    Uitslagen WWE SUPERSTARS 30 APRIL
Klik op de afbeelding om de link te volgen Michelle McCool & Alicia Fox def. Gail Kim & Maria
    Evan Bourne def. Paul Burchill
Ted DiBiase def. WWE Unified Tag Team Champion Carlito

This week's “WWE Superstars” on WGN America showed off the results of WWE's recent Draft. Raw newcomer and Unified Tag Team Champion Carlito faced The Legacy's Ted DiBiase, while some of SmackDown's newest Divas met some of the Sexiest Women of Friday nights. Also, the rivalry between Evan Bourne and the Burchills got even more Extreme.

Don’t know where to catch WWE Superstars? Find WGN America in your area. Can't see WWE Superstars on WGN America in your area? Stay with WWE.com for full results, photos and video clips of all the action.

Michelle McCool & Alicia Fox def. Gail Kim & Maria (PHOTOS | WATCH)
As Gail Kim was propelling herself from the always-dangerous second rope, Michelle caught the tenacious Diva with a vicious kick to the face, delivering enough force to give the former Divas Champion the huge victory. Michelle reaffirmed herself as one of the top Divas in WWE while giving Alicia Fox a taste of success in her first match since being drafted to SmackDown.

Evan Bourne def. Paul Burchill (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Still furious after his loss to Evan Bourne on last week’s ECW on Sci Fi, Paul Burchill and his devious sister, Katie Lea, returned to the Land of the Extreme looking for some retribution. ECW’s interim General Manager, Tiffany, granted Paul his wish – a rematch against “Air” Bourne on this week’s “WWE Superstars.” But Burchill didn’t exactly get his revenge. The high-flying Bourne once again proved to be superior, landing another perfect Shooting Star Press against the Englishman and pinning him for the “WWE Superstars” victory, much to the dismay of a ringside Katie Lea.

Ted DiBiase def. WWE Unified Tag Team Champion Carlito (PHOTOS | WATCH)
On the surface, the members of The Legacy and the WWE Unified Tag Team Champions have a lot in common: Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase and Carlito & Primo are all multi-generational Superstars possessing phenomenal natural ability. However, as pointed out by DiBiase & Rhodes, the brothers from San Juan have the WWE Unified Tag Team Titles, something The Legacy has plans of changing. WWE Champion Randy Orton’s cohorts took the first step toward securing their own championship gold on WWE Superstars, as Ted DiBiase squared off against Carlito. Though it was a hard-fought match, filled with reversals and the WWE Unified Tag Team Champion’s high-flying maneuvers, it was the “Priceless” Superstar who emerged victorious, further securing he and his group’s legacy.

vOEGT SMITH ZICH BIJ DE hART FOUNDATION???

Big update on DH Smith's return to WWE TV

    source: F4WOnline.com

Tyson Kidd and Natalya were told to expect a third addition to their package soon, that of course being DH Smith.

Smith was drafted to the ECW brand in the Supplemental Draft two weeks ago with the idea to pair him up with the two. Although, his move to the brand squashed the possibility of the second generation wrestler joining Legacy on Raw. Randy Orton had an idea for Smith to be the Arn Anderson of the group, but plans derailed when the heated McMahon storyline came about in mid-January.

All three are quite familiar with each other as they've known each other since childhood. At the age of ten, Kidd was adopted into the Hart family after befriending Teddy Hart. He also lived with Smith for several years and has been living with Natalya for five years.

In 2007, Smith, Kidd and Natalya briefly aligned themselves and formed the Next Generation Hart Foundation in Florida Championship Wrestling. The group disbanded when Smith was called up to the main roster in October of that year.

Late last year, Smith was paired up with Kidd and Natalya once again with the idea to call them up to the main roster. In December, they looked to be on the brink of being called up to SmackDown to work a program with tag team champions Carlito and Primo, but those plans were squashed when Smith reportedly went behind Kidd's back to suggest to the creative team that they place him in Legacy. Creative apparently bought the idea as the two were unexpectedly broken up in mid-December — a week or two after they started working dark matches.

FCW officials actually turned the behind the scenes happenings into a storyline as Kidd taunted Smith for making it onto television before him even though his former tag partner went behind his back to get in WWE without him.

    UPDATE OVER JEFF'S WWE STATUS

Latest details regarding Jeff Hardy's WWE future

    Source: prowrestling.net

We've been covering the story about Jeff Hardy's WWE contract status and the possibility of Jeff taking time off when it expires this summer. Jeff has turned down several of WWE's attempts to sign him to a new contract and the former WWE champion is said to be considering extended time away from the ring.

The latest is that Jeff has been giving the impression to friends that he will in fact re-sign with WWE before his contract expires this summer. While he is burned out with the hectic travel schedule, his willingness to walk away from WWE has given him negotiating leverage and he will likely ask for a reduced schedule, similar to the Undertaker's deal.

    Buddy Rose dood aangetroffen

Performer from the first Wrestlemania found dead

Dave Meltzer is reporting that former AWA tag team champion Buddy Rose (Paul Perschmann) was found dead earlier today by his wife in his Portland, Oregon home. A cause of death is not known at this time.

Rose, wrestling as the masked Executioner, lost to Tito Santana in the opening match of the first Wrestlemania in 1985.

You might catch "Playboy" Buddy Rose currently on AWA on ESPN Classics, often teaming with his tag team partner "Pretty Boy" Doug Somers, managed by the late Sherri Martel. The rather large Rose would be introduced as weighing 271 lbs., but Rose would correct them by saying he weighed a slim trim 217 lbs.

Matt Hardy, who suffered a broken right hand during his "I Quit" match with Jeff Hardy, somewhat wrestled a match on RAW this week. He never officially made contact with Goldust until winning the match with a shot with his cast.

We'll be updating soon as to whether or not Hardy will continue working house shows. He was told by the doctor he would be out four-to-six weeks, but it appears he's going to do what he can to stay on television, given that is only four or five TVs.

We start off tonight’s show with a look back at Lockdown and last week’s Impact. We then see Jeff Jarrett and Kurt Angle have problems with Mick Foley. What does Bobby Lashley have up his soft spoken and hard hitting sleeves? Samoa Joe has issues but does he have any allies?
Jeff Jarrett is walking in the back and Jeremy Borash wants to ask Jeff some questions, but he will not answer Jeremy. Jeremy tries to get some answers from Jeremy. Mick says that Jarrett cannot fire him because he is the champion. Mick says that he wants to work with Jeff not against him. Mick says that friends fight with steel chairs. Mick says that him and Jeff are going to be closer than brothers.

We are live on tape from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida and your announcers are Don ‘Fang Fingers’ West and Mike ‘Sorry San Jose’ Tenay.

The Main Event Mafia comes to the ring but Sting is not with them. Angle has a mic and he says that for the last six months since the birth of the Main Event Mafia, those closest to him have referred to him as the Godfather. Angle says that it is because he is the man in charge and he knows how to make things happen. He can deliver as long as he is showed respect. He tells Mick Foley that is how he is honored in TNA as long as he gets the proper respect. When Foley hit him last week with the chair, Foley did not know that there would be consequences. There is a price for Foley to pay. Angle tells Jeff Jarrett that he has an offer that Jeff cannot refuse. Angle says that if he is put in the title match at Sacrifice, he will put up what is most important to him. If he is pinned, the individual who pins him will be the Godfather of the Main Event Mafia. He tells Mick Foley that after what happened last week, he is going to go to his office and he is going to employ a hostile takeover. He is going to take over Foley’s office and job. He will take over everything because when you screw with the Godfather, you get the thorn of the rose.

Mick Foley is in the office with Jeremy Borash. Jeremy asks Mick for his thoughts. Mick asks what Angle said as he pulls out his headphones. Jeff Jarrett enters and he tells Mick that it is just the two of them and he can beat him up if he wants. He tells Foley to stay out of his way. Foley wants to know if Jarrett has his back if Angle tries to take over. Jeff tells Foley that he is on his own. We go to commercial.

We are back and Lauren is in the Main Event Dressing Room. Angle says that he is the Godfather and when he says something, he looks that person in the eyes and does it. Lauren asks Kurt about his offer for Sacrifice. Kurt says that he is going to whip Foley’s ass and become the TNA Champion. Steiner says that he wants to get back at Jarrett. Details on the new stable in TNA

Details on the new stable in TNA
As seen on last night's episode of Impact, Brutus Magnus dropped his gladiator gimmick and formed a stable known as the British Invasion with Doug Williams and Rob Terry. In their debut match as a team, Magnus and Williams defeated Homicide in a two-on-one handicap match after assaulting his tag team partner Hernandez backstage prior to the match.

Williams had been under contract to TNA for nearly a year, but the company had nothing creatively for him until now.

Terry, a former bodybuilder from Wales, got his start in wrestling two years ago when he signed a developmental contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. He was in Florida Championship Wrestling for a while, but was peculiarly released this past summer as WWE doesn't give up on prospects who fit their ideal look for what a wrestler should look like so quickly. He stayed in Florida and has been training with Team 3D at their wrestling academy school in Kissimmee ever since. TNA signed him to contract in February.

WWE HEFT INTRESSE IN KIP JAMES

There is some talk that WWE may be interested in bringing back former Tag Team and Intercontinental Champion Kip James once his TNA deal is up this year. TNA currently has no plans to re-sign him and he had been off shows until this coming weekend’s events. TNA’s decision to re-sign him may change once they hear there’s some interest from WWE there.

New Knockout gets bad reviews for her ring work

TNA newcomer Sarah Stock was a huge disappointment in her debut for the promotion last week.

The company brought her in from Mexico with the idea of making her the top female babyface in the promotion and having her work with Awesome Kong in hopes of revitalizing the women's division.

On April 21, Stock worked a match with Kong prior to the Impact taping and many backstage felt the match was terrible. Many felt her offense looked weak as the soft Mexican women's style of wrestling doesn't translate well in the United States. She worked a bit better the next night with Taylor Wilde, but the feeling was that her offense was still weak.

-- The Amazing Red will be making his return to TNA on tonight's episode of Impact — which was taped last week. The backstage reaction to his return to the ring have been largely positive. Those that saw him several years ago in TNA thought he looked good, while those that had never seen him were blown away.

TNA Knockouts Rhaka Khan and Roxxi are currently serving unofficial 60-day suspensions as punishment for their involvement in a backstage altercation at an Impact taping last month, reports The Sun.

TNA Knockout Roxxi has been released from the company, according to PWInsider.com. She and Rhaka Khan have been serving a 60-day suspension as punishment for a backstage altercation that took place several weeks ago at an iMPACT! taping. For one reason or another, the decision was made this week not to bring her back. Roxxi posted a message on her Twitter account wishing "TNA the best in their future endeavors." Her profile has been removed from TNAWrestling.com. Rhaka Khan's profile is still up and she is believed to be safe for now.

TNA Wrestling officials have reportedly reached out to former WWE star Lance Cade about joining the promotion.

The former three-time WWE tag-team champion is apparently interested in the offer, but has to first finish up some scheduled dates in Japan.

His former tag-team partner, Trevor Murdoch, has recently debuted with TNA on Impact under the name "The Outlaw Jethro Holliday" and has advanced in the current tag-team tournament the promotion has going on right now.

Former Knockout wants to make her return

Former Knockout wants to make her return

Canadian women's wrestler Jaime Dauncey, better known as Sirelda, is looking to re-join TNA Wrestling. In fact, WWE Hall of Famer Superstar Billy Graham is trying to mentor her into becoming a female version of himself in hopes of getting her back in the organization.

In October 2004, Dauncey took part in a "Gut Check Challenge," a talent recruitment event organized by TNA. She won the female event and was signed to a developmental contract a year later.

Dauncey debuted at the 2006 Slammiversary pay-per-view and would engage in a feud with Gail Kim. Following a loss to Kim at the 2006 Hard Justice pay-per-view, Dauncey quietly left the promotion, although she made a surprise appearance two months later at Bound for Glory as an entrant in the "Kevin Nash Open Invitational X Division Gauntlet Battle Royal." She has not been seen since.

Since her departure from the organization, TNA has used approximately 30 female talents, but they have yet to give her a call to come back. Her main backer at the time was the former head of head creative in TNA, Scott D'Amore, who she had ties with through his independent promotion, Border City Wrestling. Considering he no longer works there, this should explain why she has yet to resurface.

    Tyson Kidd def. Finlay
Tommy Dreamer def. Christian (Disqualification – ECW Championship Match)

NEW YORK – Despite confirmation that he’ll receive an ECW Championship rematch at Judgment Day, a vengeful Jack Swagger refused to let Tommy Dreamer get his chance at Christian’s title on ECW on Sci Fi. After attacking the ECW Champion and the ECW Original and sending a strong message that he wants to reclaim the Extreme Title, Swagger got his swagger back.

ECW Championship Match: Christian vs. Tommy Dreamer (PHOTOS | WATCH)
New ECW Champion Christian celebrated his Backlash defeat of Jack Swagger Tuesday night in front of a capacity Madison Square Garden, which WWE has sold out seven times in a row. But Captain Charisma’s Championship festivities were first interrupted by Tommy Dreamer. While the ECW Original congratulated Christian on his victory, he also pointed out he challenged himself to win the ECW Title once more before his contract expires, or else he’d walk away. When Christian offered Dreamer a title match, “The All-American American” finally emerged, calling Dreamer a joke and Christian a cheater. Before a melee could ensue, interim ECW General Manager Tiffany appeared, granting Swagger his ECW Title rematch at Judgment Day, as well as Dreamer his ECW Title match that night.

When Dreamer and Christian finally faced off during Tuesday’s main event, Swagger once again interrupted. “The All-American American” attacked the ECW Original and the ECW Champion, leading to Dreamer's win by disqualification, while Christian remains the ECW Champ. After decimating Dreamer and Gutwrench Powerbombing Christian, Swagger’s cocky smile returned to the Land of the Extreme. Swagger made a bold statement – he’s determined to win back the ECW Championship and no other Superstar is getting in his way. But will Dreamer be able to get his hands on the Extreme title before his contract expires in six weeks? What will Swagger do in the weeks leading to his ECW Championship rematch at Judgment Day? (Match preview)

    Tyson Kidd def. Finlay (PHOTOS)
It looks like Finlay’s luck may have run out. In his first ECW on Sci Fi match without his son, Hornswoggle, who was drafted to Raw, The Fighting Irishman was defeated by Tyson Kidd. The ECW newcomer and his ringside counterpart, Natalya, were looking to settle a score after Finlay and his son, Hornswoggle defeated them on last week’s “WWE Superstars” two days after the leprechaun also beat the Diva on ECW. But Kidd’s victory over Finlay came thanks to Natalya, who distracted the referee while Kidd used Finlay’s shillelagh on The Belfast Brawler’s leg, leading to the pin. It’s likely this isn’t the end of the recent rivalry that’s erupted between Kidd & Natalya and Finlay, but without his son on ECW, will Finlay find a way to prevail over the Hart Dungeon-trained duo?

Vladimir Kozlov makes a promise (PHOTOS | WATCH)
The Moscow Mauler made a bold promise to the WWE Universe and the Land of the Extreme Tuesday night, claiming it’ll only be a matter of time before he achieves global domination. While clothed in a full Russian military uniform, Kozlov made a stern statement in Russian: “Victory at any cost.” Kozlov is undefeated since joining the Land of the Extreme. Will any Superstar be able stop the merciless Moscow Mauler?

Gregory Helms joins the ECW broadcast team
The WWE Supplemental Draft brought Gregory Helms to ECW on Sci Fi. On Tuesday night, Helms joined the Extreme broadcast team, interviewing Evan Bourne. But while the high-flyer told Helms he has ECW Championship aspirations, he was interrupted by Paul & Katie Lea Burchill. The British duo were seeking revenge for Paul’s loss to Bourne on last week’s ECW. Will the Burchills get retribution Thursday night when Paul faces “Air” Bourne on “WWE Superstars” on WGN America at 8/5 PT?

Batista def. Big Show by count-out in a No. 1 Contender’s Match
Unified WWE Tag Team Champions Carlito & Primo def. Jamie Noble & Chavo Guerrero
The Miz def. John Cena by forfeit
WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. United States Champion MVP ended in a no-contest
    Matt Hardy def. Goldust
Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, Brie Bella & “Santina” Marella def. Divas Champion Maryse, Beth Phoenix, Rosa Mendes & Jillian Hall
Kofi Kingston def. The Brian Kendrick

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - The entire landscape of WWE changed at Backlash, with three new World Champions, including Raw’s Randy Orton, who won the WWE Championship in a Six-Man Tag Team Match. Though Batista was on the losing end of that conflict, he earned the right to challenge The Legend Killer for the WWE Title at Judgment Day after defeating Big Show on Raw, courtesy of a distraction by John Cena.

Batista def. Big Show by count-out in a No. 1 Contender’s Match (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Prior to the night’s final match, General Manager Vickie Guerrero announced that on the following Raw, WWE Champion Randy Orton would face Shane McMahon. Next, the main event began with two massive competitors squaring off for the right to face WWE Champion Randy Orton at Judgment Day. Batista, eager to exact revenge on The Legend Killer for putting him out of commission for months courtesy of a brutal punt, took on Big Show, who had gained esteem in the eyes of Raw’s General Manager, Vickie Guerrero, by attacking John Cena as part of their newfound professional relationship, allowing her husband Edge to secure the World Heavyweight Title at Backlash.

Batista might be used to overpowering his opponents in the ring, but he didn’t have that option against his opponent, The World’s Largest Athlete. However, during the match another advantage for The Animal reared its head as an injured Cena staggered out to the stage. The former World Heavyweight Champion’s presence was enough to distract Big Show, luring him from the ring and causing The World’s Largest Athlete to get counted out. When Big Show made it back to the ring, he was on the receiving end of a spear, delivered by the victorious Batista.

Unified WWE Tag Team Champions Carlito & Primo def. Jamie Noble & Chavo Guerrero (PHOTOS)
As holders of the Unified WWE Tag Team Championship, brothers Carlito & Primo can defend their titles on any WWE brand. However, as of the 2009 WWE Draft, both Superstars are officially members of the Raw brand. On Monday Night the Puerto Rican Superstars took on Jamie Noble & Chavo Guerrero, two athletes with considerable in-ring experience between them. But that experience wasn’t enough to overwhelm the sibling synergy exhibited by Carlito & Primo, who soundly defeated their opponents.

The Miz def. John Cena by forfeit (PHOTOS)
The Miz, a recent Draftee, also had his first match as a Raw Superstar. Proclaiming himself a “television icon,” the pompous Superstar announced to the WWE Universe that he planned to make an impact by challenging one of the brand’s most dominant ring warriors, John Cena. As the former World Heavyweight Champion’s music played, the fans in attendance waited in anticipation, but Cena was nowhere to be seen – presumably a result of the brutal Last Man Standing Match he took part in at Backlash. The self-proclaimed “future World Champion” announced that he had won the match as a result of a forfeit, and demanded that Lilian Garcia verify that fact. When she refused, The Miz made the formal announcement himself.

WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. United States Champion MVP ended in a no-contest
    (PHOTOS | WATCH)
If he hoped to prove himself as a top player on Raw, U.S. Champion MVP certainly succeeded as he went toe-to-toe with WWE Champion Randy Orton in a hard-fought match, retaliating “The Viper’s” every strike. As The Ballin’ Superstar and The Legend Killer continued to fight back and forth, each struggling to gain the upper hand, Shane McMahon rushed to the ring and assaulted “The Viper” with a kendo stick. As Orton’s Legacy, Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase, rushed to their leader’s aid, Shane O’Mac dropped a flying elbow on his nemesis, and then escaped into the crowd, leaving the outcome of the match in question.

Matt Hardy def. Goldust (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Just one day after one of the most brutal matches of his career, Matt Hardy had to face Goldust in the ring on Raw. Suffering from a broken hand sustained during an “I Quit” Match against his brother Jeff, Hardy entered the ring sporting a hard cast. Prior to the match, Hardy reasoned that with his injury, he had no choice but to quit during his Backlash match against his brother, but that didn’t make him a quitter. When the match began, the two competitors circled one another cautiously before Hardy slid out of the ring in an attempt to avoid the bizarre Goldust. The bitter Superstar then re-entered the ring, clobbering his opponent with his cast and covering him for a quick pin.

Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, Brie Bella & “Santina” Marella def. Divas Champion Maryse, Beth Phoenix, Rosa Mendes & Jillian Hall (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Raw was also host to an Eight-Diva Tag Team Match that saw Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, Brie Bella & Miss WrestleMania “Santina” Marella take on the team of Divas Champion Maryse, Beth Phoenix, Rosa Mendes & Jillian Hall. During the match, Brie attempted to utilize a trick she had used to great success while on SmackDown, going underneath the ring to switch places with her twin sister Nikki. Soon after disappearing, however, both of the Bellas emerged, along with a grinning Hornswoggle. The mischievous leprechaun sprang out and chased Rosa Mendes from ringside, giving “Santina” just the opening she needed to roll-up Jillian, securing a victory for her team. As the winning Divas and Hornswoggle celebrated, the diminutive Superstar was subjected to a horrifying glance up Santina’s skirt.

Kofi Kingston def. The Brian Kendrick (PHOTOS)
In the first match of the night, the highly athletic Kofi Kingston was to face off against one of the exciting new Superstars Raw received in the Draft: The Brian Kendrick. After being introduced by Lilian Garcia, the leather jacket-bedecked Superstar cornered the announcer and clarified that he should be referred to as “The Brian Kendrick.” Though Kendrick held his own, it was the controlled frenzy of Kingston that proved dominant, allowing The Jamaican Superstar to pick up the win.

Two matches for Raw set by Vickie Guerrero: Batista vs. Big Show to determine the No. 1 contender to the WWE Title and WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. MVP (PHOTOS)
Raw’s General Manager Vickie Guerrero opened the night’s show by celebrating two of WWE’s newest champions: Her husband, World Heavyweight Champion Edge, and WWE Champion Randy Orton, both of whom won their titles the night before at Backlash. Raw’s World Champion, “The Viper” then emerged, flanked by his Legacy, Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase. In the midst of congratulating Orton, the Raw GM then announced that his first title defense would take place at Judgment Day against the winner of a No. 1 Contender's Match between Batista and Big Show, to take place later in the evening.

As Orton finished berating the WWE Universe, he turned his sights on the Raw locker room, declaring that every Superstar, regardless of tenure, answers to him. But before he could finish his rant, The Legend Killer was interrupted by United States Champion MVP. Eager to make a name for himself on his new brand, The Ballin’ Superstar announced that as U.S. Champion, he doesn’t answer to anyone. After being put on notice by MVP, Orton had a brief word with Vickie Guerrero, who went on to make a second huge Raw match, pitting The Franchise Playa against “The Viper” in a non-title contest.
