    This evening Elimination Chamber

    Matches

John Cena vs. Kane (Ambulance Match)

One thing is certain at WWE Elimination Chamber on Feb. 19 – someone will be leaving in an ambulance by the end of the night. On the Feb. 6 Raw SuperShow, Interim Raw GM John Laurinaitis announced a rematch between John Cena and Kane. In a move he said the WWE Board of Directors liked, the Interim Raw GM said the rivals will clash in an Ambulance Match.

The rules of an Ambulance Match may be simple, but getting to the final bell will be anything but as there are no pinfalls, submissions, count-outs or disqualifications. To win, a competitor needs to incapacitate his opponent, throw him into the back of a waiting ambulance and shut the door, sending him directly to the nearest medical facility.

Brutal and barbaric, an Ambulance Match at Elimination Chamber may be the only appropriate setting as one of the most intense rivalries the WWE Universe has ever seen reaches its apex.

While some conflicts explode after just one inciting incident, others build slowly and steadily over time. When it comes to Cena and The Big Red Monster Kane, their rivalry has intensified each week for the past few months, with each act of aggression topping its predecessor. In his continued efforts to get Cena to finally embrace the hate, Kane has used those closest to Cena to get his message across.

Kane’s relentless assault on Cena’s friend, Zack Ryder, began on the Jan. 3 episode of Raw SuperShow, when The Devil’s Favorite Demon tried to drag Ryder into the abyss underneath the ring. Luckily, Cena was there to save the day, but that did nothing to quell the monster’s fury.

The next week, Kane chokeslammed Ryder off the loading docks outside the arena, seriously injuring him (WATCH). Then, on the Jan. 23 Raw SuperShow, Kane intensified his attacks, chokeslamming Ryder through the stage and sending the Superstar to a nearby medical facility (WATCH). A visibly furious Cena uncharacteristically snapped, refusing Josh Matthews’ interview request by knocking the microphone out of the announcer’s hand.

The following Sunday at the 25th anniversary of the Royal Rumble, Cena and Kane battled to a double count-out. But it was naïve to think that a ring bell would be enough to stop these two from tearing each other apart. The war raged on outside the ring and all over the arena, with Kane getting the upper hand on Cena, courtesy of a steel chair. (PHOTOS)

Kane’s constant torment has taken Cena to unchartered territory, revealing a vicious and previously unseen side of the Leader of Cenation, as witnessed on the Jan. 30 episode of Raw. After Eve’s loss to Divas Champion Beth Phoenix, Kane appeared at ringside, terrifying the helpless Diva. An incensed Cena again came to the rescue, continually battering Kane with the steel ring stairs and sending The Devil’s Favorite Demon scurrying through the WWE Universe. (WATCH)

Now, the two powerhouse Superstars prepare to meet at Elimination Chamber, in what will be their most vicious bout yet. A rare stipulation throughout history, the WWE Universe hasn’t witnessed an Ambulance Match since Survivor Series 2003 which, perhaps unsurprisingly, featured Kane. Despite a heroic effort on the part of Shane McMahon during that match, The Big Red Monster’s brutal assault proved too great and it was Kane who slammed shut the ambulance doors on his opponent

    Raw Elimination Chamber Match

Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and Interim Raw General Manager John Laurinaitis revealed exclusively to WWE.com the Superstars who will compete for the WWE Title in the Raw Elimination Chamber Match: WWE Champion CM Punk, Dolph Ziggler, Chris Jericho, R-Truth, The Miz and Kofi Kingston.

With all eyes on Punk’s title, the six competitors will brave the redoubtable dome live on pay-per-view Feb. 19.

Jericho earned the right to be the last Superstar to enter the bout, after stealing a win from Punk in a Six Pack Challenge on the Feb. 6 Raw SuperShow (WATCH).

For the uninitiated, the Elimination Chamber Match is a bout in which two participants begin in the ring and the remaining four are held within pods in each corner. These Superstars are released into the match at five-minute intervals, with the objective being to eliminate each opponent via pinfall or submission. The last Superstar standing is declared the winner.

Measuring 16 feet in height and 36 feet in diameter, the Elimination Chamber has been unleashed on the WWE Universe 13 times since its debut in 2002 at Survivor Series. Heading into this year’s event, the Raw match participants bring with them wildly varying levels of experience inside the structure.

On one end of the spectrum is Jericho, a veteran of six Elimination Chamber matches. Tied with Triple H for most appearances, Jericho took part in the first three installments of the Elimination Chamber, and he scored big in his last appearance, capturing the World Heavyweight Championship in 2010.

Could that edge mean all the difference this time around? WWE Champion Punk is no stranger to the dangers that lurk within the structure’s wicked walls, having entered the Chamber on three separate occasions. Despite repeat visits, however, The Straight Edge Superstar has yet to attain victory.

Kingston and R-Truth boast one and two winless Chamber appearances, respectively. Ziggler and The Miz, meanwhile, are completely unacquainted with The Elimination Chamber. For them, Feb. 19 will mark maiden trips into the devastating dome.

With the WWE Championship at stake and personal vendettas very much in the mix, the Raw Elimination Chamber Match is sure to pack plenty of punch when it emanates from the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wis. Catch all the action live on Feb. 19 on pay-per-view starting at 8 ET / 5 PT.

    SmackDown Elimination Chamber Match

At WWE Elimination Chamber, World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan will defend his title against five other Superstars in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber Match. With a chance to headline WrestleMania at stake, Bryan will be challenged inside the massive structure by Wade Barrett, Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes, Big Show, The Great Khali and Santino Marella.

The World Heavyweight Champion will truly have the odds stacked against him once again when he steps into the Elimination Chamber on Feb. 19. Each Superstar participating will draw a number from one to six. The competitors who pick one and two will start off the match, while the other combatants will be locked in individual pods, waiting to enter the melee at regularly scheduled intervals. Superstars will be eliminated if they are pinned or submit. The last competitor standing will walk into WrestleMania the World Heavyweight Champion.

Bryan has never been inside the Elimination Chamber. However, the champion has managed to escape every predicament he’s found himself in in recent months. At the Royal Rumble, Bryan was trapped inside a steel cage with Big Show and Mark Henry. The World Heavyweight Champion wriggled free from the grip of The World’s Largest Athlete and escaped, still in possession of the title. Unfortunately for him, there is no escaping the Elimination Chamber. Can the crafty champion still find a way to retain his title?

Wade Barrett is tailor made for this type of showdown. The Superstar behind the Barrett Barrage holds the ideal combination of ruthless nature, English tenacity and unbridled ambition. Having never won a World Title, the Elimination Chamber could be the perfect opportunity for him to finally rise above.

SmackDown’s Elimination Chamber Match features not one, but two giants. The presence of Big Show and The Great Khali will make winning a tall task for anyone in their path. The World’s Largest Athlete will be looking to get his hands on Bryan, who ended his most recent World Title reign in a mere 90 seconds and has not let him forget it since. Khali, a replacement for the suspended Mark Henry, has his eyes set on becoming a two-time World Heavyweight Champion and will try to demolish anyone brave enough to attempt stopping him.

Cody Rhodes may have the most to gain in this match. The Intercontinental Champion has made it known that he intends on simultaneously adding the World Heavyweight Championship to his trophy case. This may be his best chance to accomplish that goal, though he is also competing in his first Elimination Chamber Match.

Although Randy Orton was originally slated to compete in the Chamber, a concussion on the Feb. 13 Raw SuperShow would prevent him from doing so. This paved the way for Santino Marella to leave the WWE Universe in a state of shock. The Italian Stallion overcame competitors from Raw, SmackDown and WWE NXT in a grueling Elimination Chamber Wild Card Battle Royal set up by SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long to earn the right to replace The Viper. Is the enthusiastic former Intercontinental Champion up to the challenge that awaits him on the most chaotic stop on The Road to WrestleMania?

With the World Heavyweight Championship hanging in the balance, these WWE Superstars are sure to put it all on the line in this career-altering bout. The Road to WrestleMania runs through Elimination Chamber, live on pay-per-view, Feb. 19 at 8 ET / 5 PT

Divas Champion Beth Phoenix vs. Tamina Snuka

A new threat to dominant Divas Champion Beth Phoenix has emerged, in the form of the ultra-intense challenger Tamina Snuka. Can "The Warrior Princess" dethrone The Glamazon when the two clash for the title at WWE Elimination Chamber?

Having plowed through the Divas division since winning the "Butterfly Championship" at WWE Hell in a Cell last October, Phoenix recently declared to WWE.com that she was bored with her lack of competition. In no uncertain terms, she stated that there are no legitimate contenders to her title and plans on being Divas Champion forever. (WATCH)

However, Tamina has apparently taken issue with The Glamazon’s bold pronouncements. The daughter of WWE Hall of Famer "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka has proven herself a tough and animalistic opponent, one that Beth has yet to best one-on-one in the squared circle – though the two dangerous Divas have certainly seen what the other can do in through tag team showdowns.

The fuse to their explosive pay-per-view showdown was lit on the Feb. 10 edition of SmackDown. After defeating an agile Alicia Fox, Phoenix prepared to inflict further harm on her conquered adversary. However, The Fabulous Firebird's assault was interrupted when Tamina’s music hit the speakers and the tenacious second-generation Diva stormed the ring.

Rather than attacking each other, their eyes locked in an intense stare down – each wearing a hint of a smile that seemed to indicate that they both welcomed the other's challenge. Whether it was a sign of mutual respect, enmity or amusement, that shared look foreshadowed a looming bout between the pair. (PHOTOS)

Beth Phoenix might have spoken too soon when she declared that there were no worthy rivals left for her in the Divas division. Tamina will bring not only her impressive size, strength and speed to the ring, but also a proven and impactful weapon – her father’s earth-shattering splash off the top rope.

When the powerhouse Divas Champion faces her most feral foe will she be able to continue her dominant run on top? Find out when WWE Elimination Chamber airs live on pay-per-view Sunday, Feb. 19, starting at 8 ET / 5 PT.

    TNA Knockout Injured?

At tonight’s TNA house show in Beckley, West Virginia, Tara suffered what is believed to be a knee injury in a bout with Gail Kim for the TNA Women’s Knockouts Championship. She had to be helped to the back by Ronnie Lange of Atlas Security, and paramedics in the building were alerted.

Tara also "Injured' her knee at the Agasint All Odds PPV, causing her to lose the match. So it is unknown at this time if this is a storyline or not.

FRESNO, Calif. – In a stunning turn of events, Santino Marella shocked the WWE Universe, triumphing in an impromptu Elimination Chamber Wild Card Battle Royal to claim a pod in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber Match this Sunday!

Santino Marella wins the SmackDown Elimination Chamber Wild Card Battle Royal (WATCH | PHOTOS)
Accepting SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long's invitation, Superstars from SmackDown, Raw and WWE NXT competed for the opportunity of a lifetime – the right to replace the injured Randy Orton in the Chamber. (WATCH)

With such a prestigious opportunity on the line, the competition was fierce from the word go. The desire to have a chance at the World Heavyweight Title created a slew of incredible moments including Primo eliminating his own cousin Epico, an action-packed struggle between Primo and Justin Gabriel to stay in the match and Hunico and Ted DiBiase eliminating each other.

In the end, it would all come down to four Superstars: Ezekiel Jackson, Drew McIntyre, David Otunga and the unlikely Santino Marella. With the WWE Universe behind him, Santino eliminated Drew. Then, minutes later when Jackson charged toward him, the Italian Superstar pulled down the rope, causing The Personification of Domination to fall to the ringside floor.

David Otunga quickly looked to pick up the pieces, launching a major offensive on his one remaining roadblock to glory. But, no matter what he did, he could not overcome Santino's spirit. And, when Otunga got a running start to hurl his resilient opponent over the top rope, Santino countered, sending John Laurinaitis' legal counsel to his defeat. Santino Marella survived the odds and would be heading to WWE Elimination Chamber! (MATCH PREVIEW)
SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long gets a surprise visit from Raw Interim General Manager John Laurinaitis (WATCH)

Tamina Snuka & Alicia Fox def. Beth Phoenix & Natalya (WATCH | PHOTOS)
Just when it looked like Alicia Fox was about to tap-out to Natalya's Sharpshooter, the referee was suddenly overcome by a terrible odor in the vicinity of the Diva action. As Natalya began to argue argued with the official, A-Fox promptly tagged in Tamina, who overcame the third-generation Diva with a splash off the top rope.
When Beth Phoenix charged after her No. 1 contender after the bell, “The Warrior Princess” caught her with a powerful kick. But, when she tried for a follow-up splash, The Glamazon got herself out of the ring at the last second. But, just who will walk out of WWE Elimination Chamber with the Divas Championship remains to be seen. (MATCH PREVIEW)
Jinder Mahal def. Ezekiel Jackson (WATCH | PHOTOS)
In a fierce battle, Jinder Mahal utilized the excruciating Camel Clutch to make the powerful Ezekiel Jackson tap out.
SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long announced Elimination Chamber Wild Card Battle Royal (WATCH)
Following the earlier announcement that Randy Orton’s concussion would prevent him from competing in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber Match this Sunday (WATCH), Teddy Long decided to offer one Superstar the opportunity of a lifetime – decreeing that any available competitors from SmackDown, Raw or WWE NXT would be eligible to take part in a main event Elimination Chamber Wild Card Battle Royal to determine The Viper’s replacement.

World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan def. Sheamus by Disqualification (WATCH | PHOTOS)
With both Randy Orton and Big Show gone from the building, a bragging Daniel Bryan emerged to declare that he would prove everyone wrong yet again by beating the odds and defending his title at WWE Elimination Chamber this Sunday. Bryan then demanded ring announcer Lilian Garcia declare him the winner of his scheduled match with WWE's Apex Predator by forfeit. But, Theodore Long soon burst his bubble, informing him that he would be facing Sheamus instead.
In the climax of the knockdown drag-out showdown that followed, the World Heavyweight Champion purposely provoked the ire of The Great White, spitting directly in his face. When the referee tried to separate the angry Celtic Warrior from Bryan, Sheamus threw the official to the ground – bringing the disqualification defeat upon him. Once again, Daniel Bryan walked out victorious due to controversial circumstances.
WWE Tag Team Champions Epico & Primo def. The Usos (WATCH | PHOTOS)
When a confident Jimmy Uso leaped at Primo off the top rope to deliver the splash, his resourceful adversary picked up his knees to block the assault. This set up the WWE Tag Team Champion to hit the Backstabber for the victory, serving as the prelude to another sultry dance by Rosa Mendes.
Hunico def. Ted DiBiase (WATCH | PHOTOS)
One week ago, Ted DiBiase scored a quick win over Hunico, despite the fact that the gutsy Superstar was competing with a still-injured wrist. This week, after DiBiase exacerbated his injury while executing a fierce dropkick, Camacho grabbed his damaged appendage and pulled it over the ropes with great force. This disruption allowed Hunico to roll his opponent up for a quick victory of his own.
Big Show destroys SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long's office (WATCH)
Demanding a match with World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan – who attacked him with the World Title on Raw SuperShow – a furious Big Show hit the WMD on Mark Henry and destroyed Teddy Long’s office in an absolute rage. Despite Teddy's attempts to get extra security, in the end, it was the giant that later voluntarily vacated the arena.

Big Show & The Great Khali def. Wade Barrett & Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes (WATCH | PHOTOS)
In a match between SmackDown Elimination Chamber participants, Big Show teamed with The Great Khali against the crafty combination of Wade Barrett and Cody Rhodes. When The World's Largest Athlete tagged into the match, the fired up giant unleashed an absolutely dominant assault on both of his opponents. Hurling Rhodes backwards out of the ring with tremendous force, the enormous competitor overcame The Barrett Barrage with a devastating chokeslam.

As the smoke cleared, Big Show delivered the WMD to Khali, sending the message that it will truly be every Superstar for himself this Sunday in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber Match. (MATCH PREVIEW)

SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long Takes Randy Orton out of Elimination Chamber (WATCH)
Due to a concussion suffered at the hands Daniel Bryan on Raw four days earlier, The Viper was told by Teddy Long that he will not be cleared to compete on SmackDown or the Elimination Chamber in two days. Knowing Orton's temperament, the GM had security waiting to meet him outside his office to escort him out of the building.

TNA Impact Wrestling Rating For February 16 2012

According to PWTorch, TNA Impact Wrestling on Thursday, February 16 scored a 1.06 rating, exactly the same as last week's year-low rating, despite following a PPV and featuring a mainstream appearance by N.Y. Giants star Brandon Jacobs.

Impact Wrestling averaged 1.52 million viewers, which was slightly up compared to an average of 1.50 million viewers last week.

Impact Wrestling declined in key demographic ratings of males & adults 18-34 and males & adults 18-49. Only the teen male demographics were up compared to last week.

Impact Wrestling's m18-34 rating was tied for the lowest of the year, the m18-49 rating was the lowest since December 22, and the a18-49 rating was also the lowest since December.

On cable TV Thursday night, Impact Wrestling ranked #31 in overall viewers, #19 among males 18-34, and #14 among males 18-49, knocking Impact Wrestling out of their usual rank within or close to the Top 10.

Q1: The show after a PPV, Impact opened with a year-low 0.99 rating, which followed last week's year-low 1.03 rating in Q1. The segment featured Bobby Roode's seemingly-weekly show-opening confrontation with Sting, set up for a World Title match, and one full commercial break. (down 15.9% vs. 2011-Q1 average)

Q2: Impact increased slightly to a 1.03 rating for the Roode vs. Jeff Hardy TNA World Title match and one commercial break. (down 10.9% vs. 2011-Q2 average)

Q3: Impact dropped slightly to a 1.00 rating for post-match activity and two commercial breaks following the title match. (down 14.3% vs. 2011-Q3 average)

Q4: Impact increased slightly to a first-hour-high 1.04 rating for the X Division tag match, plus one commercial break. (down 7.5% vs. 2011-Q4 average)

Q5: Impact jumped to a 1.23 rating for the Knockouts battle royal and pre and post-match activity. There was also one commercial break. (even vs. 2011-Q5 average of a 1.23 rating)

Q6: After increasing 18 percent in Q5, Impact declined 18 percent in Q6 to a 1.00 rating, which is where TNA hovered for most of the first hour. The segment featured Eric Bischoff's celebratory promo, various non-wrestling and backstage segments, and one commercial break. (down 13.8% vs. 2011-Q6 average)

Q7: Impact steadily rebounded in the final half-hour, starting with a 1.04 rating in Q7. The segment featured the Bully Ray vs. James Storm #1 contender match and one commercial break. (down 8.8% vs. 2011-Q7 average)

Q8: Impact increased to a 1.11 rating (even with the previous two weeks) for the post-match angle involving Ray, Storm, and NFL star Brandon Jacobs, followed by one commercial break, Sting setting up Roode vs. Storm at Lockdown, and Roode's show-ending attack on Sting. (down 5.7% vs. 2011-Q8 average)

TNA Impact Wrestling Results February 16, 2012 in Orlando, FL

    * Bobby Roode opened up the show gloating about his victory against his three opponents at Against All Odds. Sting interrupts and announces that tonight, Roode will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Jeff Hardy in a No DQ Match. He said that he hopes Roode is ready because that match is next!

    (1) Bobby Roode defeated Jeff Hardy in a No DQ Match when Kurt Angle interfered allowing Roode to hit a spear for the pinfall. Roode retains the World Heavyweight title.

    (2) Austin Aries and Zema Ion defeated Alex Shelley and Shannon Moore in a tag team match. Aries was about to hit his Brainbuster on Shelley when Ion made a blind tag. While Shelley escaped the move, he got rolled up by Ion to give the heels the win.

    (3) Madison Rayne won a 10-Knockout Battle Royal to earn a shot at Gail Kim's Title. Velvet Sky eliminated Sarita and thought she won when Madison Rayne (who was sitting with Gail Kim at ringside) came in and eliminated her. Order of elimination: 1. Winter, 2. Brooke Tessmacher, 3. Rosita, 4. Mickie James, 5. ODB, 6. Tara, 7. Angelina Love, 8. Sarita, 9. Velvet Sky.

    * Eric Bischoff, Ric Flair, Gunner and Chelsea came to the ring. Bischoff said a few final things about Garett Bischoff and told Garett not to come back.

    (4) James Storm defeated Bully Ray in a #1 Contender's Match with a Last Call. After the match, Ray jumped Storm before New York Giants player, Brandon Jacobs showed up and had a faceoff with Ray. TNA Agents came in to separate the two before things really got out of hand.

    * Sting comes out and calls out Bobby Roode. Sting announces that Bobby Roode will defend the World Heavyweight Title against James Storm in a Steel Cage at Lockdown. Bobby attacks Sting and lays him out with the championship belt.

    WWE Superstars Results
    February 16, 2012
    Taped 2/13 & 2/14
Report by Justin James, PWTorch contributor

    1 - AKSANA vs. MAXINE

Since when does Maxine get to be on Superstars? Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, but it's unusual. Even more unusual was a video package recalling NXT's ending as Maxine walks out. NXT never gets referenced! I also like how Aksana's 'Tron has videos of her with Teddy Long.

Aksana with a pair of armdrags and an armbar to start things off. Maxine shoves her into the ropes to get a break, but Aksana goes with kicks and a snapmare for a two count. It's like watching an Eastern European, female version of Yoshi Tatsu. Maxine powers out of a hold and gets a drop toehold to send Aksana into the ropes. Maxine with power and a chinlock that looks like she's going to rip Aksana's head off. Aksana can't get any traction as Maxine covers her twice without a win.

Dragon Sleeper on the mat from Maxine, but Aksana gets out. Maxine with an atomic drop and bullies Aksana in the corner. Maxine continues to dominate. Aksana with an elbow on a corner charge to regain control. Some goofy slam gets two for Aksana. Aksana with a pair of shoulder tackles and a rough bodyslam for two. Maxine hits a big right, but Aksana slides under a clothesline and hits a spinebuster for the win.

WINNER: Aksana in 5:00. Aksana's in-ring action needs a good bit of polish, but Maxine is progressing nicely. Sad to see Maxine take a loss here, though.

    [ c - Elimination Chamber hype reviewing Cena-Kane ]

They replayed the HBK-Triple H promo from Monday. Yeah, when I get mad, I cut my hair, too, and put together video packages that remind folks of David Fincher films.

    2 -- U.S. champion JACK SWAGGER vs. MASON RYAN -- non-title match

Nice to see that Jack Swagger and the U.S. Championship still exist. I was just wondering where Mason Ryan was a few days ago too.

Swagger shouts in Ryan's face, but he isn't scared. Ryan shrugs off some of Swagger's offense, then throws Swagger out of the ring. Ryan lands a shoulder tackle, but Swagger cuts his leg out. Swagger runs head-first into a fist. Ryan gets a one count on a fallaway slam, then Swagger trips Ryan into the turnbuckle and dives at Ryan's leg.

Swagger goes to work in the corner and even manages a belly-to-belly on the huge Ryan for a one count. Swagger with control on the mat, but Ryan counters a running splash with a flapjack. Ryan heats it up with his usual offensive barrage. Swagger with a leg takedown, but Ryan kicks away from the Anklelock. Ryan with a full nelson, but Swagger jumps over the ropes for a break. Swagger beats Ryan's leg on the ringpost and dives at the leg. Swagger applies the Anklelock and Ryan taps.

WINNER: Swagger via submission in 5:00. Mason Ryan may not be too credible with the wins and losses, but his size allows a win over him to give Swagger some juice. Swagger did a good job at covering for Ryan's deficiencies, but Ryan looks almost dangerously sloppy on many of his throws and slams.

3 -- WWE tag champions EPICO & PRIMO (w/Rosa Mendes) vs. SANTINO MARELLA & ALEX RILLEY -- non-title tag match

Marella and Epico lead off and Josh Mathews actually calls Santino the Jeremy Lin of WWE. Epico ducks an early Cobra attempt. Lock-up and Marella with an armdrag and helicopter, but Epico puts a boot into Marella. Marella with a pair of drop toeholds. Epico gets on his feet and eats canvas again on another toehold. Riley tags in and controls Epico some more. Primo tags in, but Riley controls him, too. Primo gets some traction, but not for long. Marella tags in, tries to go off the top rope, but gets scared, so he lands an axe handle from the bottom rope. Marella continues to control Primo, including yet another drop toehold. Marella with a hip toss and Sailor Salute headbutt, but Primo heads to the corner to avoid a Cobra. Epico with a distraction to give Primo a chance to ambush Marella.

    [ c - Elimination Chamber ad ]

Out of the break, Primo is beating on Marella. Leg drop for two from Primo. Primo stomps on the Cobra sock and settles into a side chinlock. Meanwhile, Rosa struts her stuff ringside, drawing cat calls. Primo shrugs off a sunset flip and tags Epico in. The heels isolate Marella in the corner. Double suplex only draws one for Primo. Riley begs for the hot tag, but Marella is grounded with another chinlock.

Marella with the Santino Stunner to get the space for the tag, and Epico tags in, too. Riley with hot offense. Faceplant for two, but Primo breaks up the pin. Riley dumps Primo, but Epico slips out of the Final Score, sends Riley into the ringpost, and catches him with the Backstabber on the rebound for the pin and win.

WINNERS: Epico & Primo in 10:00. Entertaining match. All four have their merits in the ring and they showed them off well here. I'm looking forward to seeing Alex Riley against Titus O'Neil on NXT next week.

Chris Hero's WWE Ring Name Revealed

According to the official website of WWE developmental promotion Florida Championship Wrestling, the wrestler known as Chris Hero has been officially named Kassius Ohno.

The independent wrestling circuit standout recently reached a developmental contract agreement with WWE after passing a field of medical tests. Hero and tag team partner Claudio Castagnoli were offered contracts last summer after participating in a private workout with company officials. Castagnoli signed but Hero did not due to naturally elevated testosterone/epitestosterone levels, according to the Wrestling Observer. WWE won't sign individuals who test positive for steroids in their drug testing.

"It took forever and a ton of testing to prove the reading was actually natural and it was quite the process," the Observer wrote of WWE signing Hero.

    Orton's Injury

    - WWE's story on Randy Orton's concussion from Monday's RAW is that he suffered a concussion when Daniel Bryan hit him with the World Heavyweight Title but this is likely just a storyline reason. During the match against Big Show when the injury occurred, Orton can be seen getting up and his legs weren't steady, after delivering the RKO to Big Show. Orton got up from the RKO slowly and immediately grabbed his head.

Backstage at RAW on Monday, nobody knew Orton was injured or at least they weren't talking about it.

Bully Ray Interview: Talks Team 3D Split, Fan Hate And More

Bully Ray Interview: Talks Team 3D Split, Fan Hate And More

TNA Wrestler Bully Ray Spoke with the UK Sun regarding a number of topics including the split with his Team 3D tag partner Devon, being a heel and more: Below is a quick recap

    On the fan hate:
"I get off on the fact that people hate me so much. When I'm in the ring there is nothing about my act that I want you to enjoy. When I'm the bad guy, I want you to hate me more than anybody else. I want you to hate me more than you love the other guy. I don't want to bring a smile to your face, I don't want you to cheer me."

    On the Team 3D split:
"There have been plenty of people that told me I should have broken away from Team 3D a long time ago, but I kept it together for very good reasons. Financial reasons, fun reasons. Me and D-Von are the most successful team in the world in the past 20 years. Hands down, no arguments. How do we measure success? We measure it in two ways in the wrestling business — money and world titles. You can't tell me another team in the past 20 years that has made more money or had more championship reigns. I'm not saying we are the greatest tag team in the world — I would never, ever say that. That's pompous, That's bulls***, but we are the most successful tag team in the world."

More On The Changes To TNA Creative Team

More On The Changes To TNA Creative Team

    - TNA sources are indicating that Vince Russo was released from his position as a lead writer for the company's creative team. The decision was not much of a surprise as much of the direction in recent months had been directed by Bruce Prichard and Eric Bischoff with Vince Russo and Matt Conway writing the actual scripts of the shows, which were then filtered through the aforementioned and tweaked the day of production.

    - Dixie Carter's Twitter statement on Russo leaving was the first official word many in the company had heard on Russo's status within the company. The statement also makes it appear that both sides (TNA & Vince Russo) have agreed not to speak badly of each other.

    - Dave Lagana, who was hired by the company for Ring Ka King, was at this week's round of TV helping with production and offering feedback and some creative input. Going forward, it is expected he will be working with Matt Conway on scripts but it is not seen as a replacement of Vince Russo's position as much as someone who was working for the company taking on some additional responsibilities.

    - Rumors that Dave Lagana replaced Russo started because Lagana's position with the company was labeled "Creative Director." This is actually the job title he was given when TNA hired him.

    - The Russo departure will leave the company without one of Dixie's top confidantes and in a way, top scapegoat, as there was certainly a segment of fans prepared to blame Russo for anything that was booked that they didn't like from a logical standpoint.
