    Mist Candice Michelle Wrestlemania opnieuw???

    Candice_Michelle-1.gif candice image by sexi_bby13
Diva removed from WM 25 Battle Royal

    Credit: PWPix.net

During Saturday night's replay of Raw on the Universal HD channel, the graphic promoting the 25-Diva Battle Royal at WrestleMania XXV was shown once again, but with two WWE Divas removed.

The two Divas removed from the original graphic shown on Monday were Gail Kim and Candice Michelle.

Regarding Gail Kim, she will likely be appearing in the match anyway, however, she has yet to make her official return to the ring. Kim will be making her television return to the company on this week's edition of SmackDown, which was taped this past Tuesday. This definitely looks to be a flub on WWE's part.

As far as Candice Michelle is concerned, it appears as though that she has been pulled from the match altogether, and will be missing WrestleMania for the second year in a row due to injury. Candice has been sitting on the sidelines the past few weeks due to an ankle injury she suffered during a recent training session. Considering her image was removed from the graphic, it looks like her injury has not completely healed and company officials have called off plans on featuring the former Playboy cover girl in the match.

As a result of Candice's apparent removal from the match, this opens up an extra spot for another WWE Diva from the past to appear.[/

Former WWE star fails a drug test

The Kentucky Athletic Commission drug tested four random wrestlers at a show in Elizabethtown, KY on Saturday night and former WWE Superstar Mike Mondo of Spirit Squad fame failed the test. Mondo tested positive for marijuana. No word yet on what’s happened to Mondo but the Commission usually suspends the talent immediately and requires them to go before the full body. Mondo could be suspended for up to one year and fined up to $500.

Details on Samoa Joe's new look

    Credit: F4WOnline.com

Regarding the brand new gear that Samoa Joe was dressed in for Destination X, TNA created it for him. Even though Joe came back heavier than he was when he left, the new costume made him look a whole lot worse. The plan with the new look for Joe was not intended to make him look bad. Instead, the idea was that it would make him look like a bigger star than before.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A special edition of MVP’s VIP Lounge turned into an Extreme argument between the Money in the Bank Ladder Match competitors on ECW on Sci Fi Tuesday night. But one Big Red Superstar stood tall below the coveted briefcase just 12 days before the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania.

New United States Champion MVP brought his VIP Lounge to the Land of the Extreme on Tuesday night. His special guests were his Money in the Bank Ladder Match competitors, Shelton Benjamin, Christian, CM Punk, Mark Henry, Finlay, Kofi Kingston and Kane. The Ballin’ Superstar couldn’t keep control of his Lounge full of 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania opponents. As the Money in the Bank briefcase hung above the ring, all the Superstars ended up arguing, except for one – Kane. The Big Red Machine stood watching his WrestleMania competitors fight, making an even bolder statement himself when they scattered from the ring and left him alone below the briefcase. Which Superstar will walk away from WrestleMania as Mr. Money in the Bank?

With Brie Bella and his brother and fellow WWE Tag Team Champion, Primo, in his corner, Carlito defeated World Tag Team Champion John Morrison on ECW on Sci Fi this week. Halfway through the match, ECW General Manager Theodore Long announced that the Unified WWE Tag Team Championship Match at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania will be a Lumberjack Match, and Superstars such a The Great Khali, Mike Knox and R-Truth entered the arena before Carlito hit Morrison with a Backstabber and pinned him for the victory as World Tag Champ The Miz & Nikki Bella watched from his corner. In just his second week back from injury on ECW on Sci Fi, Evan Bourne dominated the competition, earning a tag team victory for himself and ECW Original Tommy Dreamer over ECW Champion Jack Swagger & Tyson Kidd. Update on the status of Kevin Nash and Scott Hall

We posted last week about WWE sending a cease & desist order to wrestling promoter David Herro for a Great Lakes Championship Wrestling show he was promoting featuring Kevin Nash and Scott Hall vs. Kip James and BG James in the main event. The show was held this past Saturday night in Waukesha, WI and drew about 1,500 fans. A fan in attendance noted that Scott Hall was totally out of shape and appeared to be intoxicated. Nash even had to help Hall up the ring steps. The fan noted that while Hall’s hair is quite gray, he has dyed it a blue/black color that looks more blue than black. Nash worked the match with a hockey elbow pad covering his staph infection that he has been recovering from. Hall could barely work and wore blue jeans and an ICP jersey.

The finish of their match came when Hall went for a tag but Nash jumped off the apron and Kip James hit the Fameasser on Hall for the win. According to the fan, Nash cut a promo on Hall after the match saying he knows how it feels to be left out in the cold but at least give him credit for showing up.

    MAAKT STING GESCHIEDENIS?
    TNA_Sting_Banner-1-1.jpg image by v-for-vendetta_2007
If Sting makes it to April 19th (the day of the Lockdown PPV) as the TNA World Champion, he will become the longest reigning "TNA" World Champion, unseating Samoa Joe for the honor.

He would also make some personal history, as if he holds the title to that date, it will be his longest world title run ever. In 1990-91, Sting held the NWA Title for 188 days, his longest run.

Jeff Hardy def. Dolph Ziggler (Extreme Rules Match)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – With the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania right around the corner, Raw was a tense affair. After World Heavyweight Champion Edge leveled Big Show with a spear the week before, the two’s relationship deteriorated to a point where they were ready to face off on Raw – a match that ended with The World’s Largest Athlete K.O.ing The Rated-R Superstar. Even more brutal however, The Legend Killer and his “Legacy” viciously attacked not only WWE Champion Triple H, but also his wife, Stephanie McMahon, whose unconscious body Orton kissed as a restrained Cerebral Assassin had no choice but to look on.

WWE Champion Triple H vs. Randy Orton & Ted DiBiase ends in a brawl; Orton & “Legacy” attack Triple H and Stephanie McMahon (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Hoping to deliver some payback to WWE Champion Triple H after he decimated Cody Rhodes the week before, Randy Orton faced his WrestleMania opponent in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match, with Ted DiBiase at his side. Triple H had barely entered the ring when the three men launched themselves at each other. Looking for an equalizer, The Game went under the ring apron to retrieve his signature sledgehammer, but was confronted by Rhodes, who had been lying in wait. The Legend Killer and his fellow multi-generational Superstars then attacked the WWE Champion, handcuffing him to the ropes.

With The Game restrained, Orton said that there was only one person who could save Triple H and that she better come out. Against the warnings of the WWE Champion, a terrified Stephanie McMahon made her way down the entrance ramp. After climbing onto the ring apron, the Executive Vice President had second thoughts and tried to get away, but her path was blocked by Rhodes & DiBiase. Orton then grabbed her, delivering a vicious DDT from the second rope. Playing further mind games with The Cerebral Assassin, The Legend Killer leaned down and kissed the unconscious Stephanie, taunting Triple H before clobbering him with a sledgehammer.

Mickie James def. Santino Marella in an Intergender Match (PHOTOS)
At the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania, an appropriate number of Divas (25) will compete in a Battle Royal to determine who will be given the title of Miss WrestleMania. Santino Marella, however, was incensed that he would be denied an opportunity to compete in this match solely due to his gender. So, Raw’s interim General Manager, Vickie Guerrero, told The Italian Superstar that he could earn a spot in the match by defeating Mickie James with one arm tied behind his back. Unfortunately for Marella, he missed out on his opportunity to become Miss WrestleMania after The Glamazon inadvertently knocked him off the turnbuckle, allowing Mickie to pick up the win after a quick kick.

Undertaker appears to warn Shawn Michaels; HBK addresses The Phenom from a graveyard
    (PHOTOS | WATCH)
SmackDown Superstar Undertaker emerged on Raw to warn his WrestleMania opponent of what’s in store for him on The Grandest Stage of Them All. The Phenom noted that while it’s true that he has never defeated HBK, the last time they faced, Michaels’ body was so broken that he spent the next five years recovering. Not one to be outdone, Shawn Michaels appeared, addressing Undertaker from a graveyard. HBK made it known that he isn’t afraid of his match with Undertaker, and won’t be intimidated. The Showstopper went on to promise that Undertaker would be the one to rest in peace.

Rey Mysterio def. William Regal (PHOTOS | WATCH)
The week before, new Intercontinental Champion JBL accepted Rey Mysterio’s challenge to a match at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania with the title at stake. On Raw, the self-made millionaire gave William Regal and Layla a lift to the ring in his limo for The British Brawler’s match against The Master of the 619. During the contest, the Intercontinental Champion sat at commentary, laying out his plan to experience one of the most decisive victories in WrestleMania history. Mysterio experienced a decisive victory of his own, hitting Regal with a 619 and pinning his opponent. After the match, JBL approached the ring, clapping and mocking The Ultimate Underdog, but Mysterio had the last laugh, delivering a sliding kick to The Longhorn Loudmouth.

World Heavyweight Champion Edge vs. Big Show ended in a no contest (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Prior to the match between World Heavyweight Champion Edge and Big Show, John Cena sent a special get well card to Vickie Guerrero and promised that he would be on Raw the following week. During the match, Edge’s wife and Big Show’s lover, Vickie Guerrero, looked on from ringside with her nephew, Chavo Guerrero. Upset by the sight of her two men beating the living daylights out of one another, Vickie sent Chavo in to break them up. Edge went to spear Big Show, but when The World’s Largest Athlete moved out of the way, Chavo was the recipient of Edge’s attack. This gave Big Show just the opportunity he needed, clobbering Edge with a knockout punch.

CM Punk, Kofi Kingston, Christian & United States Champion MVP def. Kane, Mark Henry, Finlay & Shelton Benjamin (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Giving the eight participants a chance to size one another up prior to the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania, CM Punk, Kofi Kingston, Christian & United States Champion MVP took on the team of Kane, Mark Henry, Finlay & Shelton Benjamin. Sending a clear message to the other ring warriors, Christian pinned Shelton Benjamin to lead his team to victory. But his celebration was cut short as another ECW Superstar, Finlay attacked, clearing the ring with a ladder.

Jeff Hardy def. Dolph Ziggler in an Extreme Rules Match (PHOTOS)
In just a matter of weeks, Jeff Hardy will face his brother Matt in a contest at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania, contested under Extreme Rules. In an effort to show his devious brother just what’s in store for him, The Charismatic Enigma competed in an Extreme Rules Match against the ambitious Dolph Ziggler. However, Ziggler’s aggression wasn’t enough to stand against the relentless assault of Hardy, who picked up the win. Afterward, Hardy promised his brother that what he just saw wasn't extreme, but their match at WrestleMania will be.

Ric Flair accepts Chris Jericho’s challenge on behalf of Roddy Piper, Jimmy Snuka & Ricky Steamboat; Jericho attacks Flair, prompting Jerry Lawler to challenge Jericho to a match (PHOTOS | WATCH)
Raw was opened by none other than WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, accepting Chris Jericho’s challenge to a 3-on-1 Handicap Match at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania on behalf of “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka and Ricky Steamboat. Additionally, The “Nature Boy” announced that he would be watching all of the action from the WWE Legends’ corner. ‘Naitch was then interrupted by Chris Jericho, who, continuing to kick dirt on Piper, Snuka, Steamboat and Flair himself, announced his intention to beat and humiliate the WWE Legends.

The “Nature Boy” had other ideas, and began describing how he imagined the night going, but was interrupted by a vicious punch from Jericho. The first-ever Undisputed Champion proceeded to brutally beat Flair, smashing him into the steel stairs, tearing his suit off of him and even destroying the gold watch given to 'Naitch by Shawn Michaels after WrestleMania XXIV . Later in the show, fed up with the complete lack of respect Jericho has shown toward the WWE Legends, Lawler challenged the first-ever Undisputed Champion to a match on the next Raw.

Maria wilt graag terug naar RAW

Regarding her hopes for the future, SmackDown Diva Maria said in an interview with The Greek Reporter that she would like to return to Raw. "I'm living my dream right now by just being in the WWE," Maria said. "I still want to be Divas Champion and then move back to RAW to become Women’s Champion. I also recently recorded a song and I would like to do more of that, and finally I would like to launch my own clothing line." Maria also talked about her Greek background. "I am half Greek which comes from my father's side. Both of my grandparents are originally from Sparta, so I have a good fighting background," she said. Maria said she visited Greece a couple of years ago when she took her parents for their 25th wedding anniversary. "We were able to see most of the country, including Athens, and I cannot wait to go back," she said.

    Komt RVD terug??

Hey thought you might want to know that Rob Van Dam was recently interviewed by BE! Magazine and when talked about a full time return to wrestling he said this: “I miss showing off in the ring in front of thousands of people, but not enough to trade in my life at home for it, yet. It’s the non-stop travel that I’ve had enough of in the last 19 years or so. Still, I know I could come back and go straight to the top any day I wanted, and there’s a lot of contentment in that.”

Undertaker def. Intercontinental Champion John Bradshaw Layfield (Non-title)

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – As SmackDown celebrated its historic 500th episode (Full 500 Episode coverage), a love triangle took a painful turn, The Game grew more intense, a new champion was crowned, extreme passion rang forth, heartbreaking music was played out, and complete submission was demanded in an incredible extravaganza on The Road to the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania.

Big Show calls out World Heavyweight Champion Edge; SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero interrupts; John Cena interrupts (WATCH | PHOTOS)
After being speared on Monday Night Raw, Big Show challenged World Heavyweight Champion Edge to come out and face him. However, SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero interrupted their confrontation to inform the two love-sick Superstars that she was in love with them both, and the winner of their WrestleMania match will be the champion of her heart. But as she was engineering a truce, John Cena emerged to remind the three victims of Cupid’s arrow that he is also in the Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania (Match preview), refueling the conflict between The Rated-R Superstar and The World’s Largest Athlete in the process. After Big Show accidentally shoved Guerrero amidst the turmoil, Edge went for the spear, only to inadvertently hit his wife when Big Show moved. The fireworks continued and Big Show chokeslammed The Ultimate Opportunist, carrying Guerrero out of the ring.

WWE Champion Triple H def. Vladimir Kozlov (WATCH | PHOTOS)
With retribution toward his WrestleMania opponent Randy Orton consuming him, Triple H denounced the past claims that Orton’s illness had caused him to attack his wife, Stephanie McMahon. He proclaimed that on The Grandest Stage of Them All, he will “cure” the “disease” that is The Legend Killer. (Match preview)

The King of Kings then emphasized his point, hitting The Pedigree to reign supreme in a hard-fought match with The Moscow Mauler. Though Kozlov brought his impressive record and every bit of his unbridled intensity to the table, it was not enough to check the ultimate fury of The Game.

Montel Vontavious Porter def. United States Champion Shelton Benjamin (United States Championship Match) (WATCH | PHOTOS)
Despite the outstanding efforts and tremendous skill of United States Champion Shelton Benjamin, MVP brought his comeback full circle, recapturing the prestigious title from his fellow WrestleMania Money in the Bank participant. Since The Ballin’ Superstar turned his fortune around and began an unbelievable winning streak, he has been on a quest to recapture “his” gold from The Gold Standard. But now that The Franchise Playa’ is back on top, will he be able to rise even higher and claim the Money in the Bank Briefcase? (Match preview)

Jeff Hardy def. The Brian Kendrick (Extreme Rules Match) (PHOTOS)
As a prelude to Jeff Hardy’s WrestleMania Extreme Rules Match against his brother Matt Hardy (Match preview), the driven Charismatic Enigma took the extreme battle to both The Brian Kendrick and his ringside associate Ezekiel Jackson. After decimating Jackson with the steel chair with fire in his eyes, Hardy turned his favorite implement of destruction on The Kendrick. He planted his opponent’s head onto the unforgiving steel with a Twist of Fate before sealing his victory over The Kendrick with his roaring Swanton Bomb.
