.
It was reported last week that Sojournor Bolt's future with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling appeared to be in doubt. According to sources, she was released by the organization this past week as they opted against renewing her contract.
Further confirming her departure from the organization, her photo gallery was removed from the company website's Knockouts section last night. However, her profile remains on the roster page. The reason for this is because the company may opt to continue using Sojo on a pay-per-appearance basis, so there is a good chance we haven't the last of her in the six-sided ring.
The veteran women's wrestler had been sparingly used since Dutch Mantel's departure from TNA this past summer and the feeling was her days in the company were numbered.
Alicia Fox def. Kelly Kelly Sheamus def. A local competitor Evan Bourne def. Jack Swagger Randy Orton def. Mark Henry Ricky Hatton def. Chavo Guerrero in a "Boxer vs. Wrestler" Match Triple H & Shawn Michaels def. Unified Tag Team Champions Chris Jericho & Big Show in a Non-Title Match
SHEFFIELD, England Raws special guest host, boxing great Ricky Hatton, knows how to pack the kind of wallop that brings a crowd to their feet, and the Englishman did just that by overseeing a powerful Raw that even saw World Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker make an appearance.
DX def. Unified Tag Team Champions Chris Jericho & Big Show in a Non-Title Match; WWE Champion John Cena & World Heavyweight Champion Undertaker will team up next week (PHOTOS | WATCH: PART 1 | WATCH: PART 2) Two weeks before Survivor Series, Triple H & Shawn Michaels offered WWE Champion John Cena a preview of what awaits him in that trios Triple Threat Match. The DX duo faced down Unified Tag Team Champions Chris Jericho & Big Show, who themselves will combat World Heavyweight Champion Undertaker in their own battle of three.
With The Champ looking on from the announcers table, the teams punished one another until The Worlds Largest Athlete attempted to seal Michaels fate. As HBK fended off an attack from Jericho, Show illegally charged him. When Show attempted to land a knock out punch on Michaels, though, he accidentally connected with his partner, allowing HBK to score the pin.
While the turn of events was unforeseen, the biggest surprise came after the match. The WWE Champion revealed that next weeks Raw will include a Triple Threat Tag Team Match involving three teams: DX, Jeri-Show and John Cena & The Undertaker! Each of the teams appeared as stunned as the WWE Universe as the World Heavyweight Champion slowly and deliberately walked down the entrance ramp, eyeing his opponents.
Rowdy Roddy Piper will be Raws special guest host next week When Raw rolls into Madison Square Garden next week, the weeks special guest host will be a man familiar with the energy and history contained within the Worlds Most Famous Arena: WWE Hall of Famer Rowdy Roddy Piper.
Ricky Hatton def. Chavo Guerrero (PHOTOS | WATCH) Maybe Chavo Guerrero has been wearing his bandana too tight lately. How else to explain why he would face down Ricky Hatton in a Boxer vs. Wrestler Match? As a two-time IBF welterweight champion and former unified light welterweight champion, Hatton bided his time, avoiding Chavos clutch and waiting for just the right moment. That moment arrived several minutes into the bout when Hatton escaped from a waist lock and landed a devastating right hook to Chavos face to put him down for the count.
Randy Orton def. Mark Henry (PHOTOS |WATCH) A slap at the hand of Kofi Kingston may have been all the incentive Randy Orton needed in his match against Mark Henry. The former WWE Champion battled The Worlds Strongest Man in a match that saw both Superstars on the verge of victory. In the end, The Viper struck Henry and pinned him for the three-count.
Never one to swallow his pride easily, Orton ambushed Kingston as he attended to Henry. The Viper returned a slap hed received earlier, but Kingston quickly returned fire before Orton could dart outside the ring.
Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase confronted Kofi Kingston, MVP & Mark Henry in the VIP Lounge (PHOTOS | WATCH) Montel Vontavious Porter, with Mark Henry at his side, welcomed the captain of their Survivor Series team, Kofi Kingston, to his VIP Lounge. The three toasted Kingstons fortitude in standing up to Randy Orton over the past several weeks.
Not surprisingly, The Viper took issue. As captain of the opposing Survivor Series team, Orton, with Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase in tow, confronted Kingston and his pals. After The Viper offended the trio, Kingston had heard enough. He slapped Orton across the face and showed that hes not about to be bullied.
Evan Bourne def. Jack Swagger (PHOTOS | WATCH) It looks like Jack Swagger bit off more than he could chew, which is saying a lot for a guy with a mouth as big as his. Earlier this year, The All-American American promised he would remain undefeated for remainder of 2009. Swagger didnt count on the high-flying determination of his Evan Bourne. The two-time collegiate All-American may have been trying to win over his Survivor Series team captain, The Miz, who watched the bout from ringside, but he only succeeded in losing the match, along with his dignity.
Sheamus def. A local competitor (PHOTOS | WATCH) The English and their Irish neighbors share a complicated history of aggression and brutality dating back centuries. In that sense, Sheamus, a proud Irishman, proved himself a staunch traditionalist. One week after punishing Jamie Noble, The Celtic Warrior stomped into England and destroyed one of their own, a local Sheffield wrestler, but not before bragging to the assembled masses that his brutality had effectively ended Nobles career. Sheamus has proven so impressive since his Raw debut two weeks ago, in fact, that United States Champion The Miz recruited him for his team during the Survivor Series Traditional Elimination Tag Team Match.
Alicia Fox def. Kelly Kelly (PHOTOS | WATCH) Accompanied to the ring by Gail Kim, Kelly Kelly hoped to make amends for coming up just shy in the Diva Battle Royal last week. To accomplish this, she would face the Diva who won the match and the right to face Divas Champion Melina, Alicia Fox. Unfortunately for Kelly Kelly, Alicia continued her winning ways and will compete for the Butterfly gold next week in Madison Square Garden.
Raw special guest host Ricky Hatton arranged Unified Tag Team Champions Chris Jericho & Big Show against DX (PHOTOS | WATCH) Will Big Show ever learn? Just as he did when he lost to Floyd Mayweather Jr., at WrestleMania XXIV, The Worlds Largest Athlete decided to threaten and antagonize a wiry professional boxer. This time, Show targeted Raws special guest host, two-time IBF welterweight champion and former unified light welterweight champion Ricky Hatton.
With an impressive 32 knockouts under his belt, Hatton absorbed Shows threats but wasnt about to budge. Instead, he prepared to silence Show with one solid punch when Shows Unified Tag Team Championship partner, Chris Jericho, interrupted. After Hatton announced that Jeri-Show must face DX, Jericho went off on a rant about Hatton, The Queen and the whole of England.
His diatribe took a detour, however, when Triple H & Shawn Michaels emerged to confront their opponents. D-Generation X assured the Unified Tag Team Champions that while they may have gotten the best of DX a week earlier, thanks to a few cheap shots, tonight The Game & HBK were going to squash Jeri-Show like a batch of mushy peas.
Regarding his time in WWE, Ken "Mr. Kennedy" Anderson told Phil Strum of the PojoSlam blog that he was not happy in the company. "After I got the initial shock and the punch in the stomach, it was like an elephant just stepped off my chest," Anderson said. I was pretty unhappy there for about three years.
"I thought that I could used a different way and I wasn't. That's OK. That was their business decision. They decided not to go that way. That's fine. That's on them. Now, I'm going to try to stick it (to them, expletive) basically and prove them wrong. Hopefully, someday they'll look back and say '(expletive), we could have had that guy.'"

During a radio interview with Bubba The Love Sponge this morning, Hulk Hogan touted Steve Austin, Randy Savage and The Nasty Boys as possible names that could join him in TNA. Hogan said he patched things up with Savage. He also mentioned he wanted to know how serious Bubba was about a role on TNA creative alongside him.
Regarding Vince Russos future in TNA, everyone close to the situation is saying that nothing has been decided yet by the company. Russo is under the impression that nothing has changed regarding his status since he feels hes been doing his job, but there are a number of people who feel his position is in jeopardy. Those same people also feel the Hogan and Bischoff team will establish their own infrastructure and put their own creative people in place, and the duo will be in TNA for the long haul.
If Russo goes, the assumption is that Ed Ferarra will also be out of a job. The only remaining member of the current creative staff would be Matt Conway, who is the youngest member of the staff and is someone Dixie Carter sees as a bright young mind.
Kevin Sullivan has been mentioned as a potential replacement for Vince Russo, as well as Kevin Nash although Nash says he has no interest in the role. Nash is currently working to solidify his acting career for once he finishes wrestling.
Rumors that Hogan and Bischoff negotiated directly with Dixies father, Bob Carter, who owns TNAs parent company Panda Energy, are false. Multiple sources closes to the situation say Dixie was in charge of negotiations, which lasted approximately five months.
It's being reported that Dixie Carter's pre-Impact address given to the entire roster of TNA talent was NOT scripted, and in fact was genuinely how the TNA President feels at the moment.
There was speculation that her address was a work, and was written into the show as part of a story line, however it seems that is not the case.
There has been a lot of frustration in the TNA locker room as of late, as we have reported, with stars such as AJ Styles and Daniels voicing their concerns with the creative direction of the company, and it seems as if Carter's speech to the talent roster this past week on Impact was designed to let the wrestlers know that she is in charge and in control.
