Hulk
Hogan Responds to the Lockdown Main Event Outcome
- Hulk Hogan commented on Bully Ray
winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and being revealed as the
President of Aces & Eights at Sunday nights Lockdown pay-per-view, writing
on Twitter,
I hate to say it but I told everyone Bully is
no good . Going to bed totally screwed up by Bullys BS.
- TNA
posted this photo of Bully Ray holding his World Heavyweight Championship title
belt on their Twitter account.
According to Pwinsider.com, many sources have stated that Jeff
Hardy is fine despite a concussion scare last night at the Lockdown PPV. The
word is that he is 100% and that he will be good for Impact on Thursday in
Chicago.
Rumors
On TNA Lockdown 2013 Attendance, Post-Main Event And More
The Wrestling
Observer is reporting that the fans who threw garbage during the end of the
main event at TNA Lockdown 2013 were plants. The report goes on to mention that
the attendance at Lockdown was approximately 10,000 people.
With the
plants and huge attendance number for a TNA event, this could also indicate that
the event was heavily papered.
On Sunday night, March 10, TNA Wrestling presented the annual "Lockdown" event live on Pay-Per-View from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas! If you missed Lockdown, catch the replay on your Pay-Per-View provider or online at TNAOnDemand.com

- In the second bout, Joey Ryan faced Joseph Park! The two traded verbal jabs on the mic before the match, with San Antonio solidly behind Park. Park was obviously disgusted by Ryan's constant posing and body oil. Park eventually won the bout after Ryan tried to hit a sunset flip from the outside, but Park fought it and hit a sit-down splash for the win!
- Velvet Sky beat Gail Kim to retain the Knockouts Championship! It was a solid match between Gail and Velvet - but referee Taryn Terrell would play a pivotal part! Tune in to Thursday's IMPACT on SpikeTV LIVE from Chicago for the aftermath!
ANOTHER Former Knockout Turns Down TNA For One Night Only PPV?
Following in the footsteps of Awesome Kong, it is quite possible that former TNA
Knockout Roxxi has turned down an offer from TNA also. Roxxi was last seen on
TNA back in February of 2011, where she was deafted by Madison Rayne in a squash
match. If Roxxi did indeed turn down TNA, which is very likely, she is the
fourth former Knockout to decline an offer.
It is worth noting that back
in June of 2010, there was some controversy over Roxxi's release from the
organization. You can read her blog about that incident here.
Bobby Roode is in San Antonio, TX. He and TNA have worked out the contract
issues and he will be working tonight's PPV. We have been told his contract
expiring was Bruce Prichard's fault, but the situation has been
rectified.
In other news, former TNA Knockout Awesome Kong has declinced to
appear at the Knockout One Night Only PPV. This
is no surprise, as she said last year that she wouldn't be returning to TNA.
Other Knockouts that were contacted but declinced include Angelina Love and
Traci Brooks.
According to Jason Powell of ProWrestling.Net , Bobby Roode's TNA contract
"recently expired." This would explain the Tag Team Champion's absence from the
two most recent "iMPACT" episodes.
Powell claims there is "talk in the
locker room [that] talent relations head Bruce Prichard mistakenly allowed
Roode's contract to expire." Further, Powell cites a source as saying that Roode
himself was left to bring his contract expiration to the attention of TNA.
Roode and
his tag team partner Austin Aries are scheduled for a title defense tomorrow
night at the "Lockdown" pay-per-view event. According to Jason Powell's report,
Roode's status for the event is in
doubt.
Another
TNA Knockout Turns Down One Night Only Pay Per View Appearance
Hot on the heels of Angelina
Love turning down an offer to appear at TNA's upcoming Knockouts-only pay per
view event; Traci Brooks has revealed via her
twitter account that she too turned down an opportunity to appear at TNA's
upcoming One Night Only Knockouts pay per view event.

Diamond Dallas Page is
asking for support from fans as they try to turn Scott Hall's life around. Hall,
who has been clean and sober for over 40 days, noted in the video above that he
feels "peaceful" for the first time in a long time. In just a little under two
weeks, Hall has already lost 10 pounds.
Page mentioned to Raj Giri of
WrestlingInc that they have been meeting with doctors about performing hip
replacement surgery on Hall. Page noted that it's "really f--king expensive,"
and they are looking to help raise $80,000 to cover the surgery, as well as
physical therapy, dental work and other medical expenses.
Page admitted
that it's a lofty goal, but they hope to do what they can. You can help support
Hall and donate by clicking
here, and share the link share with your friends via e-mail, Facebook,
Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit, etc. Fans that donate $3,500 will be flown in to the
"Accountability Crib" and will be able to meet Scott and either DDP or Jake "The
Snake" Roberts and stay the night in the house. Only ten of these packages will
be given out. Fans that donate $30 will receive a call from Hall.
- After the recent troubles with his knee that we've been covering this week,
Rey Mysterio's future is in question. When he mentioned to one company official
that he tore his good knee up about a week ago, it was brought up that he should
consider retiring. While Rey avoided surgery this time, he is one major injury
away from having to need a complete knee replacement. Rey currently has about
one year left on his contract.
- It would appear that the wrestler known as El Generico will be
going forward without his popular character in WWE as he competed sans mask at
tonight's NXT event. In his debut match last month for the organization, he
sported the mask and attire.
The renowned grappler
competed under his real name, Rami Sebai.
