Tommy Dreamer praat over zijn pensioen en tna

WWE star talks about retirement and TNA

In his latest WWE Universe blog, Tommy Dreamer addressed internet rumors regarding his future. He basically said that he was not retiring if he left WWE, but if he didn't win the ECW belt, he wasn't going to Smackdown or RAW.

In regard to reports that Dreamer was offered a new deal, Dreamer wrote the following: "WWE offered me a new contract about a month before I made my speech. WWE offered me a three year deal which was great. I have no problems with WWE. I spoke to Vince McMahon and told him my feelings and career aspirations and he fully supported them. I am a man that has to set goals and is responsible for my actions. I am not one to hang around and collect a paycheck. I did this to prove something to the fans and to myself."

Dreamer also commented on the apparent rumors he was TNA bound: "I have close relationships with many of their wrestlers. I have nothing but great things to say about Dixie Carter. I have tons of respect for Jeff Jarrett for what he did in WWE as well as for taking a risk in starting your own company (been there it is so hard). I watch every week because I am a huge wrestling fan and enjoy the show. I am just seeing my journey to the end. Good or bad."

    Update over nieuwe wwe diva

    DSC_0124.jpg image by n1ghtriver
    Update regarding an upcoming Diva

As reported earlier, World Wrestling Entertainment recently signed April Jeanette, a 22-year-old who worked Northeast independent wrestling shows as “Miss April,” to a developmental contract.

She was trained by TNA wrestler “Black Machismo” Jay Lethal at the ACE wrestling school and is believed to be his girlfriend as well. As of late, she had been working for the Women Superstars Uncensored promotion as part of a tag team called the AC Express.

Jeanette is originally from Union City, New Jersey and attended New York University’s School of the Arts while working independent shows. She started training two years ago and had her first wrestling match six months later.

One person who has closely worked with Jeanette described her as looking like a Spanish/Asian mix, pretty, and a great worker considering she’s had less than 20 matches in her career. While she stands out as a worker on the indy level, according to this person, she doesn’t show much charisma or personality, not to mention that she seemed adverse to coaching when it came to promos.

Ring wise, she has been described as having the potential to be as good as Gail Kim, but also could become someone who just does fancy moves because she is athletic enough to perform them.

TNA taking advantage of WWE/Denver debacle

TNA Wrestling issued the following press release today:

TOTAL NONSTOP ACTION (TNA) WRESTLING HEADS TO COLORADO, FOR SURE!

DEJECTED WWE FANS CAUGHT IN THE “DENVER DEBACLE” GET A $10 DISCOUNT FOR TNA TICKETS WITH THEIR UNUSED WWE TICKETS FROM COLORADO SHOWS.

Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling is bringing a slam-dunk show to Colorado – and unlike its competition, the superstars of TNA will not skip town.

The TNA Live! Tour invades the Pueblo (Colo.) Convention Center on Friday night, May 29, and then moves to Cheyenne, Wyo., on Saturday night, May 30 at the Taco Johns Event Center. Both shows start at 7:30 p.m., and anyone bringing an unused WWE ticket from its recently-cancelled Colorado shows to the box office in Pueblo or Cheyenne will receive a $10 discount for tickets either TNA show.

“Some of the biggest pro wrestling fans in the nation are in Colorado,” said TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter. “It was sad to see the WWE pull out of all their scheduled shows in Colorado recently because of the scheduling conflict with the NBA playoffs. I want everyone in Colorado to know that TNA Wrestling is coming and we hope to see you at our first shows ever in your state. For WWE fans that paid for any of these cancelled events, we are offering you $10 off the purchase of tickets to come see us and enjoy the best fan experience in pro wrestling.”

Carter also confirmed that TNA is “formally inviting” all Nugget players, coaches, broadcasters and front-office staff to the Pueblo show.

Appearing live will be “The King of the Mountain” Jeff Jarrett, “The War Machine” Rhino, “The Monster” Abyss, The Beautiful People (Angelina Love and Velvet Sky), Cute Kip, the Motor City Machine Guns, “The Blueprint” Matt Morgan, TNA X Division Champion Suicide, Lethal Consequences, Taylor Wilde, “Showtime” Eric Young, Brutus Magnus, Kiyoshi, and more.

    Ratings Raw
Klik op de afbeelding om de link te volgen As reported earlier, last week's episode of Raw drew a 3.29 cable rating. The segment-by-segment breakdown is as follows: The long opening segment building the show's opening match was for naught as Batista vs. Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase lost 156,000 viewers. The women's tag match pitting Mickie James and Kelly Kelly against Maryse and Jillian gained 242,000 viewers. Carlito vs. The Brian Kendrick lost 128,000 viewers. Segments involving The Miz calling out Cena again, Santina Marella, Beth Phoenix, Rosa Mendes, Chavo Guerrero and Vickie Guerrero gained 498,000 viewers for a 3.55 quarter hour, drawing the peak number for the show. However, the Santina Marella vs. Beth Phoenix match was a huge ratings loser as 369,000 viewers tuned out during the bout and largely never came back. MVP's VIP lounge segment followed by a Kofi Kingston and MVP vs. William Regal and Matt Hardy tag match lost an additional 185,000 viewers. The show's main event pitting Randy Orton against Batista only gained 14,000 viewers, drawing a lackluster 3.17 quarter hour.

-- The final number for Friday Night Smackdown on May 8th was a 1.89 rating and 2.97 million viewers. While the rating isn't that much lower than usual, the number of total viewers was really bad as fewer viewers per household than usual were watching.

TNA founder Jeff Jarrett came out to the ring to address Mick Foley's video from last week. He also took the opportunity to add himself to the final spot in the main event at Sacrifice. Enter Mick Foley.

Foley asked Jarrett what he would be sacrificing at the pay per view? He suggested that JJ give up his managerial voting rights. Jarrett agreed and walked away. As he was walking to the back Foley called him a coward and said that he also had the right to make matches in TNA. So, he tune up matches for everyone in the main event at Sacrifice for tonight.

Sting will face Eric Young, Kurt Angle will meet Matt Morgan, Jeff Jarrett is set to take on Samoa Joe, and Foley booked himself in a match. Foley also said he'd be taking on a former world heavyweight champion tonight.

In the back, Jeremy Borash is with Scott Steiner and Kurt Angle. Angle is looking frantically for Sting and he's upset. Steiner tries to calm him down, but Angle says that Sting needs to know his role on Sunday.

Suicide and Daniels are in the back with Lauren who asks if they can keep it together as a team knowing that they have an X Division Title Match on Sunday. Daniels says that they can. Lauren says everybody wants to know who Suicide is. Suicide says that he is Suicide.

In a 3 Team Tag Match, Christopher Daniels and Suicide def. Lethal Consequences and The Motor City Machineguns.

Kurt Angle is still looking for Sting in the back with Jeremy Borash. Angle decides to go up to the rafters to try to find him.

Training footage of Kevin Nash and Booker T getting ready for Sacrifice is shown.

Team 3D is in the ring talking about their tag team tournament. Brother Ray says that they'll retire one day, but wants to make sure that the tag team business is alive and well right now. Then he rips into the British Invasion, which brings them out. The two teams begin to brawl and Invasion was about to put 3D through a table, but Beer Money ran in and made the save.

Lauren is in the back with Jeff Jarrett and Eric Young . Young complains that his match tonight isn't fair. Jarrett quickly puts him in his place. Young says that as a friend JJ will regret that, but Jarrett just tells him to get out.

Kurt Angle finally finds Sting and tells him that he cannot do this again. Angle claims that Sting stopped returning his calls once he got a title shot. Sting asks Angle if he's been watching the shows and he has. He asks if Angle watched Lockdown, which he did. They come to conclusion that they were screwed by Jeff Jarrett and Mick Foley. Sting says it's about bringing the title back to the Main Event Mafia. Angle agrees and says they'll work together to make it happen.

Sting def. Eric Young with the Scorpion Death Lock.

Borash in the back with Mick Foley and asks him who his opponent will be. The two then go into an Abbott and Costello routine without ever revealing anything.

Angelina Love, Awesome Kong, and Jim Cornette are in the ring for a contract signing for the Knockouts Title match at Sacrifice. After the papers are signed, Kong goes after Love, but winds up putting Rudy Charles through a table instead.

Footage from earlier in the week is shown of Lauren yelling at Abyss over what Dr. Stevie has done. She says that Taylor is her friend and like a sister. Dr. Stevie, meanwhile, is out on business until Monday.

After a video package highlighting Kurt Angle, Lauren is once again in the back. She's with A.J. Styles and asks him about his I Quit Match against Booker T. Styles says the match is about more than the title... it's about pride. He says the word "quit" is not in his vocabulary. He acknowledges that it's not in Booker's either, but somebody has to say it on Sunday. Styles adds that there's no beef between him and Samoa Joe.

Lauren is busy tonight... She's in the back with Matt Morgan. Morgan says when you are a big time athlete in a big time sport, you need to make a big time business decision. And that is why he wants to join The Main Even Mafia. He adds that he hopes Angle doesn't take his loss personally.

Kurt Angle def. Matt Morgan after countering a Hellevator attempt into an Inside Cradle. The two shake hands after the match.

Lauren... again. She's with Jeff Jarrett who says his hamstring will heal. He's not going to let this defeat him or make him quit. It's about a battle with Mick Foley on Sunday and that somebody other than the former WWE Hardcore Champion will win Sunday, which will turn business around.

Jeff Jarrett def. Samoa Joe via disqualification after Joe threw the ref into the guard rail. AJ Styles came out to try to talk some sense into Joe who was relentless in his attack on Jarrett's injured hamstring. Talking didn't work and the two began to brawl.

Mick Foley is in the ring and builds up his former World Champion oponent who turns out to be a cardboard cutout of Rocky Balboa, which was brought to the ring by two handlers and a "Mick" lookalike.

Mick Foley def. Rocky Balboa in a non-title match in a match that, believe or not, saw the cardboard cutout of Rocky get some offense in. But in the end, a Pile Driver and Elbow Drop were too much for the boxing legend.

After the match, Foley starts doing a Rocky impression, substituting his wife's name, Collette, for Adrian.

Jeff Jarrett comes out and says he can't take it anymore. He and Foley begin to brawl. Kurt Angle joins in and attacks Foley. Sting comes out, tries to make peace, but gets hit with a chair by Foley instead. Jarrett then lays out Angle, but is then taken out with another chair shot from Foley to end the show.

    Kofi Kingston def. William Regal
    CM Punk def. Chris Jericho

Just four days after the gavel dropped for many Superstars at Judgment Day, six men faced off in three, separate grueling bouts - including an ECW Title Match - during “WWE Superstars” Thursday night on WGN America.

Don’t know where to catch “WWE Superstars”? Find WGN America in your area. Can't see “WWE Superstars” on WGN America in your area? Stay with WWE.com for full results, photos and video clips of all the action.

ECW Champion Christian and Tommy Dreamer fight to a No Contest (WATCH | PHOTOS)
After challenging Tommy Dreamer to face him for his ECW Title, Christian and the ECW Original fought to a No Contest after Jack Swagger interjected himself into the fray. On Sunday, Captain Charisma outsmarted “The All-American American,” and ended up walking out of Judgment Day as champion. This did not please Swagger, who had lost his championship rematch just days prior. And, to add fuel to the two-time All-American’s fire, Christian challenged Dreamer to a title match Thursday night. As would be expected from the two ring warriors, Christian and Dreamer both fought valiantly against one another with the much coveted ECW Title on the line - that is - until Swagger made himself an unwanted addition. Despite the former champion’s interference resulting in a quick exit courtesy of the ECW Champion and his challenger, Swagger was the one smiling as he walked to the locker room. What was “The All-American American” smiling about? Does Swagger have something planned for this Tuesday night following his disruption on “WWE Superstars”? And, will Tommy Dreamer get another opportunity to go for the Extreme gold before his contract expires next month?

Kofi Kingston def. William Regal (WATCH | PHOTOS)
Last week on Raw, Kofi Kingston was on the winning side of tag team action against William Regal & Matt Hardy. This week on “WWE Superstars,” The Jamaican Superstar continued his winning ways as he outshined the Englishman in one-on-one action. Although both have clashing mat styles, Kingston & Regal proved to be fierce competitors as they took each other to their limits. As it appeared that William Regal was closing in on the former Intercontinental Champion, looking to deliver a vicious knee with his exposed knee brace, all he got was a little Trouble in Paradise courtesy of the high-flying Superstar. Even though Regal is an in-ring veteran and a master of his craft, Kingston’s winning streak continued, and the Englishman was sent to the locker room trying to get his head back on straight.

CM Punk def. Chris Jericho (WATCH | PHOTOS)
Both Jericho and The Straightedge Superstar were looking to avenge their respective losses from Judgment Day as they met on “WWE Superstars.” Ultimately, it was Mr. Money in the Bank, CM Punk, who proved victorious, but Jericho had the last laugh. This wasn’t the first time these two have done battle, and much like their past encounters, could be considered a tutorial on the intestinal fortitude it takes to become a top WWE Superstar. All the way to the finish, the two ring titans were evenly matched, with Jericho reversing the Go To Sleep into the Walls of Jericho. But Punk fought back, countering the nefarious Superstar’s lethal submission maneuver into a roll-up for the win. It was no surprise that the first-ever Undisputed Champion was not pleased with the end-result, and he aired his frustrations by nailing a Codebreaker on the celebrating Mr. Money in the Bank, leaving Punk writhing in pain as “WWE Superstars” went off the air.

CINCINNATI - With just three weeks until Extreme Rules, The Man Who Loves Fight sought retribution of the "Hart," while the ECW Champion showed a lack of respect to one former champion and tremendous respect to another.

David Hart Smith def. Finlay (PHOTOS | VIDEOS)
One week after David Hart Smith shocked the WWE Universe by attacking The Belfast Brawler in his match with Tyson Kidd, the son of The British Bulldog triumphed over Finlay with a devastating high-and-tight suplex. The returning Superstar achieved his edge thanks to a distraction from his fellow Hart Dungeon-trainees, Tyson Kidd & Natalya, allowing him to rattle his tough-as-nails opponent with a shot from Natalya’s shoe. While warming-up for the match earlier in the evening with The Hart Trilogy, Hart Smith made the chilling statement he is better than his father ever was.

Jack Swagger attempts to commandeer the ECW ring (PHOTOS )
"The All-American American" proclaimed that ECW Champion Christian did not beat him at Judgment Day nor at Backlash, and that he wouldn't leave the squared-circle until he received justice. After ECW interim General Manager Tiffany threatened that if he didn't back down, he would never get a chance at the Extreme gold again, Swagger relented, shoving the emerging Captain Charisma off the ramp. As a result of his actions, the former ECW Champion was told to take the rest of the night off before he got in more trouble by the take-charge interim GM.

ECW Champion Christian def. Paul Burchill (Non-title) (PHOTOS)
After trying to shake off Swagger’s damaging cheap shot during his entrance, Christian went on to heroically reign supreme over the tough-as-nails Paul Burchill with the help of the Killswitch

Afterward, Captain Charisma took issue with the fact that now he had beaten Jack Swagger twice, and still has unfinished business with Tommy Dreamer. He explained that while giving the ECW Original an opportunity at the Extreme title in Madison Square Garden three weeks ago, Swagger interfered, preventing a definite outcome. And with Dreamer's contract expiring in less than three weeks - and Dreamer's promise of retirement if he doesn't achieve ECW gold - Christian aimed to finish what they started rather quickly. In response, Tiffany decided to grant the champion's request, officially signing the match for "WWE Superstars" this coming Thursday.

Using a determined mixture of English and Russian, The Moscow Mauler proclaimed that he will continue his vicious "march" through the Land of the Extreme.

    News on upcoming WWE Diva

Ohio Valley Wrestling women's wrestler Serena Deeb was the lady in the black dress standing in the hallway when Finlay was making his way to the ring for his match with David Hart Smith on last night's episode of ECW.

Deeb has appeared in TNA Wrestling in the past and holds the record for the most number of OVW Women's Championship reigns with six.

Alongside fellow OVW peer Josie (now known as Sojournor Bolt), Deeb appeared at last year's Slammiversary pay-per-view. Both Deeb and Josie took part in Awesome Kong's $25,000 Fan Challenge, but were unable to defeat Kong.

Kelly Kelly def. Mickie James, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, Beth Phoenix, Rosa Mendes and Jillian to earn a Divas Championship Match

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Less than 24 hours after Judgment Day and the entire Raw roster was already looking toward Extreme Rules. Monday night saw two huge matches made for the pay-per-view, as John Cena & Batista took on WWE Champion Randy Orton and his Legacy in the main event. Things looked grim for The Animal when he was left to face the multi-generational Superstars by himself, but the tables turned on “The Viper” when WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair once again rushed to Batista’s aide against The Legend Killer.

John Cena & Batista def. WWE Champion Randy Orton & The Legacy in a match that saw involvement from Big Show and WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Raw’s main event saw five of the brand’s top Superstars compete as John Cena & Batista took on WWE Champion Randy Orton and his Legacy cohorts, Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase. As the battle raged on, Big Show emerged, drawing his Extreme Rules opponent, John Cena from the ring. With his partner gone, The Animal was left alone to compete against the Superstar he’ll face in a Steel Cage at Extreme Rules, as well as Orton’s minions.

Sorely outnumbered, Batista was the beneficiary of some well-timed assistance from WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. The two had suffered through a minor disagreement earlier in the evening after the “Nature Boy” revealed his plans to call out “The Viper” on the next Raw, but their bond proved to be stronger than any petty squabbles, as ‘Naitch contributed to the match’s confusion, giving Batista a chance to capitalize, spearing Orton for the win.

Vickie Guerrero def. Santina Marella to become the new Miss WrestleMania (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Having received some impromptu wrestling training from her nephew Chavo, Raw General Manager Vickie Guerrero made her way to the ring to compete against Santina Marella for the title of Miss WrestleMania in her very first match. Before the match could even begin, Chavo announced that the title would be contested with no disqualifications and proceeded to attack Santina once the contest started. Things went from bad to worse for the first-ever Miss WrestleMania as William Regal emerged next, attacking the Italian Diva, and giving Vickie the opening she needed to pin her opponent and win the match, becoming the new Miss WrestleMania in the process.

United States Champion MVP def. Matt Hardy (PHOTOS | WATCH)
As Matt Hardy explained earlier in the evening, Raw General Manager Vickie Guerrero not only expunged his loss to Kofi Kingston from the records, but also gave the bitter Superstar something he had been clamoring for: A United States Title Match against MVP. Though Hardy denied it, it’s possible that Vickie’s actions were done to repay the Superstar for his attack on Jeff Hardy the night before during his World Heavyweight Title Match against the Raw GM’s husband, Edge. Though he had claimed in the past to have beaten MVP more than anyone, Hardy, with his broken hand, was unable to defeat The Ballin’ Superstar, who retained the U.S. Title.

The Miz once again called out John Cena, and claimed he is now 5-0 in spite of Jerry Lawler challenging his logic; Big Show revealed that he will face Cena again at Extreme Rules in a Submission Match (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Masquerading as his rival, The Miz addressed the WWE Universe to mock and once again call out John Cena. After the former World Heavyweight Champion failed to come out following the self-proclaimed “chick magnet’s” rap belittling him, The Miz claimed another spurious victory over Cena. The arrogant Superstar’s claims didn’t go unchallenged, however, as he was joined in the ring by WWE Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler. The Raw announcer pointed out the ridiculousness of Miz’s claim to have a 5-0 record against Cena when the two have never fought a match to completion.

The two were then interrupted by Big Show, who had his own bone to pick with John Cena. Though the targeted Superstar claimed earlier that he was done with The World’s Largest Athlete, Big Show revealed that the two would be colliding once again at Extreme Rules, in a match that would appear to give the 7-footer a distinct advantage: A Submission Match. When The Miz responded that Cena would simply beat Big Show again, the massive Superstar lunged for the self-asserted “future World Champion,” but the former reality star was too quick, shoving “The King” at The World’s Largest Athlete and escaping up the ramp. Furious, Big Show latched his punishing submission maneuver on Lawler before leaving the ring.

Attempting to make good on his promise the week before to find himself “The” tag team partner, The Brian Kendrick went to the ring with Goldust in tow, ready to compete against Unified WWE Tag Team Champions Carlito & Primo in a non-title match. Throughout the match, Kendrick berated The Bizarre One, and his criticisms only intensified after being pinned by Primo. Following the match, the cocky Superstar made moves to take out his frustrations on his partner, but was stopped by Hornswoggle, who emerged from under the ring. Returning the favor to Goldust, who protected the diminutive Superstar from Big Show on “WWE Superstars,” ‘Swoggle helped his new friend attack Kendrick, chasing him from the ring.

Santino Marella def. Chavo Guerrero (PHOTOS)
Spilling over from Santino Marella’s recent insults directed at Vickie Guerrero and her nephew, Chavo’s attack on the Italian Superstar at Judgment Day, the two competitors squared off in the ring on Raw. Though the star of “Santino’s Casa” was victorious, he received distressing news after the match: Chavo revealed that later in the evening, Santino’s sister, “Santina” would be defending her Miss WrestleMania title against the Raw General Manager herself, Vickie Guerrero.

Raw General Manager Vickie Guerrero set WWE Champion Randy Orton & The Legacy vs. John Cena & Batista as the night’s main event; Kelly Kelly won a Diva Battle Royal to earn a future Divas Championship Match (PHOTOS | WATCH)
After John Cena explained that he became involved in Raw’s opening brouhaha as a way of showing his desire for the WWE Title, he was accosted by Vickie Guerrero. The Raw General Manager then informed the former World Heavyweight Champion that due to the fight that just took place, she had set a new main event for Raw: John Cena & Batista vs. WWE Champion Randy Orton & The Legacy.

Raw saw an awesome assemblage of sexy, smart and powerful Divas as Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, Beth Phoenix, Rosa Mendes and Jillian all took to the ring for a Divas Battle Royal. The Sexiest Women on Television were especially driven as on the line was a future title match against Divas Champion Maryse, who observed the match from the announce table. As the contest came down to Mickie and Kelly, the French Canadian Diva was no longer content just to watch, and became involved, blinding Mickie with an unidentified substance, an act she referred to as an “extreme makeover.” By attacking the Diva who had handed her numerous defeats in recent weeks, Maryse allowed Kelly to pick up this huge victory.

Ric Flair interrupts WWE Champion Randy Orton to reveal that The Legend Killer will defend his title in a Steel Cage Match against Batista at Extreme Rules, causing a brawl to break out between Legacy, Flair, Batista and John Cena (PHOTOS)
Randy Orton, still proudly holding his WWE Title after Judgment Day, opened Raw by castigating WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair for his involvement following the WWE Championship Match the night before. Not one to take a verbal attack lying down, the “Nature Boy” himself emerged and reminded The Legend Killer that he didn’t actually beat Batista, and in fact, lost by disqualification, and thus managed to hold onto the WWE Title. Further enraging Orton, Flair revealed that he had just spoken with Raw General Manager Vickie Guerrero, and that she had decreed that “The Viper” would be defending his title against Batista once again at Extreme Rules, but in a Steel Cage Match to ensure a definitive outcome.

Incensed at the news Flair bore, Orton attacked the WWE Legend and called down Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase to assist in the assault. But before the rest of Legacy could make it to the ring, they were intercepted by Batista. As the multi-generational Superstars began to get the upper hand on ‘Naitch and The Animal, John Cena emerged from the locker room area and helped clear the ring of the devious Legacy members.

What you didn't see on WWE RAW this week

    Credit: Adam Parker of PWInsider.com

Typical to the new "PG" rating, there are a lot of kids here for the show.

Due to space constraints, they aren't using the typical video cylinder tower on the side of the stage.

Lot's of "Whoo" chants started in the crowd.

They show the "Shoot To Thrill" video package for Wrestlemania
    25. Randy Orton got killer heat when shown.

Sheamus O'Shaunnessy from FCW is out first. He grabs a mic and says he is from Ireland and cuts a heel promo and gets good heat. There is a "USA" chant. Jamie Noble is his opponent. The Superstars
graphics are up, but I'm sure this is a dark match. Sheamus wins with what looked like a modified Rock Bottom.

The place looks to be a near sellout.

Cut away to USA network followed by Lillian singing the national anthem.

Vince Mcmahon met kritiek op Divas

It's interesting to note that there has only been two Diva-related matches on pay-per-view within the last six pay-per-views. Even more alarming, only one title defense has taken place within the last eight pay-per-views. There is a reason for this as Vince McMahon is said to be down on the women's division at the moment, reports The Sun. There have been a number of sloppy matches on television of late, which likely played a factor on his outlook.
