    Commercial break

    Recap of what just happened

Big Show is walking backstage. He finds Booker T and asks him if he saw what just happened. Booker says he saw it. Big Show says Sheamus broke the contract and that the match at TLC should be off. Booker says Cesaro fell in to Sheamus who fell in to him. Booker does not think the match has any reason to be off. He says that if The Big Show is scared of Sheamus he should just say. Big Show says that he is not scared of Sheamus. He says that Sheamus violated the no contact clause and the match should be off. Booker says the match at TLC is still on and walks off leaving Big Show unhappy.

Damien Sandow is in the ring and starts by saying that his name is Damien Sandow and for the last few weeks he has tried to find someone in the WWE Universe that could match up to him intellectually but it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. He says therefore, with pleasure, he can re introduce his tag team partner and best friend, Cody Rhodes. He tells the fans to stand up, remain silent and show proper reverence for the magnificent and marvellous Cody Rhodes. Cody goes to the ring. Cody says the feeling he has is honour. He says it is an honour to be standing back in the ring with Damien Sandow again. He says the quest to find a person that matches up to Sandown can be ended. Once again he has his equal, his tag team partner and for those who try to drive a wedge in this team, like The Miz, he wants to say this – before he can finish he is interrupted by The Usos theme.

Big Show is in the ring with David Otunga and wants him to explain the legal situation here. Otunga says they will bring the case to WWE HQ and demand the match be called off as well as Booker T be kicked out as GM. Booker T’s theme hits as he shows up on stage. He tells Otunga his degree is a sham. They argue over contracts and how they work. Booker says Otunga can waste time at WWE HQ but the TLC match is still on. Big Show is flipping out in the ring. Otunga says just because Booker went to prison it does not make him a legal expert. He says that Sheamus violated the contract. He says once they get rid of Booker he wants to get rid of Sheamus as well. Booker is about to talk when Sheamus’s theme hits and he heads to the ring with a chair in hand. Sheamus says that if the match is called off then there is nothing stopping him from kicking The Big Show’s a[r]ss right now. Sheamus is ready with a chair in hand. Big Show says that he thinks the contract is still valid and gets out of the ring. He leaves back up the ramp. Sheamus then Brogue kicks Otunga.

He says they wreak havoc all in the name of writing supposed injustices. He says at TLC 3 men get to stop them and he is going to have 2 of them in this ring right now. He introduces Kane and Bryan as they head to the ring. The Miz starts with Bryan but asking him how he feels Bryan cuts him off, wondering why he is asking him how he feels. Bryan asks if Miz is Oprah? He say he and Kane have had to talk a lot about their feelings recently but the time for talk is over and the time for action is now. He says his anger will be unleashed with tables, with ladder and with chairs, all over The Shield. He says The Shield will beg for the pain to stop, and when they do, he will say No! No! No! TNA Impact Wrestling Results – December 13, 2012

    - We are looking live (on tape) at the TNA Impact Zone. Todd Keneley welcomes us to the program, letting us know Final Resolution was just four days ago. Out to kick the show off, the It Factor, Bobby Roode. Roode says he’s confused and pissed off at the actions of the Aces and Eights. He considers himself an intelligent businessman and he made a big business investment into the World Heavyweight Championship. He guaranteed a new champion would be crowned last Sunday but the A&8s didn’t come through on their end of the deal. Roode wants answers and he wants them now.

The Aces and Eights, led by newly crowned Television Champion Devon and the Director of Chaos, are out now. Roode shouts “I want answers.” Devon says a better deal came up. Roode asks if someone outbid him. Devon says they’re a club that likes to do business with business people and someone offered a better deal. Roode wants to know who. Devon says that when a deal is made, they keep their business within the club. “That’s the way it goes.” Devon leads the A&8s into the ring and lets Roode know they can’t tell him who outbid him. Now. Later on tonight, he might get his answer. Devon and Doc approach Roode when Jeff Hardy’s music plays.

Jeff Hardy and James Storm rush the ring and attack Doc and Devon. They clear the ring of the unmasked members of the Aces and Eights. Words are exchanged as Keneley brings up what the Aces and Eights did to Hardy on last week’s program.

    - We’re at the commentator’s table now. Keneley says the Aces and Eights attacked Roode and Hardy at Final Resolution and someone put the hit on those guys. Tenay says we might find out later tonight and wants to see James Storm and Jeff Hardy versus the Aces and Eights.

    - Next week is Championship Thursday. The Knockouts title is going to be up for grabs. An interview with Velvet Sky plays. She says she’s more focused than ever. “The pigeons are ready for action now.” Yep.

    - Mickie James is crying, believing she let her fans and herself down coming off her lost to Tara at Final Resolution. She apparently wore overalls during the event. She says she wanted to come back and make an impact so she’s disappointed in herself. She calls it bullshit.

    - Keneley says the Knockouts division is coming back and a lot of the credit has to go to Brooke Hogan. Seriously. He reminds us next week’s Championship Thursday will revolve around the Knockouts Title.

    Madison Rayne vs. Velvet Sky

Rayne tells Sky this is “her ring.” Tenay and Keneley bring up the history between the two women as Rayne attacks Sky from behind. An irish whip is countered by Sky into one of her own. Sky sends Rayne into the top turnbuckle. She does it on the opposite side. Sky spanks Rayne and takes her down with a snapmare. Big kick to the back. She snaps the neck and connects with a low dropkick for two.

Sky tries a double underhook but Rayne gets out of it and lands a clothesline. Rayne pulls Sky’s hair by stepping on it and lifting her hands. Rayne takes Sky into the ropes and chokes her with the middle one. Reverse facebuster by Rayne. She forgoes a pin and goes for what Keneley calls the “pelvic thrust.” She goes for the cover, gets two. She goes for another cover. Another two count.

Rayne and Terrell exchange some words allowing Sky to come back with some chops to the chest. Sky sends Rayne’s face into her knee three times. Clothesline. Another one. Sky lands a back elbow and a low kick. One handed running bulldog by Sky. Sky locks the double underhook and sends Rayne to the mat with a facebuster for the win.

    Winner: Velvet Sky

    - Wes Brisco, Kurt Angle and Garrett Bischoff are in the back. Angle says they have a tag match but he’s going to be in their corner. Like last week’s crappy insurance ad, Kurt Angle gives the two guys 5 Hour Energy bottles.

    - The Aces and Eights versus Jeff Hardy and James Storm is officially set for later in the show.

    - Kazarian and Daniels are entering the arena. The interviewer asks them if they had anything to do with paying off the Aces and Eights and they deny it. They’re friends with Bobby Roode. Kaz says it was probably AJ Styles.

    - A neat video package highlighting the brawl between the Aces and Eights and Samoa Joe, Kurt Angle, Garrett Bischoff and Wes Brisco plays.

The Robbies, E and T, are out for the next match. Todd Keneley says he was a participant on The List. Angle is in the corner of Briscoe and Bischoff.

Robbie E and Robbie T vs. Wes Brisco and Garrett Bischoff

Big Robbie T hits a powerslam on Wes Brisco. E tags himself in and T holds Wes down as E gets in a cheapshot. Robbie E rubs his boot againt Brisco’s face until the ref pulls him off. Brisco fights back but Robbie takes him down to the mat. Robbie T comes in illegally and prevents Brisco from getting to his corner. T is tagged. He slaps the back of Wes’ head. Bearhug from Robbie T.

Wes elbows out of it but is stopped from making the tag. Robbie E lands a cheapshot on Garrett and the two double team Wes in the corner. E is in now. Robbie yells at Brisco’s face. He lands a body slam and goes up top. He comes down and catches Wes Brisco’s counter. He tries an elbow drop but Wes rolls out of the way. Garrett is tagged in.

He comes in with multiple clothesline to E. Robbie reverses a whip but Garrett lands a shoulderblock. Stinger Splash from Garrett. Flapjack. T distracts Garrett allowing E to make the tag. Brisco gets the hidden tag as Garrett takes Robbie T out with a jawbreaker. Brisco comes flying in with a huge crossbody off the top rope for the win.

Winners: Wes Brisco and Garrett Bischoff

    - Angle is celebrating on the outside when a masked member of the Aces and Eights takes Kurt Angle out from behind. He runs away as Garrett and Wes check up on Kurt. Angle holds his knee as Keneley speculates this has something to do with Angle’s TV title match with Devon next week.

    - We return to a replay of the attack on Angle’s leg. Angle is in the medical office and a doctor is checking out his knee. He says there’s “significant swelling” as Garrett Bischoff retrieves ice.

    - We’re taken to Louisville, Kentucky: OVW. Hulk Hogan said Joseph Park could wrestle but he has to take it back to step one and train at OVW. Park arrives and reads the slogan “tomorrow’s superstars…today!” Park enters the place and talks to a guy. The trainer says OVW has trained more wrestlers than any other company in the business. The trainer wants Park to start right now.

We’re taken to the ring. Park is running around it. Now he’s inside doing situps. He can’t give the trainer a situp. Park vomits as the trainer says there is no timeout.

    - Tara walks into Brooke Hogan’s office. She says their boyfriends are fighting and she doesn’t want any harm between the two. Tara also wants to pick her opponent for Championship Thursday next week. Brooke refuses this request and says Tara will find out next Thursday like everyone else. Brooke makes fun of Tara’s lack of fame, which is pretty funny when you think about it.

    - We’re sent to a commercial break with a promo for the 1-3-13 thing.

    - Kenny King is seen taping his fingers in the back. He says RVD-King is a dream match. He learns more from his losses than wins and tonight isn’t about the belt but about knocking RVD “square on [his] ass.” I guess they’re fighting.

    - Jeff Hardy and James Storm are out for their match. Keneley wonders how Hardy can walk after his match with Roode at Final Resolution. The Director of Chaos and a masked man are representing the A&8s tonight.

James Storm and Jeff Hardy vs. the Aces and Eights

Doc and Storm start us off. They share some words before Storm blocks a Doc pucnh. He gets in multiple punches. Doc tries some offense but Storm dodges that. Storm counters a whip and that exchange ends in a Storm forearm. Hardy is tagged in and comes flying with an ax handle. He wrenches the arm but Doc escapes and tags the Masked Man. Masked dude reverses a whip but Hardy flies in with a forearm. Corner forearm. Mystery man whips Hardy into the corner but Hardy counters to a head-scissors the sends the Prospect outside. Hardy hops on the apron and measures the Aces and Eights. He runs and flies onto both members. He returns to the center of the ring and poses as we head to a mid-match break.

Doc is met by a Jeff Hardy boot. The Masked Man knocks Hardy out with a clothesline and Doc takes advantage of the distraction. Hardy rolls to the outside. The Masked Man gets multiple cheapshots in on Hardy as the ref is distracted by Storm and Doc. Hardy and Doc are back in the ring now. Doc lifts Hardy and lands a shot to the neck. Doc begins working over the rib area of Jeff Hardy. The Masked Man is tagged and applies his boot to Hardy’s face. Hardy tries to escape so the Prospect attacks the midsection. Hardy is taken to the corner. The Masked Man works Hardy over before tagging Doc back in.

Doc connects with multiple boot shots to the rib area. The Director chokes Hardy with his boot. He tries to cheapshot Storm but he misses. Storm tries to come in but that just distracts the ref, allowing the Aces and Eights to double team Hardy. Masked Man drops an elbow and covers for two. He wraps his arms around the head of Jeff Hardy. Hardy works his way to his knees and connects with a jawbreaker. The Masked Man is up first and tags in Doc.

Doc lands a big boot to Jeff Hardy’s face. He chokes Hardy with the bottom rope as the fans chant “Let’s go Hardy.” Doc works over the ribs some more. Hardy tries to leap to his corner but Doc holds him down and drops an elbow to the spine. Headlock by Doc. Hardy fights his way to his feet. He stuns Doc with a kick but Storm is struck by Doc. Doc holds Hardy by his feet and tags the Masked Man back in.

An elbow drop is followed by a pin attempt. Two count. The Prospect sends his knees to Jeff Hardy’s face. He tries to choke Hardy but the ref breaks it up. Masked Man sends Hardy to the outside where Doc works him over. He whips Hardy into the steel barricade as the referee takes James Storm to task for trying to break it up. Doc sends Hardy back inside. The cover gets a two count.

Doc is tagged in and connects with a big splash. He covers but Storm breaks it up. Doc goes back to working over the rib area of Jeff Hardy. He follows that up with a headlock. Hardy tries to forearm his way out but Doc whips him into the corner. Hardy counters that and lands the Whisper in the Wind. Hardy crawls to the corner but his journey to Storm’s hand is interrupted by Doc. Doc drags Hardy to his corner and tags in the Prospect.

Hardy tries to sneak to Storm but the Masked Man catches his leg. Hardy kicks his way out and tags in Storm. Storm is sent on the apron by the Masked Man but connects with an enziguri. Storm goes up top and connects with a crossbody for two. Hardy sends Storm into the Masked Man. Double team suplex by the faces to the Masked Man.

Multiple mystery men and Devon come in and disrupt the match. The referee doesn’t call for the bell though. Hardy lands the Last Call on Doc while Hardy gets the Twist of Fate on the Masked Man. He covers for the win.

Winners: James Storm and Jeff Hardy

    - Devon says the club doesn’t fight other people’s business. He reveals Austin Aries is the man that paid them off at Final Resolution. Taz is confused by the development. Tenay is skeptical.

    - Hulk Hogan is in the back, furious at what the Aces and Eights said. Bobby Roode comes in and is angry at Aries. Hogan gets a phone call and it’s Aries. Hogan says A Double can speak his mind but he has to come clean regarding his affiliation with the Aces and Eights. He tells him he has until the end of the night. Hogan said Roode needs to back off and Roode says Hogan better have a plan.

    - Up after the break, AJ Styles speaks.

    - Great video package highlighting Christopher Daniels’ victory over AJ Styles on Sunday plays. AJ Styles is out when that’s over. Keneley and Tenay discuss Styles’ career decline as he does so.

Styles says he demanded this time. He needs to address the Impact Faithful. He says he doesn’t have to tell us where he’s been or what’s going on with him. Fans chant “YOU STILL GOT IT” as Styles assures them he’s not leaving. Styles, after a lot of pause, says he doesn’t know where he’s going. He’s unsure what the next step is. He’s spent so much time being the corporate guy and he’s forgotten “about number one.” Styles takes off all of the gear he’s wearing with the Impact Wrestling brand and says his next step has nothing to do with TNA. It’s all about AJ Styles. He’s tired of cleaning up TNA’s mess. He’s tired of doing the right thing so for now on, he’s going to do his own thing. The fans chant “AJ” as he leaves the ring.

    - We get a replay of AJ Styles’ attempt at a heel turn. This was a taped show. They really could have piped in boos or something. I’m sure that’s not a foreign concept to them.

Dixie Carter tries to stop AJ Styles from leaving. “Who are you?” AJ tosses his shirt in Dixie’s face.

    - Now we’re with Kazarian and Daniels. They think AJ Styles’ departure is amazing. Daniels does a little dance with his appletini. He says this is just like Christmas. Kazarian says he has a surprise for Daniels and leaves singing “it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.”

    - Keneley, Taz and Tenay all express their disbelief at AJ’s actions as Kenny King makes his entrance. The following match is of the non-title variety.

Kenny King vs. Rob Van Dam

King gets a side headlock after a grapple. RVD tries to escape but King maintains possession of the hold. RVD goes behind but King does the same. RVD trips King but King quickly creates separation between the two.

Quick kick from Kenny King. RVD dodges a King quick and lands a big spin kick to King’s face. RVD poses but King attacks from behind with a knee strike sending van Dam out of the ring. King leaps off with a corkscrew dive. He sends RVD back inside and gets a two count. Snap suplex from King. He floats over to a mount and gets multiple strikes to the face. One count. King whips Van Dam into the corner. He comes flying in with a big back splash. The cover there gets a two count.

King boots RVD before lifting him. He whips RVD into the corner and charges. RVD counters with a quick kick. He strikes with a spin kick in the corner and goes up top. He comes down with a quick legdrop. He covers and gets two. RVD counters a kick but King is quick to strike with a huge kick to the face. King guillotines RVD with the top rope. RVD gets up but he’s taken out by a springboard blockbuster from Kenny King. That gets two.

King whips Van Dam into the corner again. He charges but RVD gets out of the way. Body slam by RVD. He attempts but misses the split legged moonsault. King tries something but RVD counters into a northern lights suplex pin. Two count. RVD dodges a spin kick and gets a quick kick of his own. He rolls King over and connects with a quick leg drop. RVD climbs the turnbuckle but is stopped by a Kenny King fist. King climbs the turnbuckle with RVD but RVD shoves him off. Big crossbody by RVD but King rolls through and gets the pin. He gets a rope-aided three count.

    Winner: Kenny King

    - Kenny King dances as we get a replay of his illegal win. Taz says a win is a win. “It’s all good in the hood.” King leaves the Impact Zone dancing some more.

    - Bully Ray charges into Hulk Hogan’s office. He asks if Hogan has a different opinion after Final Resolution. Hogan says Bully wasn’t man enough to alert him of his relationship with Brooke. Hogan says Bully’s personal BS has turned into his business. Ray put Brooke into harm’s way. Bully Ray screams at Hogan and says nothing is going on between Brooke and Ray, at least from Bully’s point of view. He says nothing happened. Hulk has been treating Bully like shit and Brooke has been comforting him. Hogan says if he’s wrong about Bully-Brooke, Bully Ray has no reason to ever speak to Brooke again. Bully Ray says he deserves to be on Team Hogan. He’s always respected Hogan. Ray says what Brooke does is her business. She’s a grown business. He leaves as Hogan mouths “weak.”

    Jesse vs. Bully Ray

Bully Ray chases Jesse around the ring. Both men get inside and Ray hammers Jesse with multiple strikes to the back. Clothesline by Ray. Bully Ray contemplates in the corner before going back to a fist to Godderz’s face. Shoulderblock takes Jesse out. Bully Ray measures Godderz and lands another punch to the face. Ray paces around the ring before returning to Jesse. Jesse misses a throat thrust that Ray sells. He chops Ray but Ray is unharmed. Another charm returns the same result. Godderz tries to gain some momentum off the ropes but runs into a big Bully Ray boot. Ray chokes Godderz in the corner. Big chop to the chest by Bully Ray.

Fans chant “ONE MORE TIME” so Ray sets up Godderz in another corner for another huge chop to the chest. Ray raises his hand in the middle of the ring and the fans want another chop to Godderz. Tara gets in the ring and begs Ray off Jesse. He raises his hand against her and makes her turn around. He spanks her but that opens up Ray to an attack from behind.

Godderz pounds Ray to the mat. He clubs Ray from behind and lands an ax handle to the back. Another club across the face. Another punch. Godderz delivers a forearm that knocks Bully to the mat. Nice dropkick opens the wound on Ray’s face. Some fan tries to get a “YOU CAN’T WRESTLE” chant going but Godderz has done okay. He connects with another dropkick. Godderz moves Bully to the center of the ring.

He gets some shots in but Ray stuns him with another big chop. Godderz fires back with a clothesline. Godderz nails multiple forearms to the face. He chokes Bully in the corner, prompting the ref to take him off. Big elbow from Godderz. He directs another punch to Ray’s face before distracting the ref, allowing Tara to choke Bully across the ropes. Another dropkick by Jesse Godderz. Jesse drops the leg but Bully avoids it. Bubba Cutter gets the three count for Bully Ray.

    Winner: Bully Ray

    - A bloody Bully Ray pierces the camera with a stare. The referee raises his arms in victory and he leaves, screaming “WHAT’S IT GONNA TAKE.”

    - Aries is walking in the back. He tells the camera to back off because he’s about to tell the world what he’s done.

    - 1.3.13 promo plays again.

    - Austin Aries makes his entrance and confirms what the Aces and Eights said earlier: he is the man that trumped Bobby Roode’s offer to the A&8s. Aries says Roode should understand since he subscribes to the phrase “money talks.” Aries says he understands the Aces and Eights refusal to fight other people’s battles. He brings up Hogan getting him to fight his battle against the A&8s earlier in the year. When that was over, the Hulkster tossed Aries aside to hop on the Jeff Hardy bandwagon. That is why Aries has been doing what he’s done. He won’t stop until he’s champion again.

This brings out Jeff Hardy. Hardy says this is all about him. He says it was pathetic Aries went to “a motorcycle gang” because all he had to do was ask. Aries is skeptical because he’s always had to jump through hoops. Hardy says he likes how Aries has expanded his imagination but all Aries has to do is show up. Hardy challenges Aries to a match next week on Championship Thursday for the title.

Aries laughs. He calls the Impact Zone cast members idiots. He asks if they would like to see the match and they cheer. Aries says he doesn’t do what the fans want. He doesn’t do what Hardy wants. He does what he wants. Hardy says he always gives the fans what they want and cheapshots Aries to the mat.

Aries goes for the brain buster but Hardy escape and lands the Twist of Fate. Hardy goes up top for the Swanton but Aries escapes to end the show.

    Former Stars Returning Update

    - While MVP and Shelton Benjamin have been discussed internally about returning to WWE, WWE has not contacted them. WWE officials are looking to bring back some mid-card talents but they have not reached out to anyone yet. Some of the names discussed included Benjamin, MVP, Gavin Spears, Cliff "Domino" Compton and others.

One other name that was mentioned is Billy Gunn. It was reported earlier this week that he has been re-hired as a developmental trainer but that's not confirmed. No word yet if they plan on using Gunn on TV.

    WWE More Edgier

WWE officials are looking to be more edgier with RAW. The feeling is that Vince McMahon isn't behind the new push but obviously is on-board with it. Vince realizes that numbers are down and it's said that he is open to suggestions.

With the low ratings, WWE officials want to put out a product that's a little different than what we've seen over the past year or so. We can also expect to see more wrestling-heavy WWE programming.

    Ring of Honor on Sinclair
    December 8, 2012
Report by: Jason Namako of Wrestleview.com

Hello everyone and welcome to this week's ROH on Sinclair recap. If you all are ready, then let's get on with the show!

We see the usual intro, then Kevin Kelly & Caleb Seltzer welcome us to the show, from the Rostraver Ice Garden in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. Kelly hypes up tonight's ROH World Title match as champion Kevin Steen defends against Mike Bennett before we go right to the opening match.

Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly vs. The Bravados (Harlem & Lancelot)

Fish & O'Reilly adhere to the Code of Honor, but then attack the Bravados from behind as the bell sounds. Harlem is sent to the outside as Fish & O'Reilly begin the double team on Lancelot. Lancelot tries to fight back, but to no avail. Fish with a corner whip, then O'Reilly charges, but runs into a knee to the gut by Lancelot. Lancelot with a clothesline to Fish, a kick to O'Reilly, followed by a Chaos Theory for a nearfall. Tag to Harlem as the Bravados with a double whip and a double back elbow, followed by a double elbow drop for a nearfall. Chop by Harlem, then tag in to Lancelot. Lancelot with an elbow to the top of O'Reilly's head, but O'Reilly fights back with forearms. O'Reilly goes off the ropes, but Lancelot follows in with a forearm. Lancelot off the ropes, but now its O'Reilly who follows in with a leaping knee strike. Fish in as he hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker on Lancelot, followed by an O'Reilly running knee to the head for a nearfall.

Fish with a snapmare, followed by a slingshot senton for another nearfall. Fish with a snap suplex, then tags in O'Reilly, who hits a knee drop. O'Reilly then with a kitchen sink off an Irish whip for a nearfall. Tag to Fish as he O'Reilly with the double team on Lancelot as the ref is with Harlem. A series of drop downs and leapfrogs by Fish & O'Reilly leads to Fish nailing Lancelot with a dropkick for another nearfall. Fish with a series of kicks, then tags in O'Reilly, who hits some kicks of his own. O'Reilly with a boot to the face, but then Lancelot begins to fight out of the corner, with shots to both Fish & O'Reilly. O'Reilly runs into a boot by Lancelot, followed by a rolling elbow and Lancelot finally gets the tag to Harlem.

Harlem avoids O'Reilly and knocks Fish off the apron, then unloads with forearms to O'Reilly. O'Reilly avoids an elbow off a whip, but Harlem nails him with a big boot. Harlem is all fired up as he catches a Fish kick and nails him with an enziguri. Fish & O'Reilly go to the outside, but then Harlem heads up to the middle rope and takes them out with a moonsault. Back in the ring, Harlem heads up top and hits a Top Rope Blockbuster for a close nearfall. O'Reilly tries to send Harlem over the ropes on a corner charge, but is then nailed by a Lancelot clothesline. Harlem then with a slingshot front flip Ace crusher on O'Reilly for another close nearfall. Lancelot goes after Fish, but Fish drills him with a roundhouse kick to the head. Harlem is left alone with Fish & O'Reilly as he delivers strikes to them both. Harlem knocks down Fish, but then O'Reilly reverses a whip and hits a spin kick to the gut, doubling Harlem over. Fish with a kick to the back of Harlem's head, followed by a kick to the chest that knocks Harlem down. O'Reilly with a running basement kick to Harlem, who somehow is able to kick out.

Fish & O'Reilly then measure Harlem and hit a version of Total Elimination for the victory.

Winners: Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly by pinfall (Total Elimination)

    Commercial

We see a hype promo for Final Battle with Davey Richards, who says he doesn't know if Eddie Edwards will show up at Final Battle, but he does know this, THE HUNT IS ON!!!

Back from commercial as we are backstage with S.C.U.M. Jimmy Jacobs has a mic and says that new matchmaker Nigel McGuinness is trying to do something on his 1st day on the job, by putting S.C.U.M. in a 3 way match at Final Battle for the ROH Tag Team Titles against the Briscoes & C & C. He calls it Sudden Death. The irony is, it hasn't been a sudden death for Ring of Honor. Its been slow over the last few months, S.C.U.M. has had all the belts here in ROH.

Steve Corino says that didn't that stinking, tall, washed up, limy Nigel McGuinness think that Jim Cornette was bad enough? Didn't you think that everything that has been done to S.C.U.M. over the last few years has been enough? Now, you wanna go beyond a 3 way sudden death match. What you fail to realize, Nigel, is how smart we are. We didn't get to the top by kissing babies and slapping hands. We are the tag team champions, Kevin Steen is the world champion because of our brains. We'll find a way out, Nigel, we always do.

Kevin Steen says he knows Nigel McGuinness, I know you think by bringing Generico in, you've done something smart, you've done something that's gonna pay off. Not only that, but you've put a ladder between us. And you're hanging MY Ring of Honor World Title high above the ring, in hopes that Generico will finally get to do what nobody has been able to do. Well Nigel, all you did is ruin Generico's career.

Back to the ring as Nigel McGuinness joins Kelly & Seltzer at the commentary table and talks about why he made the match between Steen & Generico at Final Battle.

We then see a video package highlighting Steen & Generico as a tag team, with their tag title win over the Age of the Fall in 2008. We then see when Steen turned on Generico at Final Battle 2009. From there, we see highlights of the Steen-Generico feud involving Steve Corino & Colt Cabana in 2010 that culminated in their Final Battle match in 2010 where Steen lost and was exiled from ROH. We move to Steen invasions of ROH shows in 2011 leading to him being reinstated at Final Battle 2011 in which afterwards, he Package Piledrived Generico thru a table. We move on to see video of the "La Revancha!" match with Steen & Generico at Showdown in the Sun in which Jimmy Jacobs turned on Generico and aligned with Kevin Steen. Finally, we see video of Glory by Honor XI when Steen opened a package that had an El Generico mask inside.

    Commercial

Back from commercial and before the next match, Jay Lethal grabs a mic. Lethal says at least someone cares about me, responding to the crowd chanting for him. Apparently, I've become the new whipping boy in ROH. When my parents got spat on, I gave ROH exactly what they asked for, some Killer Instinct. And now, all of a sudden, I'm getting fined, getting chewed out in the ROH offices and now to make matters worse, at Final Battle, I have to sit back and watch El Generico get the title shot that I deserve. Meanwhile, I have to wrestle Rhino in a match that win, lose or draw, I have nothing to gain. Why am I wrestling Rhino? For what? I shouldn't even do it, but I will. I'll tell ya what, I'm gonna take matters into my own hands, at Final Battle, I promise to wrestle Rhino, but I also promise that I will fight the World Champion at Final Battle in New York City. I'm promising that, no matter who wins, whether its Kevin Steen or El Generico, I promise to fight the Ring of Honor World Champion and there's nothing anybody can do about it, not even Nigel McGuinness.

Lethal then attacks Chris Silvio, his opponent for this week, and the bell sounds, leading to....

     Chris Silvio vs. Jay Lethal

Both men exchange right hands until Silvio with a gut kick. Lethal reverses a whip, but Silvio sidesteps a back drop attempt. Lethal then with the hiptoss/cartwheel/front dropkick combo, followed by a clothesline that sends Silvio to the outside. Lethal goes out after Silvio, but Silvio with a right hand. Lethal with right hands of his own, then sends Silvio into the barricade headfirst. Silvio comes back and sends Lethal back in, but then Lethal with a springboard dropkick that knocks Silvio off the apron. Lethal with a head of steam and takes out Silvio with a tope dive. Crowd chants for Lethal as he sends Silvio flipping into the barricade. Lethal sends Silvio into the barricade again, then hits a right hand. Back in the ring, Lethal gains a nearfall. Lethal with a back suplex for another nearfall. Silvio reverses a whip, then misses a clothesline, but then hangs up Lethal in the ropes and hits a swinging neckbreaker while Lethal was on the apron.

Silvio with right hands, followed by a kick to the back. Silvio with more right hands, charges and connects with a charging forearm. Silvio then removes one of his wristbands and proceeds to choke Lethal with it. Silvio with crossface shots, then chokes Lethal with the wristband again before gaining a nearfall. Lethal fights back, but Silvio with a knee. Lethal blocks a corner whip, then reverses another attempt, ducks under a clothesline and hits a leaping forearm. Lethal with a clothesline, followed by the Lethal Combination. Lethal calls for the Lethal Injection, but stops himself.

Lethal drills Silvio with a superkick as Silvio gets to his feet, then Lethal with a Cradle DDT, the same one used on Homicide back in September, on Silvio for the victory.

Winner: Jay Lethal by pinfall (Lethal Injection)

    "Inside Ring of Honor"

We 1st hear from Fish & O'Reilly about Final Battle, as Fish says he spoke to Eddie Edwards while they were teaming in Japan and while Edwards doesn't like O'Reilly that much, the Wolves are done. O'Reilly says there's not gonna be an American Wolves reunion at Final Battle, it will be burial. There will be a rise of a new great tag team and Davey, you're on your own.

We go to Davey Richards, who says O'Reilly fooled everybody a few weeks ago. I thought you had the fight in you, you're a sheep, you exposed yourself. Congrats on finding another sheep in Bobby Fish. I'm looking for a Wolf, I'm looking for my brother, I'm looking for the most destructive tag team to ever step foot in an ROH ring. Some people may not have faith in Eddie Edwards, O'Reilly & Fish are counting on Eddie not being my tag partner, but I know my brother, I know Wolves, we hunt in packs. Maybe he shows up, maybe he doesn't, but come Final Battle, be it a tag match or a handicap match, I leave with the sheep's heads in a basket.

We move on to hear comments from C & C, as Cedric Alexander says the Briscoes say that their 7-time ROH Tag Team champions, but C & C is on a roll. This is our time to be the tag team champions. Caprice Coleman says maybe the Briscoes haven't been paying attention. A couple weeks ago, we beat Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team, the same team that put you in the hospital. We are here to show that this train is on board. Caprice sings "So people, get ready, the train is coming, the conductors are us, so get on board".

We hear from the Briscoes as Jay says that C & C is indeed on a roll, y'all hot stuff. Caprice singing songs, well soon, y'all gonna be singing a different tune. Mark sings "Caprice & Cedric, Corino & Jimmy, #DemBoys is gonna put a foot in your hind parts". Jay says C & C beat Haas & Benjamin, hats off to you, we beat the Headbangers. So, at Final Battle, 3 teams in there, C & C may think they hot stuff, but we walking outta that b***h 8-time ROH Tag Team Champions.

    Commercial

We see a hype promo for Final Battle with Truth Martini, who implores ROH fans, or the "good Christian folks at home", to call & e-mail to say that Elgin vs. Strong at Final Battle should not happen.

Back from commercial as Steve Corino joins Kelly & Seltzer at the commentary table for our main event.

Main Event for the Ring of Honor World Title: "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen (c) w/"The Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs vs. "The Prodigy" Mike Bennett w/ "Brutal" Bob Evans

Steen is wearing Maria Kanellis, who is not there with Bennett for the match, "I'M A LADY" t-shirt for this match. Steen charges as the bell sounds and hits a corner clothesline, followed by a 2nd one and finally the Cannonball as Bennett was slumped in the corner. Steen clotheslines Bennett to the outside, goes out after him and sends Bennett flipping into the barricade not once, but twice. Steen sends Bennett into the barricade two more times, then sends Bennett back in. Evans goes after Steen and that allows Bennett to hit a spinebuster. Bennett with right hands from the mount, then taunts the crowd. Bennett chokes Steen in the ropes, but Steen fights back. However, Bennett with a right hand, a corner whip and finally an avalanche. Steen is sent to the outside, then is sent into the barricade by Bennett. Bennett trash talks Steen, then pulls at his face as we go to commercial.

     Commercial

Back from commercial as Steen breaks free of Bennett, but Bennett comes back with a dropkick for a nearfall. Crowd chants for Steen as Bennett continues to talk trash. Bennett with a corner whip, but Steen avoids a charge and Bennett goes groin first into the middle turnbuckle and is hung up in the ropes. Steen then with another Cannonball in the corner on Bennett. Both men exchange right hands until Steen gains advantage. Bennett reverses a corner whip, followed by a shoulder to the gut from the apron, but then Steen with the apron spike DDT for a nearfall. Steen sets up Bennett, but misses a springboard moonsault, allowing Bennett to hit a Spear for a nearfall. Bennett places Steen on the top turnbuckle and heads up with him, hitting right hands. Steen bites Bennett and knocks him off the ropes, then Steen hits the Steenton Bomb for a close nearfall. Steen lifts up Bennett, but Evans grabs his foot, however Steen throws Bennett over the ropes onto Evans, taking them both out. Steen then hits the apron powerbomb and sends Bennett back in.

Steen then hits the Package Piledriver on Bennett to retain the title.

Winner and STILL Ring of Honor World Champion: "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen by pinfall (Package Piledriver)

Jacobs & Corino celebrate with Steen after the match, then Steen gets a mic. Steen says to Nigel McGuinness that Eddie Edwards couldn't beat me, Davey Richards couldn't beat me, Roderick Strong couldn't beat me, Mike Mondo, Eddie Kingston, Homicide, Rhino, Michael Elgin, none of them could beat me. I keep hearing Jay Lethal complaining about how he didn't lose to me, yet he's never getting another title shot.

"Jay Lethal, that is your own idiot mother's fault, bud".

Steen goes to continue to talk, but then Jay Lethal rushes out to the ring, but is stopped by numerous referees and security before he can get in the ring and after Steen. S.C.U.M. taunts Lethal, who is yelling at Steen, as we go to credits.

MVP & Shelton Benjamin Returning to WWE?
MVP & Shelton Benjamin Returning to WWE?

It was reported Saturday that some familiar faces could be returning to WWE in the coming months as there has been a push from several top talents for the organization to bring back some "solid hand" wrestlers that were previously released. Two specific names in mind are MVP and Shelton Benjamin as organization officials have discussed bringing the former Superstars back to the fold.

Since being released from WWE in April 2010 in a cost-cutting measure, Benjamin has kept busy in Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling. MVP also competes in New Japan, where he teams with Benjamin under the tag team name "Black Dynamite."

    WWE Raw Report - December 10th, 2012
Posted by Steve Carrier on 12/10/2012 at 07:31 PM

    - Tonight's WWE RAW opens up with a look at The Shield. We see clips from last week of Ryback powerbombing CM Punk and they discuss his injury plus the changes to TLC. The video switches focus to the storyline with AJ Lee, John Cena, Dolph Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero.

    - We're live from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey as Justin Roberts introduces Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler is in the ring at the top of a ladder. His Money in the Bank briefcase is hanging high. Ziggler says he's right where he belongs - at the top. Ziggler is here to talk about two numbers - 6 and 15. 6 is the number of days until TLC and 15 is the number of days until Christmas. Ziggler says for John Cena, Christmas and TLC are one in the same. Ziggler talks about how Cena has been handed opportunities but failed.

Ziggler talks about having to defend his briefcase at TLC. Ziggler says he will be the coal in Cena's stocking. Ziggler declares that he will beat Cena at TLC. Ziggler says then he will cash in his contract, beat Big Show and go on to be the greatest World Champion of all time. Out comes Sheamus to interrupt. We see ladders set up all on the stage and the ramp as Sheamus makes his way down.

Update On John Morrison/Melina Domestic Dispute
Posted by Steve Carrier on 12/09/2012 at 04:26 PM

Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com reported on November 18 that former WWE wrestlers John Morrison and Melina were involved in a domestic dispute the prior weekend, resulting in police being summoned to the residence they share in Los Angeles, California. He said details of the story would likely be published on TMZ.com, but ultimately, was not acknowledged. In a post on the F4WOnline.com message board Saturday, Meltzer explained why additional details regarding the incident have not been revealed.

"There was an incident reported to them (TMZ) but no police report to back it up so you can't really go forward with the story," wrote the Wrestling Observer editor. "Same reason I haven't said anything. I checked with police and if they were called, there was no report."

Since news of the incident surfaced online, Morrison has continued performing at wrestling events and comedy clubs. Perez, on the other hand, has continued to remain out of the public spotlight entirely. She last appeared at a wrestling show on October 12 in Tijuana, Mexico, accompanying Morrison for a match. She stopped tweeting a few days prior, and subsequently canceled an autograph signing she was scheduled to appear at later that month.

Is WWE Talking with Colt Cabana?

As seen earlier this week, WWE posted a video on YouTube looking back at Colt Cabana's time in WWE as Scotty Goldman. This has caused a lot of speculation online about Colt returning to the company.

Word going around is that the video was likely added as part of a potential feature on Jewish Superstars that was pitched for the Hanukkah season. WWE's website published a feature on most memorable Jewish stars earlier this weekend and Goldman was on the list. Unless it's being kept a secret, PWInsider reports that there are no talks between Cabana and WWE at this time.

    - Some familiar faces could be returning to WWE in the coming months as there has been a push from several top talents for the organization to bring back some "solid hand" wrestlers that were previously released.

With the lack of depth on the main roster, WWE officials are giving serious consideration to the suggestion. Individuals they have in mind would be of the mid-card variety to assist younger talent, as well as provide solid performances for the company.

There is a short list of potential names WWE is interested in, but no one has been contacted yet.

*RUMOR* TNA Interested In Former WWE Trained Luchador

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that TNA has shown some interest in bringing in WWE trained luchador El Hijo Del Medico Asesino who wrestled unmasked as Benicio Salazar in WWE developmental promotion, FCW. The report goes on to day that TNA believes it would be easier to have a luchador with some training in the domestic television style and because he worked for the WWE, would already have his immigration documentation ready.
