    Resultaten Night of Champions 2013

    wwe-night-of-champions-ses-1

The Kickoff Show opens with Josh Mathews introducing us to the show. The “expert panel” for tonight includes Alex Riley, Booker T and Santino Marella. The panel breaks down some of the top matches for tonight’s show.

We go to the lounge with Renee Dupree, who informs us on how to interact via social media tonight. She runs down some polls for best tag-teams of all-time, etc.

We shoot backstage and Paul Heyman is shown rocking like Jesse Ventura. Brad Maddox walks by and asks Heyman if he’s ok. Heyman says he’s anything but ok. Maddox asks him what’s wrong. Heyman runs down all his concerns, namely, CM Punk. Heyman explains that he taught Punk how to get around the system, so he’s concerned that Punk is gonna massacre him in the middle of Maddox’s ring…unless. Heyman says if Punk beats Axel, then he’ll punch the ref in the mouth. This means Punk will be DQ’d and if he touches Heyman, he can sue for assault. Maddox then makes the match a no-DQ rules match. Heyman looks scared.

Back to the panel, where the guys talk about the new no-DQ stipulation that was just added to the Handicap Elimination match involving Axel, Heyman and Punk. They shift gears to talk more about other top matches on tonight’s show.

Tag-Team Turmoil: The Prime Time Players vs. The Usos vs. 3MB vs. Real Americans vs. Tons Of Funk

The PPV commentary team, consisting of Michael Cole, JBL and Jerry Lawler hype up the Tag-Team Turmoil match, which is up now. Out first is 3MB. Out next is Tons Of Funk. Representing 3MB will be Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre. Slater and Brodus Clay start things off. New teams will come out as people are eliminated. Slater beats up Clay for a while before he tags out to Tensai.

Tensai comes in the ring and runs right back out to the floor. McIntyre tags himself in and does a huge dive over the top, barely catching Tensai and crashing on the floor. Back in the ring, Tensai and McIntyre continue their battle. Nearfall by Tensai but McIntyre is tied up in the ropes. McIntyre misses a big elbow in the corner and Tensai rolls him up for the 1-2-3. 3MB are eliminated.

Out comes The Real Americans. 3MB are still in the ring beating down Tons Of Funk. The Real Americans, in specific, Antonio Cesaro, picks up where they left off. We head to a mid-match commercial here on the Night Of Champions pay-per-view Kickoff Show.

We return from commercial and Cesaro is going to suplex Tensai. Tensai reverses and suplexes Cesaro instead. He immediately tags in The Funkasaurus, Brodus Clay. Clay cleans house of both Swagger and Cesaro. Cesaro is still the legal man. Clay splashes him in the corner. Clay tries a pin on Swagger, but doesn’t get it. Not even sure he was the legal man. Commentators aren’t sure either. It turns out Swagger is the legal man. He applies the Patriot Lock on Clay and Clay taps out. Tons Of Funk are eliminated.

Out comes The Usos. The Usos race down to the ring and immediately throw both of The Real Americans out of the ring. One of the Usos goes flying over the top onto the floor on Swagger. The other flies over the top onto Cesaro. Back in the ring, Cesaro and Uso are the legal men. Uso comes off the top and splashes Cesaro. 1-2…Cesaro kicks out. Uso with another nearfall on Cesaro. Swagger tags himself in and the Real Americans double-team Uso. Swagger goes for a pin attempt but Uso kicks out at two. A loud “Let’s go Usos” and “We The People” dueling chant breaks out as Cesaro, now the legal man, is in control of the offense. We head to another mid-match commercial.

We return from commercial and one of the Usos is on the top rope. He leaps off but Swagger catches him by the leg coming down. Swagger locks in the Patriot Lock and Uso has no choice but to tap out. The Usos are eliminated. The Prime Time Players are now the only team left, along with The Real Americans.

Out comes The Prime Time Players. Titus O’Neil and Swagger are the legal men, as the fresher O’Neil goes to work immediately on Swagger. Big fall-away slam by O’Niel. Swagger chop-blocks O’Neil to slow him down. He’s going for yet another Patriot Lock but Darren Young comes in and kicks Swagger to break things up. Young encouraging O’Neil to make the tag, as both O’Neil and Swagger are down in the ring. O’Neil makes the tag and comes in a ball of fire, only to immediately be grabbed by Swagger for a Patriot Lock attempt. Young breaks free and hits his finisher immediately on Swagger. 1-2-3. The Prime Time Players win. The Prime Time Players now advance to take on Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns of The Shield for a shot at the WWE Tag-Team Championships. Young and O’Neil celebrate their victory in the ring as the announcers put over the tag-title match later on tonight at the PPV.

Winners and NEW #1 Contender’s to the WWE Tag-Team Titles: The Prime Time Players

We shoot back to the “expert panel” where the wrestlers break down the main event between Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton for the WWE Championship. We have four minutes left until the Night Of Champions pay-per-view show begins. Stick with us!

WWE Night Of Champions 2013 Pay-Per-View:

The typical badass video package airs to open tonight’s WWE Night Of Champions pay-per-view show. From there, we head into the live arena where Michael Cole, JBL and Jerry “The King” Lawler welcomes us to tonight’s big event.

    In-Ring Segment: Triple H

The ring announcer introduces us to the WWE COO Triple H. HHH comes out and talks about “what’s best for business.” He’s proud to put his stamp of approval on tonight’s matches because tonight will be one of the greatest nights in WWE history. And to show the fans that he’s not the villainous guy that WWE superstars think he is, and that he’s listened to the fans, and they, and he both want what’s best for business. So tonight, in the WWE Championship match, where Daniel Bryan takes on Randy Orton, there will be no interference from anyone. No Shield, no Big Show, nobody, just Orton and Daniel Bryan one-on-one. We’ll find out who should be WWE Champion. Hunter asks the crowd if they’re ready. He’s interrupted by Paul Heyman and Curtis Axel.

Heyman says he’s been calling, e-mailing, texting, leaving messages with everyone. He doesn’t know what it takes to get a reply from Hunter, but Heyman has a desperate need to talk to Hunter. He didn’t want it to be in front of the world, but Hunter thinks it’s best for business. Hunter says Paul looks terrible and asks him when the last time he slept was, or when he showered. He says Paul looks like a wreck, and Paul screams of course he’s a wreck. He apologizes and compliments Hunter on the line-up for NOC, but he says tonight Hunter has made a serious error in judgement, by putting Heyman, a non-athlete and father of two, into a handicapped elimination match against a fighter of such dominance, WWE accepted Heyman’s branding him as Best in the World. A fighter that gave Brock Lesnar all that he could handle. And Punk wants to beat Heyman up, to hurt him. Punk wants to give him such a beating that Heyman will never be seen in WWE again. Heyman begs Hunter to cancel the match with Punk.

Hunter thinks it over, and says that Paul makes some good points. He asks about if it has anything to do with the match being made no DQ. Hunter says he’s tried to weasel out of things, and he doesn’t see it happening here. Hunter says Heyman doesn’t need to tag in, he can let Axel handle it. Because Heyman should believe in Axel. Hunter asks if Heyman believes in Axel. Heyman hesitates, and Hunter says the match is on. Heyman asks if there’s no more honor among thieves. Axel grabs the mic and asks Hunter if there’s something personal going on. He knows what it is. The first day Axel became a Heyman guy was on Monday Night Raw and Axel beat Hunter in a match. Hunter says there’s an old saying, don’t poke the bear. Heyman brought up the fact that Hunter made a mistake, and tonight is Night of Champions, and all championships are defended. Luckily this is a mistake that Hunter can fix tonight on September 15th, in Detroit. He’s going to walk down the aisle and defend the Intercontinental Championship against the first person he crosses in the back, and that match is going to take place right now.

WWE Intercontinental Title: Curtis Axel (c) vs. Kofi Kingston

After HHH walks to the back, Heyman says a few more words but it interupted by Kofi Kingston’s music. Out comes Kingston, who is wrestling Axel tonight in the opener in an I-C Title match. Heyman heads to the floor, the bell sounds, and our first match of the evening is officially underway!

The two lock up. Axel is able to clamp on a headlock and Kofi fights out of it. Axel works over Kingston’s arm, but Kingston flips out of it and gets a quick near fall. Axel backs into the ropes. The referee lifts AJ’s arm as he stands. The crowd is roaring. He celebrates in the ring. Magnus looks on as he almost had it. Magnus surely thought he was going to win from the start. AJ grabs a mic. He says that he was going to do it and he did do it in St. Louis. He couldn’t have done it without, “You, you, you, you…” as he points to people around the ring. AJ says he received a lot of response from what he said several weeks ago, but he didn’t get anything from one person. He didn’t get a call, text, or tweet… and we know how Dixie likes to tweet. He tells Dixie to tell her office assistant to remind her to be there next week. We thought he said it all, well he has more explosive things to say, so be there Dixie! The show fades.

    Update on Cena's return

While he won't be back in the ring until next year, John Cena may be coming back to TV next month as we noted earlier. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Cena reportedly wants to make appearances to promote the company's campaign with Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Cena was heavily involved last year.

As for Cena's rehab process, it is expected to be a major storyline for the second half of the WWE Total Divas season, which begins airing in November.

    Jim Ross fired!!!

Here are some additional bullet points on how the Jim Ross "retirement" ... aka firing went down yesterday.

    * WWE is calling the Jim Ross departure a "retirement". Believe what you will but that doesn't seem to be the case.

    * The entire thing stems from the WWE 2K14 symposium in Los Angeles at SummerSlam AXXESS. Right after the event, there was talk that there was major heat on Jim Ross (and Ric Flair) and both could be released due to it. Flair was pulled from a special SummerSlam cameo and they have no plans to use him in the near future.

    * Following the SummerSlam WWE 2K panel, three weeks had passed and nobody thought anything of it. WWE sources thought things had blown over until this past weekend.

    * The rumors of Jim Ross' WWE future started back up again over the weekend and it was the topic of discussion this week at the TV tapings. There was talk that they'd be meeting with JR during the week and that happened on Wednesday.

    * Jim Ross arrived in Connecticut on Wednesday. Nobody could confirm why he was there but there was a ton of speculation that he was about to be fired. Triple H, Michelle Wilson, Stephanie McMahon and Vince McMahon were the very select few people "in the know". Everyone in Stamford thought "this was it" for JR as they had heard the rumors over the weekend.

    * The release stems from Jim Ross "not reeling Ric Flair in" after things went off script at SummerSlam. It should be noted that 2K Sports were THRILLED with the media attention they received and were happy with the panel. WWE was the complete opposite and were EXTREMELY upset. They had something in mind and it went the complete opposite direction. It all stems from WWE corporate being pissed off and all the blame went on Jim Ross and Ric Flair.

    * The company was especially pissed when Ric Flair mentioned Reed Flair's death during the panel. They were also upset when Flair mentioned that John Cena was a "hardcore drinker".

    * The people who put on the event (2K Sports) LOVED what they got as we noted above. This was not a WWE event. 2K was thrilled with the media attention as they got tons of extra coverage due to how crazy things got. Stephanie McMahon apologized to 2K executives after the event and 2K said they were fine with what went down. There are many people rolling their eyes as WWE is extremely pissed and the company that was in charge of the event was happy with it.

    * Things got pretty tense over the weekend as the Jim Ross rumors started back up. Many were under the impression he'd be fired once this week's TV tapings were finished.

    * The meeting on Wednesday involved Vince McMahon and Jim Ross. We're not sure if Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were there but things ended with Vince making the final call.

    * It all comes down to this - WWE was pissed that Ric Flair and Jim Ross didn't represent the company in the manner they should have. All the blame went on the two of them and both are no longer affiliated with the company. It's well known that you represent the company the way they want you to and Ross and Flair failed to do that in WWE's opinion. The fact that 2K Sports (the company in charge of the event) loved what they got (including all the extra media attention) makes it even more mind boggling that WWE wouldn't just let it go and ended up releasing Ross in the end.

SANTINO MARELLA RETURNS ON RAW THIS WEEK

Santino Marella Returns On RAW This Week - Details

As expected, Santino Marella made his return to RAW this week from The Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Prior to the match, Zeb Colter cut a promo bashing Canada until Santino came out and cut him off. This started a match between Marella and Cesaro, who was already out there with Colter. At one point during the match, Cesaro held Santino in a tilt a whirl for at least one minute straight, getting "holy sh*t" chants from the crowd. That spot was f*cking AWESOME BTW! Santino got a surprise win by hooking Cesaro's arm and then tossing him over for the three count. The Canadian crowd was super hot for Santino's return and the match in general.

    Uitslagen raw 9september

    Event: WWE Monday Night RAW
Airdate: Monday, September 9th, 2013 (USA Network)
Location: The Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
    Results by H. Winston

“Yes, sir, we promised you a great main event…”

We are live in Toronto, Canada! The show kicks off with hometown hero Edge making his way to the ring. He welcomes us to the cutting edge. He says he was requested by Triple H because it would be good for business. He thought it would be good to have a reunion with, not Christian, but his former partner Randy Orton, from Rated RKO. Edge says that Orton is merely Triple H’s lackey. Edge has decided that Randy will not be the guest on his show, but instead it will be Daniel Bryan.

Enter Daniel Bryan. Bryan says that even though he has been attacked, there is satisfaction with the struggle. Bryan says that he knows he will beat the Shield, along with Orton and become the WWE champion. Edge says that the people love Bryan because he didn’t come into the business the easy way. Edge sees a bit of himself in Bryan. Edge doesn’t know if Bryan can beat Orton but he deserves a fair shot. He asks Bryan if he thinks he can beat Orton. Bryan says yes. Edge asks if Bryan can show that he is the face of the WWE.

Enter Randy Orton. Orton says that it’s a shame that when he comes around from time to time, the only place that cares for him is a place like Canada. He says it’s also a shame that his body failed him at such a young age. Edge says that it’s a shame that Orton is supposed to be the face of the WWE but acts like a completely different body part. Edge says that he had problems with his spine but at least he has one. He reiterates that Orton has become Triple H’s lackey, and says that Triple H has poor judgment in talent.

Enter Triple H. Edge says that unlike the rest of the locker room, he doesn’t have to bite his tongue because he’s not employed here. Edge says that Triple H sucks at picking talent. He thought that Jericho couldn’t make it, and didn’t think Cena could make it either. Triple H says that he had to spend quite a sum to promote Edge’s show, and plugs it mid sentence. Triple H admits that he didn’t expect much from Jericho and he was proven wrong, along with Cena. Time will tell on Daniel Bryan, but there was one person that Triple H was right about being a failure, and that’s Edge. Triple H says that Edge never drew a dime in his Rated R super star time. Triple H will give Bryan a chance to prove him wrong tonight when he goes one on one with Dean Ambrose. Since Ambrose will have someone in his corner, so will Bryan: The Big Show. Triple H says things would be much easier if people would try to get along with him. Edge says that he didn’t have to marry into the business like he did. Edge says that Triple H may not be a dictator, but he is a dic – and is cut off by Triple H. Triple H says that although he cannot hurt Edge, he can hurt the ones that he loves. The Shield carry out Christian and lay him on the stage.

Edge busts into Triple H’s room and says that he wishes he were cleared by doctors so he could get his hands on Triple H. Triple H asks Edge who he thinks he is coming into his town, his city and running his mouth. Triple H tells Edge to get out of his city.

    Kofi Kingston vs Curtis Axel

Axel gains control early on and chokes Kofi against the bottom rope. Kofi manages a counter with an elbow, follows up with a dropkick, but Axel kicks him to the midsection. Kofi hit the S.O.S. but Axel managed to grab the rope to break the count. Axel smashes Kofi into the corner with knees until the ref is forced to call the match.

    Winner: Kofi Kingston

Heyman warns Axel that if he does this on Sunday then he will have to go into the ring with Punk. Axel goes toward Kofi but is caught off guard with trouble in paradise.

Booker T is backstage with Big Show. Booker T was there when Show first came into the business. The people called him a sellout, but it's easy from the outside looking in. Booker T says he would have done the same thing. Booker says the people will want him to be a hero, but he needs to keep his family in mind. Booker warns not to let his pride make a mistake that he cannot take back.

    Dolph Ziggler vs Bray Wyatt

Wyatt slams Ziggler to the mat. Wyatt does his creepy upside down thing in the corner, but gets caught with a dropkick as he turns around. Wyatt manages to get Ziggler back on the ground before commercials roll in. Back from commercial, Wyatt is still in control. Ziggler splashes on Wyatt in the corner and hits a series of fists, followed by a neckbreaker, then an elbow drop only to get a 1-count. Ziggler hits the famouser but gets a 2-count. Ziggler is distracted by the other Wyatts and gets smashed by Bray Wyatt in the corner. Bray hits his finished, now named sister abigail, to get the 3-count.

    Winner: Bray Wyatt

Heyman is out in the ring on crutches. He says that he does not have faith in the Canadian healthcare system. That's why, when he travels to Canada, he brings his personal doctor from New York City. Heyman's doctors have confirmed with proper MRIs in the U.S. that he has torn his meniscus and will have to withdraw from his match at Night of Champions. Heyman is returning to New York to receive proper care and will be back when he can.

Maddox comes out and says that the only way Heyman is being pulled from the match is if he is evaluated by the WWE medical staff. Maddox goes to the ring with a chair and a WWE doctor. Heyman sits in the chair and the doctor pulls Heyman's pant leg up to examine the knee. Heyman acts like his knee is in lots of pain as the doctor goes over the knee. The doctor says that he thinks the knee is fine. Heyman argues until CM Punk's music hits. Punk runs out with a kendo stick, Heyman undergoes a miraculous recovery and sprints out of the arena. Punk settles for...
Heyman's doctor, pummeling him with the kendo stick in the ring.

Natayla, Naomi and Bri Bella vs Layla, Alicia Fox and Oxana

AJ Lee is on commentary. Naomi hits the rear view on Oxana but gets a 2-count. Oxana throws Naomi into the corner and tags in Layla. Layla has Naomi in a leg-lock but Naomi kicks her way out. Natalya and Alicia Fox are tagged in, Foxx gets slammed in the middle of the ring. Natalya locks in the sharpshooter and Alicia Fox taps right away.

    Winner: Natalya, Naomi and Bri

The camera was centered on AJ Lee for the majority of the match as she was talking a lot of noise at the commentator's table.

R Truth vs Alberto Del Rio

R Truth gets beat into the corner. Del Rio attempts to clothesline Truth over the ropes but misses, Truth knocks Del Rio out and launches himself over the rope into Del Rio. As Truth was getting into the ring, Del Rio lands a kick to the head. Truth goes for a roll up but gets a 2-count. Del Rio double stomps on Truth's back, pumps his pecs and gets a 2-count. Truth hits a frontward suplex but gets a 2-count. As Truth got up to his knees, Truth hit a kick to Truth's face, then locks in an armbar. Truth taps.

    Winner: Alberto Del Rio

    Antonio Cesaro vs Santino Marella

Cesaro starts the match by hitting a dropkick. Santino Marella got some jabs in but is slammed down by Cesaro. Cesaro holds a tilt a whirl for at least one minute straight, getting "holy shit" chants from the crowd. I was writing when Santino hit something to finish the match. Happened quick with no replay. The crowd was really into the match.

    Winner: Santino Marella

    Damien Sandow vs The Miz

Miz hits a running elbow to knock Sandow to the mat. Sandow powers Miz into the corner and hits a series of shoulders to the midsection. Sandow trips Miz onto the middle rope and smashes him with a running start. Sandow hits the elbow of disdain and gets Miz in a neckhold. Fandango's music hit and he danced out on stage. Miz was distracted, Sandow capitalized and got the roll-up victory.

    Winner: The Miz

    Randy Orton vs Goldust

Goldust comes out looking great, throwing Orton from corner to corner and making Orton retreat to the outside of the ring. The crowd chimes in with "you've still got it" chants. Orton enters the ring, baits Goldust into grabbing his hand and kicks him in the midsection. Goldust gets a roll-up, 2-count. Goldust hits a series of chest slaps in the corner. Goldust sets Orton up for shattered dreams but Orton rolls out of the ring.

Back from commercial, Goldust is pursuing Orton outside of the ring. Goldust bounces Orton's head off of the steps. Orton catches Goldust on the apron and slams his head into the ringpost. Orton lifts Goldust up and drops his back onto the barricade. Back in the ring, Orton gets a 2-count. Orton has Goldust in a headlock for some time, Goldust fights out of it and hits a running bulldog. Goldust throws Orton into the corner, almost hitting the ref. Orton stops himself before hitting the ref but gets caught in a roll-up, 2-count. Orton hits the DDT through the middle rope. Orton goes for the RKO, Goldust counters it into crossrhodes, 2-count. Goldust argues with the ref, gets caught in a roll-up, 2-count. As Goldust gets to his feet, Orton hits the RKO.

    Winner: Randy Orton

Orton grabs the mic and stands over Goldust. He says that it looks like his dream of saving his baby brother have been shattered, just like Daniel Bryan's dreams will be shattered at Night of Champions.

Backstage, Stephanie rubs the loss in Goldust's face, asking him how it feels to be a loser like his brother. She says to join his brother in the unemployment line and tell his father that she says hi.

    Rob Van Dam vs Ryback

Ryback controls early on, hitting a belly to belly suplex. Ryback locks in an abdominal stretch on Van Dam, but he fights out, kicking Ryback in the head. Rolling thunder, 2-count. Van Dam goes high and flips into Ryback, 2-count. Van Dam preps for the frogsplash, Ryback rolls out to avoid it. Van Dam jumps out but Ryback steps aside as Van Dam hits the barricade. Ryback grabs Van Dam and slams him into the ringpost, groin-first, getting the DQ.

    Winner: Rob Van Dam

After the match, Ryback hit shellshock on Van Dam.

    Daniel Bryan vs Dean Ambrose

The two start off with back and forth action. Bryan hits a series of heavy kicks to Ambrose's back. Bryan puts Ambrose in a few submissions, Ambrose breaks out but gets hit hard by a clothesline. Bryan gets knocked off of the ring apron by a running Ambrose, sending him into the barricade. Back from commercial, Bryan is hitting a series of running dropkicks to Ambrose in the corner. Bryan goes up top and hits a hurricanrana. Bryan locks in the yes-lock but Ambrose gets to the rope to break the hold. Ambrose regains control, sets Bryan up on the top rope, buy Bryan manages to climb out and knock Ambrose off the top rope. Bryan sets Ambrose back up and hits a german suplex from the top rope. Outside of the ring, Reigns goes for a spear, Bryan sidesteps and Reigns hits the steps. Rollins jumps from the top rope, Bryan sidesteps and Rollins hits the commentator's table. Ambrose comes around the corner and clotheslines Bryan from behind. Ambrose keeps yelling for Bryan to stay down, Bryan catches Ambrose in a roll-up for the 3-count.

    Winner: Daniel Bryan

After the match, Randy Orton comes out. Bryan jumps through the ropes and attacks Orton, but is overwhelmed by the Shield and Orton. Orton hits the RKO on Bryan. Big Show tries to leave but Triple H orders him back to the ring to knock out Bryan. He goes back to the ring but refuses to do the deed. Orton gets furious and starts yelling at Big Show. Orton turns around and is hit by the running knee of Daniel Bryan. Bryan grabs the belt and celebrates as the show ends.

Apparently Rob Terry & Lei'd Tapa are a new team in OVW, TNA's Developmental territory. The duo seem to be calling themselves "High School Detention". They're wearing gothic attire.

    Orton dating a WWE Diva

There are some people backstage who think that Randy Orton is dating new Diva Jo Jo. The two have been seen holding hands and spending a lot of time with each other. Others think that the intensity of the relationship is due to the Total Divas reality show.

There is rumored to be a major "relationship twist" in the second season of the show, and it looks like Orton/Jo Jo is that twist. It is being assumed the relationship is real, even though they are playing it up for the cameras. Jo Jo was recently spotted making out with Justin Gabriel on the Total Divas reality show.

    Impact Wrestling Results – 9/5/2013
    From Cleveland, Ohio
Report by: Alex Barie of WrestlingNewsWorld.com

Impact Wrestling starts off with a video package showing Bully Ray patching Tito Ortiz into the Aces & 8s. The other members aren’t liking this and Anderson expressed his thoughts. Ray cares less. The video switches to AJ Styles and his great promo he cut last week. It then shows Hulk Hogan announcing the 12 man gauntlet match this week. He also announces Bully Ray defending his title at No Surrender against an Aces & 8s member.

The camera shows the arena with the audience standing on their feet cheering. The camera shows Kazarian backstage and says Kaz-mania will run wild tonight as he wins the gauntlet match. Austin Aries says he is going to win it and then it switches to Bobby Roode. He will go on and get the World Title for the second time. Ken Anderson says he is all about gold. AJ Styles is going to get 20 points as that is what he is made to do. Joe wants it and so does Hernandez. Jay Bradley likes money and can get a lot of it if he ruins someone’s evening. He says it will be fun. Park will make us proud while Daniels says he is going on for Bound for Glory. Jeff Hardy has his creatures behind him as he gains 20 points. WWE Monday Night RAW Results

    September 2, 2013
Commentators: Jerry Lawler, JBL & Michael Cole
Report by: David Stephens of Wrestleview.com

Triple H is already in the ring as RAW comes online. His heel theme is pumping through the arena speakers. The Shield is present in front of the ring to provide protection for the cerebral assassin. Triple H introduces the face of the WWE, Randy Orton. Orton makes his way to the ring and holds his Title overhead to taunt the crowd.

Orton claims that as the Champion he must represent the company. Anyone who is not happy with this situation will be found and punished. Orton says that last week Daniel Bryan defaced his personal property. Orton says that as a result he was forced to deface Daniel Bryan. A clip shows Orton spray-painting ‘no’ on Bryan’s chest on Smackdown.

Orton refers to the audience and says that he has a game to play. He asks if Daniel Bryan should face him at Night of Champions for the WWE Title. The crowd responds with the affirmative but Orton ignores them. Orton continues to run down Bryan and put himself over as the face of the company. Orton says that Bryan will always be a ‘B+’ competitor.

Triple H speaks and says that the WWE has the best fans in the world. It is his job to ensure that they get the best show possible. HHH adds that he also is responsible for Superstar health and wellbeing. Trips fears that Bryan is becoming a danger to himself. The crowd is only adding fuel to the fire with their chanting and raving. They are confusing popularity with what is best for business.

Triple H reminds the audience of Doink the Clown. Doink was ‘insanely’ popular but having him as Champion would not be best for business. (Triple H throwing the words ‘insane’ and ‘clown’ together is no doubt in reference to Scott Hall appearing on last week’s episode of Insane Clown Posse Theater)

Bryan comes out to the ramp and says that he has no problem being compared to Doink the Clown. Bryan claims that HHH is a corporate sellout. Daniel adds that Orton gave up on being in the Title picture until someone handed it to him. Triple H wants Bryan to give his Night of Champion match away, but there is no way Bryan won’t fight Orton.

Bryan amuses the crowd by saying that Stephanie McMahon is manlier than Randy Orton. Orton asks how many times he has to be punched in the face before getting the message. Bryan tells the story of his struggle and always being held back because of his size. Bryan was told that he would never be World Champion. Bryan has accomplished an entire litany of things that he was told he could not do. Bryan had to scratch and claw his way to the top. Orton was handed his success. Bryan says that he knows that he can beat Orton for the Championship. Bryan wants Randy Orton one on one. Orton has the genetics of a Champion but not the heart.

Triple H responds by saying that his anger is misdirected. HHH says that the real person that Bryan should be angry with is The Big Show. He has an ironclad contract, but chooses to sit back and watch Bryan be decimated each and every week. Bryan should be mad at Show, not Triple H or Orton. Trips announces that tonight’s main event will be Daniel Bryan versus The Big Show.

    -Commercial-

Triple H and Orton are walking through the back. Cody Rhodes approaches. Triple H asks him about his dad; Cody says he is doing well. Rhodes thinks that tonight’s main event will be good if no one interferes. Rhodes is confused as to why his former Legacy mentor doesn’t want to fight Bryan. Cody offers that Orton versus Bryan is what is best for business. Triple H responds that he doesn’t need to take Cody’s advice. HHH notes that Rhodes has a wedding coming up. Orton and Triple H are upset that they did not receive invitations for the wedding. Trips says that he has gotten Rhodes a wedding present. Tonight Cody will be fighting Orton. Rhodes is happy with the decision. Triple H says that if Cody cannot win tonight than it will be the end of his employment.

Fandango w/ Summer Rae v. The Miz

More On Dolph Ziggler's Backstage Heat

-- WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler recently spoke with MLive about maintaining and staying positive through the ups and downs of his pro wrestling career. Ziggler stated:

"I love this, I love doing this. I have no desire to switch companies or go to UFC or anything like that. I'm very ambitious, and I'm very outspoken about where I should be and where I need to be in the WWE. I love that I've never been one handed anything - ever. If I would've have been handed things, I don't know if I would've been able to enjoy it as much. Every time I turn a corner, it seems like the rug is being taken underneath me. It's like 'Hey, great job!' and then nothing. It's like 'Hey, wow, look what you can do!' and I'll say 'Thanks, boss!' and then there's nothing. And so, it's hard (to stay upbeat), but you have to deal with it and it makes me hungrier every single day knowing that I've scratched and clawed for everything I've earned in this business."

Check out the complete Dolph Ziggler interview online at MLive.com.

We noted the other day here on the website that there is major backstage heat on Dolph Ziggler but nobody seems to know why. Several WWE sources believe it's due to him not holding back in interviews with media outlets. He's been very outspoken and that doesn't go over well with management. We hope to have more on this shortly.

    The following is from WWE.com:

WWE Superstar Christian suffered a concussion during a match with WWE Champion Randy Orton on the Aug. 26 edition of Raw, according to WWE physician Dr. Chris Amann.

"We've pulled him out of all activity," said Amann. "His ImPACT scores are normal, but he’s still having some symptoms of fogginess and cloudiness."

He continued, "We are waiting for symptoms to get better until we perform an in-ring exertional challenge later this week at the Performance Center in Orlando. At that point, if he’s able to get in the ring and exert himself, and work without symptoms, we'll go ahead and clear him [to compete]."
