Byron Saxton excitedly reminds everyone that tonight is the culmination of the Gold Rush Tournament, with Seth Rollins against Jinder Mahal in the finals to determine the first NXT champion.

Jason Jordan and Mike Dalton come out for a re-match of a few weeks ago when Dalton beat Camacho out of nowhere.

JASON JORDAN & MIKE DALTON vs. HUNICO & CAMACHO – Tag Team match

Dalton and Camacho start, and Dalton and Jordan immediate double-team him. Jordan keeps Camacho on the mat with power, but Camacho responds with a big spinebuster. Jordan gets isolated by Hunico and Camacho. Hunico shows surprising strength for his size, lifting Jordan off the mat with a pumphandle hold and body-slamming him. Jordan finally tags in Dalton, who takes Hunico down with speed. Dalton with a really amazing move, reversing a flapjack into a huracanrana into a roll-through into a cover for a nearfall. The ref gets distracted by Jordan, letting Hunico land a brainbuster for the win, as Camacho keeps Jordan from breaking up the tag.

WINNERS: Hunico & Camacho in 4:06. All we saw of Mike Dalton before was him getting beat up and rolling up Camacho for the win; this time, he had a few minutes to shine, and he made excellent use of those minutes. He really seems like he has excellent potential for in-ring excitement, and I look forward to seeing more of him on NXT.

The Usos come out, and Jimmy reminds viewers of their loss to The Ascension and subsequent beat down last week. The Ascension take advantage of their dark-arena entrance to sneak up behind The Usos and ambush them. They handily destroy The Usos, including a sick tag team where O’Brien lands a chop block while Cameron hits a spinning heel kick at the same time, they do it to both Uso brothers. That was pretty unique for a beat down, between using the entrance as an advantage, and not just ganging up and stomping and punching The Usos.

Video package on Alicia Fox, with clips making her sound a bit heelish.

    Video package on Antonio Cesaro.

    Raw Rebound.

2 – VIC DONOVAN vs. BIG E. LANGSTON

Langston just demolishes Donovan, finishing him with a sort of cutter from a body slam position, if a cutter involved holding the waist instead of the neck.

WINNER: Big E. Langston in 0:40. Not much to say, it was a squash.

Video packages on Ryback and John Cena.

They bring out the NXT roster to the ramp for the culmination of the Gold Rush Tournament. JR, William Regal, and Byron Saxton have announcing duties.

Backstage, Briley Pearce interviews Big E. Langston. Langston breaths heavy instead of answering questions, and Pearce slinks away.

Dusty Rhodes comes out, and they have Howard Finkel doing the intro. Rhodes takes the NXT title belt to the ring. Jinder Mahal comes out to boos and jeers from the crowd and NXT roster. Seth Rollins comes out next, to cheers from the crowd and claps from the roster, and they need to back up and give him some space for his flailing entrance. Finkel gives a full, formal ring intro for the championship match. The ref shows both wrestlers the title to further enhance it as a big deal. Rhodes shakes Rollins’s hand, but Mahal refuses the handshake and acts like he is should be declared champion now.

SETH ROLLINS vs. JINDER MAHAL – Gold Rush Tournament Final match

Rollins quickly takes down Mahal in an early lock-up, and then repeats it. Mahal needs a rope break to get away, and uses it to sucker punch Rollins and take control. Rollins quickly turns it away again. Rollins continues to outwit and out wrestle Mahal, until Mahal trips him on the apron, then throws him from the apron to the ramp.

It isn’t good for the win, and Mahal starts to look frustrated.

    Video package on C.M. Punk.

Mahal is controlling Rollins with a hold out of the break. Rollins tries to rally, but Mahal blocks a suplex and continues his attack. The crowd and the roster members on the ramp are hungry for Rollins to make a comeback, but he continues to absorb abuse. Mahal cuts off another rally with a high knee. Mahal wants the Camel Clutch, but Rollins gets to the ropes before it is locked in. Rollins looks half dead, but a surprise enziguri gets him some space. Rhodes looks appreciate on the outside.

Rollins is finally able to get some traction, and he moves faster and faster as he does more damage. Mahal misses a high knee in the corner and falls over the ropes to the ringside. Rollins to the top and he lands a big crossbody to Mahal on the outside. Rollins rolls Mahal into the ring and goes to the top, but Mahal crotches him. Mahal with a superplex and they are both down.

    Video package on Layla.

Rollins and Mahal are just getting to their feet from the break. They trade bombs as JR reminds us that Rollins’s back may be hurt and Mahal’s knee looks like it is in pain. Rollins kicks out of a tilt-a-whirl side slam, but Mahal is slow to get up too. Rollins with a Pele kick and a knee drop to the back of Mahal’s head from the top rope gets two-and-seven-eighths. They are both slow to recover, and everything Rollins does takes a lot out of him, too. Mahal dodges a corkscrew moonsault and stalks Rollins. Rollins barely kicks out of a full nelson slam. Mahal sets up the Camel Clutch, but Rollins gets the ropes. Mahal re-applies it, but Rollins rolls him up instead. Rollins manages to pick Mahal off the mat and powerbomb him into the turnbuckle, and he follows with the Blackout for the win.

WINNER: Seth Rollins in 15:31. That was a beyond emotional win. Rollins put up a great fight, appearing to be the underdog against the odds, but never looking so weak that his win was a fluke. Easily the best match Mahal has ever been in. The last time WWE built up to a title match with this level of seriousness and made it seem like the title was this important was John Cena and C.M. Punk at Money in the Bank last year. Despite knowing who was winning from various reports, I was incredibly emotionally invested in this match, dying to see the rookie Rollins defeat the larger veteran Mahal. This match also proved that Rollins can easily put together long-form matches. This match felt like such a big deal, from the video package last week involving major Superstars, the roster being on the ramp to watch, Howard Finkel’s formal introduction, the presentation of the belt by the ref… everything about it was picture perfect to make you feel like Seth Rollins just won the most important prize in professional wrestling.

Post-match, Rollins breaks down in emotion and the crowd is going nuts. Mahal can barely roll out of the ring, and even Dusty Rhodes looks amazed. Rollins and Rhodes hug in the ring and Rhodes raises his hand in victory. The face Superstars from the ramp rush the ring and hold Rollins up on their shoulders. He jumps the railing and celebrates with the crowd.

RUMOR: TNA Knockout Sarita At Risk of Losing CMLL Contract?

TNA Knockout Saritais rumored to be battling some issues with her CMLL contract. As we announced earlier, She is scheduled to for a two month excursion to Japan for womens promotion STARDOM. According to reports from The Wrestling Observer, CMLL officials are fuming mad that Sarita accepted the bookings without the consent of the promotion. CMLL currently has a working relationship with female promotion REINA in Japan. The situation now officially puts a CMLL signed wrestler working for their partners competition.

Sarita has appeared at a few STARDOM shows in March. She also celebrated her 10th anniversary in the wrestling business at one of the shows in Japan. According to the observer report, CMLL has continuously mis-advertised Sarita as appearing at events with full knowledge that she will not be able to in an attempt to damage her reputation in Mexico. The report also alleges that CMLL may plan on forcing Sarita to sit out her remaining appearance dates on her contract without allowing her to make any appearances in Mexico as CMLL officials have full control of her work visa status.

Sarita has informed fans of her current appearances through her Facebook page. After CMLL continued to falsely advertise her for shows, she wrote Thursday, "Just letting you all know that I'm still in Japan and will not be wrestling in Guadalajara in the upcoming weeks. Sorry for the confusion."

Why Christian is Absent from TV, New Feud Planned

Why Christian is Absent from TV, New Feud Planned
Posted by Steve Carrier on 09/05/2012 at 08:35 AM

    - There is speculation about Christian's WWE status after he hasn't appeared on RAW and SmackDown in a few weeks. Christian was scheduled to feud with United States Champion Antonio Cesaro but word is that WWE officials want to keep Christian off TV until after TNA's Bound For Glory pay-per-view in October.

Christian is scheduled to appear during Bound For Glory weekend and induct Sting into TNA's Hall of Fame. This is part of the deal between WWE and TNA that allowed Ric Flair to appear at the WWE Hall of Fame earlier this year.

While there is no heat on Christian because he didn't choose to appear for TNA, WWE officials don't want him appearing for them while he's in the middle of a title feud on their programming. Expect him to feud with Cesaro later this year unless things change.

Matt Hardy Posts His Mission Statement

Matt Hardy Posts His Mission Statement
Posted by Steve Carrier on 09/01/2012 at 08:58 AM

    - Matt Hardy posted the following on Facebook last night:

    MY MISSION STATEMENT

My turbulent time in life is done. I will not be negative again. I will not be stained by hate again. I will not use poor judgment again. I will not be hypocritical, and I will always try to be brutally honest with everyone I interact with. Without going into intricate details now, last Thanksgiving I had a vision that led me to believe I have a purpose to serve in this life. Everyday it becomes more of a reality. My body is slowly becoming healthy again.. It's time for me to utilize it by realizing it's current maximum potential and by being disciplined in doing so. I can make a difference because of the experiences I've learned from my victories and my failures. And I will. I refuse to let ANYONE or ANYTHING detour me from what the future holds for me. This has caused changes in my life and may mean more.. But if God and the bigger plan calls for it, then so be it. If you've believed in me throughout my ups and downs, thank you so much for your support. If you believed in me, and then I lost your faith, I understand. I hope you and any non-believers or pessimistic skeptics will follow me in the future. I hope to change your minds. Regardless, I have to do what I know is right-for me, for my loved ones, and my true friends. I've been given SO much by SO many people, it's my turn to give back by helping, sharing, and teaching. I know what I have to do in my lifetime.. My name is Matt Hardy and I'm a small-town boy from Cameron, NC with big-time dreams. I take pride in the truth of my own reality-and that empowers me. It's now my time and job now to empower you. Godspeed everyone.

Ziggler Says He's Ready for the Main Event Scene

Ziggler Says He's Ready for the Main Event Scene
Posted by Steve Carrier on 08/31/2012 at 12:53 PM

In an interview with Jan Murphy for the Kingston Whig-Standard publication, Dolph Ziggler said he feels like his character is about to reach main-event status after being on a "constant build, clawing or scratching for every inch" WWE has given him.

“Had I been handed it, it might not have worked out the same. I might not be as grateful for everything that’s slowly but surely coming my way. Bit man, I’ve been chomping at this main event scene for two, three years now, ready to go, and I think it’s going hit right at the peak of my career, right when I’m starting to figure out more and more. I’m learning every day. I think it’s just going to hit at the right time and it’s just going to blow up.”

Ziggler also mentioned about making it an "art form" to be the “bad guy who gets beat up."

"I go out there and I try to do it better than everyone else. Whether I’m a punching bag for 30 seconds or going out there and having a 30-minute classic, I find a way to stand out and do what I do better than everyone else.”

We noted earlier in the week that Damien Sandow is currently considered Triple H's big project. It should be noted that Sandow has more than a few supporters high up in WWE.

    Bully Ray's TNA Status

    - The Wrestling Observer reported earlier this week that Bully Ray was considered to be a probable re-sign for TNA, before Ray went on Twitter and hinted that he would be finishing up at Bound For Glory. It's interesting to note that the two were originally a package deal for TNA but it appears that has changed as Devon has already parted ways with the company.

Hey everyone! Once again, the Wrestleview Resident Teacher will be the "substitute", this time for my good friend Mike Tedesco. So what do teachers love to do at the end of the work week? Watch some professional wrestling, of course. Mike will return next week.

Then. Now. Forever. So it begins.

     Intro

Tonight, Randy Orton will battle Dolph Ziggler sometime during the show. Also, is "The Game Over"?

Lillian Garcia welcomes Sheamus. Sheamus, the World Heavyweight Champion walks down to the ring and gets a nice reaction from the Green Bay audience. Sheamus begins his promo by acknowledging HHH as one of his toughest opponents. Sheamus said that HHH gave him his first WrestleMania loss, and he has the respect of him and the entire WWE Universe. He said that HHH has everything while Alberto Del Rio doesn't.

Enter Damien Sandow, wearing a blue and white rope and an unorthodox way to hold a microphone. Sandow begs for indulgence. Sandow is here to help all of us, particularly Sheamus. Sandow calls him ignorant. Sheamus talked about HHH, and on the 1000th episode DX (HHH and his gang) assaulted Sandow in the middle of the ring, in which Sheamus thought it was great. Sandow said that was a typical remark from a hooligan. Sandow said listening to Sheamus makes the WWE Universe inept. Sandow then said he brings a stereotype to the Irish. Sheamus said everyone has a life and does not have for him. Sheamus tells Sandow to shut up. Sandow talks about enrichment, and Sheamus wants him to enter the ring.

Sandow said Sheamus was unworthy of his time. Sandow saved Sheamus from thrashing him and says "You're Welcome". Well, Booker T, the Smackdown GM enters the ramp and agreed with Sandow. Booker T said we want a physical thrashing. Booker said we are in Green Bay, Wisconsin and for the first time we will see Damien Sandow vs. Sheamus. Sheamus is pleased with the verdict, while Sandow appears flabbergasted.

Rey Mysterio is walking backstage. He is next.

     Commercial

We see a Vince Lombardi statue and Lambeau Field.

     Singles Match
    Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes

Cole said that Mysterio is 100% after his concussion. Rhodes cuts a promo earlier about wrestlers in masks. Rhodes said they wear the masks because of panic and ugliness.

The match begins with them circling around until Rhodes takes Mysterio down. Mysterio counters with a hammerlock. Rhodes then takes it to the corner and takes him down with a punch. Mysterio applies a waistlock, but Rhodes breaks free. Mysterio with a kick to the ropes, but the 619 was averted. Mysterio chased Rhodes, but Rhodes counters and then slams Mysterio's face to the announce table.

     Commercial

We are back, and Rhodes ends a hope spot by Mysterio with a Twisting Suplex. Rhodes then wore Mysterio down in the middle of the ring. Rhodes then goes with the Front Suplex, then a stomp but still can't get the three count. Rhodes then keeps Mysterio down with a stomp to the abdominal region. Rhodes then snapmared Mysterio down and then applies a modified chinlock to keep control. Mysterio then gets up, and Rhodes goes for the mask. Mysterio pulls Rhodes to the corner and then hits a Seated Senton and begins his run and concluded it with a spin kick to Rhodes' head.

Rhodes hits the chinbreaker, then connects with a Shining Wizard for a two count. Rhodes misses on a back suplex. However, Mysterio misses the 619. Rhodes tried to pull Mysterio's mask, but Mysterio counters it with a rollup for the pinfall victory.

     Winner via Pinfall: Rey Mysterio
    Grade: B-

After the match, Rhodes immediately goes after Mysterio. Rhodes now wants the mask again and Sin Cara runs in for the save. Mysterio pops up with a 619. Sin Cara then holds one of his masks and wraps it around Rhodes' face. Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio celebrate while Rhodes appears embarrassed.

The commentators agree that Rhodes needs to move on. Also, they talk about the anger management groups from Raw.

Last Monday, we see some group therapy sessions. Daniel Bryan said he is "fine". Then a kid with a goat mask enters and Bryan goes off. Bryan said he is handsome. The "doctor" said that it was his son and he was playing a goat in a school play.

Eve Torres makes her way to the ring as the Special Assistant to Booker T. Two weeks ago, Kaitlyn defeated Eve in a Diva Battle Royal to be the #1 Contender for the Divas Championship currently held by Layla. Eve is on commentary. Kaitlyn vs. Natalya is next.

     Commercial

    Singles Match
    Natalya vs. Kaitlyn

They tie up immediately and Natalya then takes Kaitlyn down with a headlock. Kaitlyn applies a headlock, and then does a flying shoulder tackle. However, outside of the ring, Natalya throws Kaitlyn down and demands respect. They are inside of the ring and Natalya commands respect while applying the abdominal stretch. Natalya then pulls the right leg back while the hold remained intact.

Kaitlyn tosses Natalya off of her, then hits a dropkick. However, Natalya clobbers her with a Discus Clothesline. As she commanded respect, Kaitlyn rolls Natalya over and wins.

     Winner via Pinfall: Kaitlyn
    Grade: D+ (leaned toward C-)

Matt Striker is with Booker T. Striker talks about Raw and we see a clip of Vickie Guerrero demanding the title of Raw General manager. AJ Lee then entered and attacked Vickie in retaliation. Booker T said that the pressure is getting to AJ and he criticized some of her decisions. Vickie Guerrero cuts Booker T off and said that little psychotic AJ should be taken off as GM of Raw. Vickie said that Booker "agreed" that AJ is CRAZY! Vickie spoke of "The Board of Directors" and they will take action. If they don't, Vickie will take action. Booker stares her down.

    Up Next: NO RESPECT!

At Night of Champions: CM Punk vs. John Cena for Punk's WWE Championship

Raw Rebound: Punk beats Jerry Lawler and demands respect.

Anger Management Meeting #2: "Harold" talked about he does work and the boss gets all the credit. Daniel Bryan talks about his boss, who was his ex-fiancée who left him at the altar. The doctor welcomes his last patient, and it is Kane. Bryan does not want to believe it.

    Next, Sheamus vs. Damien Sandow.

     Commercial

    Singles Match (non-title)
World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus vs. Damien Sandow

They tie-up and Sandow demands that the ref relinquish Sheamus from the tie-up. Sheamus then grows tired and grabs Sandow by the beard. Sandow applies a headlock, Sheamus escapes and Sandow catches his breath outside of the ring.

Sandow uses the ref as a shield and applies another headlock. Sheamus powers out with a couple shoulder tackles and Sandow leaves. Sheamus is baited to an outside attack by Sandow. Sandow drills Sheamus to the steps and then takes his knee out on those steps as well. Sandow hoped to win by countout, but Sheamus enters back in. Sandow goes in on the attack instantly. Sandow kept Sheamus grounded with a chinlock in the middle of the ring.

Sheamus breaks the hold, but Sandow does the neckbreaker and flips up. However, he does not have time for the Elbow of Distain. Sheamus misses on a corner attack and Sandow hits the neckbreaker and follows it with clubbing blows to the chest. Sandow applies a chinlock, and Sheamus breaks the hold. Sheamus then begins his run with a back body drop, Irish Hammers and a knee to the face. Sandow avoids punishment, but Sheamus grabs hold and clubs him along the ropes. Sheamus enters the ring with a slingshot shoulder tackle. Sandow avoids an Irish Curse and leaves. Sandow avoids more of Sheamus' signature moves until Sandow had enough. Brave Sir Sandow Ran Away...

     Winner via Countout: Sheamus
    Grade: C+

After the match, Sheamus celebrates with the title.

Later: Randy Orton vs. Dolph Ziggler. Also, is it "Game Over" for HHH?

     Commercial

We see some Green Bay Packers jerseys. Green Bay Wide Receiver Donald Driver is in the crowd.

The Prime Time Players are dancing. Their match is now.

     Tag Team Match

The Prime Time Players (Titus O'Neil and Darren Young) vs. International Airstrike (Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel)

Last Week, the PTPers want the Tag Team Championship, but The Usos, Primo and Epico, and Gabriel and Kidd plead their cases to the Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston and R-Truth and a fight breaks out.

O'Neil and Kidd start the match off. O'Neil powers up to start. Gabriel is in and both connect with a nice double team dropkick on O'Neil. Young is tagged in (Meanwhile on Tout, The Usos think they should be the next tag team champions). Gabriel uses the armdrag, takes Young down and Kidd is tagged in for another combo move. Young pushes Kidd to their corner and O'Neil is in. Kidd tried to fight them off, but O'Neil clobbers Kidd down.

O'Neil then drops Kidd down hard, Young is in and Young is front suplexed on Kidd. Kidd escapes Young's offense and Gabriel is in. Gabriel uses kicks, then a spinning forearm. Gabriel then takes O'Neil down and hits the STO on Young. Kidd and O'Neil fight on. However, Young avoids the 450 Splash and hits his finisher, The Gut Check, for the pinfall victory.

Winners via Pinfall: The Prime Time Players (Young pins Gabriel)
    Grade: C-.

After the match, The Prime Time Players dance...horribly.

Anger Management Segment: Kane takes his mask off, and then runs down every single event of his life. If one has not seen this segment, it is a must see. You don't make characters like Kane anymore. Next Week: Anger Collage.

Bryan is going mad, and Kane and Harold have a moment.

Next: An Alberto Del Rio Exclusive Interview

     Commercial

Josh Mathews is in the ring and welcomes Alberto Del Rio. However, that was not good enough as Ricardo Rodriguez introduces Del Rio. Del Rio drives an Excaliber, which is more than over $100,000. At Night of Champions, Cole said that Sheamus will go up against Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Del Rio and Rodriguez are in the ring. Mathews runs down how he beat Orton last week, but Del Rio cuts him off and said that he made Orton tap out. (Clip of the "Tap Out") Del Rio said he will make Sheamus tap out and be the NEW World Heavyweight Champion. Mathews said that Del Rio was bested by Sheamus. Del Rio called him a weasel and then is about to go after Mathews until the PYRO hits. Kane enters the ring in a brisk pace. Del Rio and Rodriguez escape. Mathews flees in terror. Kane on the mic said that his therapist said he should apologize for Mathews. Kane is sorry, and thanks Mathews for being a part of his recovery program. Teddy Long enters and said Del Rio will be in a match with Kane...RIGHT NOW!

     Singles Match (In Progress)
Kane vs. Alberto Del Rio (w/Ricardo Rodriguez)

Kane cornered Del Rio and backed off. Kane brushes off a couple of kicks but Kane punches away. (Meanwhile, Mathews does not trust Kane). Del Rio gets a kick in, but Kane delivers a right hand and Del Rio is down. Del Rio quickly grabs Kane's arm and drills it to the post. Kane approaches Del Rio with a Chokeslam, but Del Rio avoids it.

Kane delivers a boot, and follows it up with a Side Slam
(Cole calls is a Sidewalk Slam). Kane goes up top and soars with a Top Rope Clothesline. Kane grabs hold of Rodriguez. Del Rio, the cunning aristocrat, hits the Backstabber and scores the pinfall victory.

Winner via Pinfall: Alberto Del Rio
    Grade: C-

Rodriguez celebrates by declaring Del Rio as the winner. Kane embraces his hate, runs toward Josh Mathews and throws him down. Kane said "I'm sorry, I am losing my temper". Kane chokeslams Mathews, and Mathews sells it like a champion. It looks like Michael Cole will go solo for the main event.

Replays of Del Rio's win and Kane's attack were featured. Kane walks slowly with his arm crossed.

Up Next: Game Over for HHH?

Michael Cole is alone. Moments ago, Mathews was taken for medical testing. Cole pleads to the GMs of the WWE that wrestlers should not attack commentators. Finally, Cole talks about HHH.

Last Monday: HHH talks about his loss to Brock Lesnar. He talks, he cries, the crowd chants "Tri-Ple-H".

Vickie Guerrero excuses herself and introduces Dolph Ziggler.

     Commercial

    Singles Match
Dolph Ziggler (w/Vickie Guerrero) vs. Randy Orton

Last Week: Ziggler attempted to cash in his Money in the Bank Case, but Orton hit the RKO and put an end to it.

They tie-up, then Orton delivers a shoulder tackle. Ziggler manages a drop kick and poses a bit. Ziggler applies a headlock on Orton, and Orton follow suit. Orton then hits his own drop kick. After a pin attempt, Orton stomps away on Ziggler, then rakes his knee to Ziggler's face. Orton executes a great Slingshot Suplex and gets a two count.

Ziggler then gets a kick in and finishes with a neckbreaker. Ziggler grounds Orton with Elbow Drops and covers for a two count. Ziggler applies a chinlock. Orton gets up in a few seconds. They exchange punches, and Orton concludes that after a backbreaker. Ziggler avoids a corner attack and uses great force on his lariat to Orton. Orton escapes a Leaping Elbow by Ziggler, then Orton escapes the corner and begins his run. Orton snap slams Ziggler down and smiles to the crowd. Orton then goes to the ropes, but Ziggler snaps Orton's neck on the ropes.

Both go back and forth until Orton hits a Superplex on Ziggler. Ziggler kicks out at two and the match continues. Ziggler immediately goes for a DDT and hits it! Ziggler covers Orton for two and now both men are down. Ziggler is waiting for Orton to pop up, Orton catches Ziggler and plants him with the Orton DDT but can't score the victory (Vickie laughs it off). Orton throws Ziggler to the table, avoids the Zig Zag, and plants an RKO on Ziggler. Ziggler looks like he just died in the ring after the RKO, well done.

     Winner via Pinfall: Randy Orton
    Grade: C+

After match Vickie Guerrero declares Dolph Ziggler as the winner after grabbing the microphone from Lillian Garcia. However, Orton's music hits and we end the show.

    Ric Flair And TNA Update

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Ric Flair is legally free from his TNA no-compete contract as of September 10 2012. In just a mere 10 days, Flair is legally entitled to seek job offers from other promotions including the WWE. It remains to be seen however if the WWE is interested in Flair following the the TNA vs WWE legal spat in which WWE lawyers specifically mentioned that the company had no interest in signing Flair.

Flair has also rumored to be filing for divorce from his latest wife, Jacqueline Beems. Flair has now been married and divorced four times.
