Evan Bourne's suspension for his first violation of WWE's Talent Wellness Program has generated a great deal of controversy amongst talent as some feel a double standard is in place.
Bourne, who's real name is Matthew Korklan, was suspended for thirty days on November 1, 2011 after testing positive for Spice, a synthetic marijuana brand. Bourne and another wrestler higher up the card smoked the marijuana substitute drug at a party, yet he was the only one of the two to be suspended. The other wrestler was told he had failed for marijuana, which results in a $2,500 fine, as opposed to a thirty-day suspension for synthetic marijuana.
According to a source, the wrestler in question is a participant in tonight's Survivor Series match featuring John Cena and The Rock against R-Truth and The Miz.
This has led to questions about whether WWE's drug testing procedure is flawed or whether talent are treated differently depending on their status in the organization.
This would not be the first time in which WWE reprieved a top-level talent who had violated their Talent Wellness Program. On August 30, 2007, Sports Illustrated named Randy Orton as one of fourteen contracted and former WWE performers to have purchased pharmaceuticals from an online pharmacy (Signature Pharamacy), a violation of the Talent Wellness Program. Specifically, Orton received somatropin, nandrolone, stanozolol between September 2004 and February 2007, which occurred after the "no drugs from online sources" rule was instituted. However, Orton was the lone contracted performer not to be suspended by WWE. WWE did not suspend Orton because he had already been suspended for a drug policy violation in August 2006, resulting in double jeopardy. The ruling, however, appeared nonsensical since Orton continued to receive pharmaceuticals following the suspension. WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt claimed last year in a letter to Irv Muchnick that "no action was taken against Randy Orton because he was not on any customer list for Signature Pharmacy ever provided to us by District Attorney Soares."

The latest on Matt Hardy following arrest Posted by Marc Middleton on 11/20/2011 at 12:53 PM
Reby Sky stated on her Formspring account that she is able to bail partner Matt Hardy out of jail following his arrest Friday night for violating a court order, but chooses not to at this time.
Sky was asked Saturday if she would be bailing Hardy out that day and responded, "Let him sit there. And think. Hard."
She wrote Saturday night regarding his whereabouts, "I'm reading a lot of ridiculous things on the 'dirtsheets' tonight, so to clear things up: I could have bailed him out & did not. He's still in jail. Have fun with that."
She added, "He's understandably upset but not angry - He knows he has no right to be at this point."
Hardy announced on September 19, 2011 that he was checking himself into a WWE-sponsored rehabilitation center for the next three months. It was later reported that entering rehab was one of the conditions for Hardy's release from custody following his third arrest within a month. On Friday, Hardy was kicked out of a court-ordered rehab for failing a breathalyzer test. He was arrested for violating the court order when he returned to Moore County in North Carolina, and was booked into the Moore County Detention Center on a million dollar bond.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. Just two days before WWEs second longest running pay-per-view, SmackDown served as a volatile battleground leading into Survivor Series this Sunday.
Randy Orton & Sheamus def. Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes & Wade Barrett by Disqualification (WATCH | PHOTOS) An injured Christian lurked at ringside as four of the key Superstars involved in this Sundays 5-on-5 Traditional Tag Team Match went head-to-head. Though not able to compete, the crafty Superstar still influenced the outcome of the match, delivering a painful crutch blow to Sheamus, ending the match in disqualification.
When Survivor Series Team Captain Barrett & Rhodes attempted to use the crutch after the match, The Celtic Warrior turned the tide, blasting Rhodes with the Brogue Kick. Sheamus then broke the weapon over Barretts back, setting up Team Captain Orton to blast The English Superstar with the RKO. The Great White then followed suit, hitting the Celtic Cross on the Intercontinental Champion to give Team Orton incredible momentum heading into Survivor Series. (MATCH PREVIEW)
Divas Champion Beth Phoenix & Natalya def. AJ & Kaitlyn (WATCH | PHOTOS) Two days before Divas Champion Beth Phoenix will battle Eve in a Lumberjill Match at Survivor Series (MATCH PREVIEW), The Fabulous Firebird teamed up with her Pin-up Strong cohort Natalya. Despite a spirited effort by their beautiful opponents, Natalya ultimately made AJ tap out to the Sharpshooter. Kofi Kingston def. Hunico (WATCH | PHOTOS) In a fast-paced thrill ride between Survivor Series Tag Team Match combatants, Kofi Kingston reigned supreme over Hunico with the SOS. After the bell, the Mexican high-flyer showed open hostility toward the referee, for what he clearly felt was an earlier missed three-count in his favor.
Big Show makes a World renown Survivor Series prediction (PHOTOS) Big Show may have arrived in Bridgeport too late to stop Mark Henrys brutal assault on Daniel Bryan. However, with The Worlds Strongest Champions attack on him at Money in the Bank still in the forefront of his mind (PHOTOS), the giant made it clear that his ferocious foe would not walk out of Survivor Series. In no uncertain terms, he promised to capture the World Title with the help of the WMD. (MATCH PREVIEW)
Ted DiBiase def. Derrick Bateman (WATCH | PHOTOS) NXTs power couple, Beta-Max, made their SmackDown debut, as Derrick Bateman took on Ted DiBiase. But, with the DiBiase Posse in full effect, love would not win out. Instead, it would be the happy-go-lucky second-generation Superstar who picked up another impressive win with Dream Street.
An injured Christian chastised the WWE Universe (PHOTOS) Claiming the injuries to his neck and ankle that caused him to be replaced at Survivor Series could keep him out of action for months, Christian laid the blame on Big Shows attack two weeks ago, SmackDown GM Theodore Longs incompetence and the strain of WWEs recent European Tour.
Promising to continue to inspire the members of Team Barrett to victory at Survivor Series, the former World Heavyweight Champion tore into the WWE Universe for not being sympathetic to his plight.
Mason Ryan def. Jack Swagger (WATCH | PHOTOS) Following the altercation that took place after the Sin Cara vs. Dolph Ziggler match, Teddy Long made an impromptu showdown between Mason Ryan and Jack Swagger. The ultra-powerful Ryan ultimately emerged victorious, locking Swagger in a full nelson, before driving him into the canvas.
United States Champion Dolph Ziggler def. Sin Cara (WATCH | PHOTOS) Prior to Dolph Zigglers match with Sin Cara, Vickie Guerrero praised the fact that the United States Champion will compete twice at Survivor Series defending his title against John Morrison (MATCH PREVIEW) and replacing an injured Christian in the 5-on-5 Traditional Survivor Series Tag Team Match (MATCH PREVIEW).
After avoiding Sin Caras aerial assault, Ziggler reversed his opponents pin attempt, grabbing the victory with the help of a handful of tights.
When the smug Ziggler celebrated after the match, his outraged masked foe attacked. Guerrero quickly called for Jack Swagger, who emerged to help his Survivor Series teammate. But the two-on-one assault was soon dismantled by Mason Ryan, who charged into the ring and hurled the bleach blond Superstar into the air with incredible force. SmackDown began with a beat down (WATCH | PHOTOS) SmackDown opened in a state of turmoil, as the disrespected World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry unleashed a ruthless assault on Daniel Bryan near the locker room area, before dragging his prey out in front of the WWE Universe to continue the carnage. Though Mr. Money in the Bank tried valiantly to fight back, his fierce attacker proved too strong.
After delivering back-to back Worlds Strongest Slams to finish off the gutsy target of his rage, Henry promised that this Sunday, Big Show will be carried out of Survivor Series at Madison Square Garden and he would leave still the World Heavyweight Champion. (MATCH PREVIEW)
Matt Hardy was arrested as soon as he got off a plane last night in Moore County, NC. He was booked at 1:30AM ET for violation of a court order. Hardy had a new mugshot photo taken when booked. You can click here to view his new mugshot from this morning.
As noted earlier here on eWrestlingNews.com, Matt Hardy was kicked out of rehab on Friday after he failed a breathalyzer test. Multiple sources are reporting that staff at the center where Hardy was at got suspicious of his behavior and gave him an impromptu breathalyzer test that he failed. Hardy said he wasn't drinking and that he failed because he'd "just used mouthwash." The staff didn't believe him and kicked him out.
Matt faces imprisonment on a million dollar bond for not complying with the treatment.
Former wrestling champ Matt Hardy was kicked out of court-ordered rehab today for failing a breathalyzer test ... this according to multiple sources.
Earlier this year, Hardy was ordered to go to rehab by the court after a string of run-ins with the law.
We're told the staff at the rehab got suspicious of Hardy's behavior on Friday and gave him a breathalyzer test on the spot ... which he failed. According to our sources, Hardy was adamant he wasn't drinking ... and said he only failed because he had "just used mouthwash."
The staff wasn't convinced and gave Hardy the old heave-ho from the facility.
Back in September, the Moore County DA said if Hardy didn't comply with the treatment, he would be put in jail on a million dollar bond. We're told Hardy still had about a month to go before he was through.
TNA Impact Wrestling Rating Posted by Steve Carrier on 11/19/2011 at 01:14 PM
- Thursday's episode of TNA Impact Wrestling scored a 1.15 cable rating with 1.6 million viewers. This is down from the previous week's 1.23 rating and 1.7 million viewers. The highest rated quarter-hour segment was the Knockouts Gauntlet match, which did a 1.41 quarter-hour rating.
We kick off with a video package recapping Robert Roodes recent heelishness, then were off to the arena as the World Champion, fresh off a tainted win over AJ Styles at Turning Point, comes to the ring to address his fans. He says he was the star of Fortune and was always the leader and future of this company, and he always let the rest of them ride his coattails, but there was always going to be a time when he would go out on his own and scrape them off his shoe like the pieces of crap they are. Its time for Fortune to become men and grow a set, because Bobby Roode will not let them stand in his shadow any longer. James Storms music hits and he comes out to the top of the ramp to have a word with his former partner. Hes not the kind of redneck to stand in the shadow of a dumbass, and he wants an excuse for why Roode jumped him, and if he doesnt get it in three seconds, hes going to put his beer down, come to the ring, and kick his ass. Roode doesnt respond, so Storm starts walking and THEN Roode says to wait and has security hold him back while Roode says he didnt jump Storm. He wouldnt have to stoop so low to beat him, and he was in the locker room the entire time and there were a bunch of guys there to vouch for him. Storm says hes going to find out tonight who jumped him, and Roodes guilty by association so hes going to kick his ass for the hell of it. Storm is again restrained by security, and AJ comes out of the crowd and attacks Roode from behind as security leaves Storm and runs into the ring to pull AJ off of Roode. AJ gets a microphone, and well hear from him NEXT!
AJ tells Roode that he turns his back on Fortune and screws them in the process and that makes him a piece of trash. AJ thought putting his foot down Roodes throat would satisfy him, but it didnt because Roode can take a hit, but what would make AJ feel a lot better would be beating him for the World Title. Roode says he already beat him fair and square in the middle of the ring and its time for AJ to go back to the trailer park and work his way back up because he could have beaten AJ all night long. Security is going nuts trying to pull them apart as Sting comes out of the back and says hes feeling extra crazy tonight, and hes going to let Storm recover tonight, and since Roode thinks he can beat AJ all night long, well test that theory at Final Resolution when he defends the title against AJ in a 30 minute Ironman match. Oh, and by the way, did he mention that AJ is a former Grand Slam Champion?
We go to Taz and Mike Tenay to intro tonights show, but quickly cut back to ringside as an irate Bobby Roode goes after Dixie Carter in the front row. AJ comes to make the save, but Roode throws Dixie at AJ and sends them both tumbling to the floor and repeatedly punches AJ in the head while Dixie is pinned underneath him until Sting and security come out and pull him off.
We go backstage where Samoa Joe comes up to James Storm and says he should listen to his buddies because he saw Roode backstage the whole time. Storm asks Joe if he had something to do with it, and Joe says he didnt because if he came after Storm, he wouldnt get back up. He shoves Storm in the head, and Storm responds by going after Joe until security (who is having a very busy night so far) again has to come forcibly separate them.
Now Bobby Roode is walking around backstage and Sting comes up to him and shoves him into the wall. Attacking Dixie Carter is like attacking him, and tonight, were doing things his way. Roode says if Sting puts his hands on him like that again, hes going to get his lawyers to sue him for everything hes got.
To the ring for our opening match
TV Title Match: Robbie E vs Devon
Devon just tears into Robbie right from the opening bell, taking him out with clotheslines and then beating him down in the corner. Devon hits a running clothesline into the corner and a flying shoulderblock followed by a side suplex for 2. Robbie T jumps on the apron to try and distract Devon, but Devon sees Robbie E coming and dumps him over the top rope. The Pope comes down to ringside and gets into it with Robbie E as Devon tosses Robbie E back into the ring and Robbie T lays out the Pope. Devon gets a neckbreaker as Robbie T goes after Devons kids, and Eric Youngcomes out and nails Rob Terry with a chair. Devons kids jump the rail as Devon hits a spinebuster on Robbie, but Devon forgoes the cover to go yell at his kids. Robbie takes the opportunity to roll Devon up for 3.
Winner: Robbie E
Devon grabs his kids by the neck, but they shove him off and go to check on the Pope as Devon just looks speechless.
We go backstage where Sting asks Garret Bischoff how he pulled off what he did last week with Gunner, and Garret says he might not be as green as his dad thought. He asks Sting for an opportunity, and Sting says hed think about it. Garret walks off as Matt Morgan and Crimson walkby laughing about kicking each others asses at Turning Point. Sting says since theres no good teams in the company right now, how about the two of them team up and challenge Mexican America for the title tonight? Crimson says hes in, but Morgan is noncommittal. Sting says to say so if hes scared, but Morgan thinks a moment longer and says hes in.
Ric Flair is backstage complaining to Eric Bischoff about something when Sting comes in to tell Bischoff he rewrote his contract. Bischoff says hes a man of his word and he let Sting rewrite it, but thats as far as it got because he never said hed sign it. Sting says he cant get rid of him, though he could just drop him on his head on the concrete and he wouldnt get up for a month. But instead, he says that Garett wanted to get back in the ring with Gunner, and eventually hell have his hands around Erics neck because unlike Eric, Garett can wrestle. Eric can be in Gunners corner, but hell be in Garetts corner.
Kid Kash & Austin Aries vs Jesse Sorensen & Brian Kendrick
Sorensen was a house of fire right from the start, going after Kash and wiping him out with a pair of high knees. Kash tried to pop Sorensen into the air, but Sorensen came down with a Rocker Dropper and came off the top with a flying bodypress for a VERY close 2. Kendrick tags in and gets Kash in a camel clutch so Sorensen can come off the ropes with a baseball slide to the face for 2. Kendrick with a dropkick to Kash and a flying forearm, but Kash dodged a dive off the second rope and Kendrick hit the mat hard. Kash went to tag Aries, but Aries refused to tag out and Kendrick small packages Kash for 2. Kendrick dropkicks Kash out to the floor and wipes him out with a slingshot dive over the ropes as Aries lures Sorensen into the ring so he can hit a heat seeking missile through the ropes onto Kendrick. Kendrick kicks Aries off and tries an enziguiri, but Aries ducks and fires Kendrick head first into the middle turnbuckle. He tags in Kash and they have words long enough for Kendrick to crawl over and tag in Sorensen, who takes Kash out with dropkicks and a Northern Lights suplex for 2. Kash catches Sorensen with a right hand and goes to tag Aries again, and tags him with a slap to the face. Aries gets into the ring and immediately tags right back out and drops off the apron to head for the back. Kash is by himself now and misses a top rope moonsault, and Sorensen finishes with a rolling neckbreaker.
Winners: Brian Kendrick & Jesse Sorensen
Karen Jarrett walks into her crews locker room and congratulates Gail Kim on her win, giving her the night off, then sends Madison to the ring while telling Traci to pour wine for everyone except herself.
James Storm is backstage and walks in on Ken Anderson playing XBox360 and says he suspects Anderson of jumping him since hes an asshole. Anderson does some usual goofiness at first, then gets serious and says that if he was going to jump Storm, hed see it coming. He asks Storm if he wants to play, and Storm is all like Yeah, thatd be awesome! and then yanks out the power cord and walks off.
10-Woman Knockouts Gauntlet
Velvet Sky and Rosita start us out and Rosita is getting up in Velvets face, so she starts off by kicking Rosita and hitting a Pedigree for 3.
Rosita is eliminated.
Brooke Tessmacher is next and takes Velvet out with a clothesline and dropkick, then puts the boots to Velvet in the corner. Brooke stinkfaces Velvet and then tears her shirt off, but wastes too much time being proud of herself and Velvet bulldogs and eliminates her.
Brooke Tessmacher is eliminated.
Angelina Love is next as the former Beautiful People go at it. Angelina boots Velvet and clotheslines her, then hits a series of slams and a Worlds Skinniest Slam for 2. Velvet gets her boot up as Angelina charges her, hits a series of kneesmashes to the face, but Angelina blocks another Pedigree and rolls her up with a handful of tights for 3.
Velvet Sky is eliminated.
Mickie James is out next and Angelina goes to the outside and lays her out with the Botox Injection as we go to commercial.
Okay, were back and Angelina is beating Mickie up in the ring and hits a side suplex for 2. Mickie comes back with clotheslines and goes for the DDT, Angelina escapes and Mickie knocks her out with a spinkick for 3.
Angelina Love is eliminated.
Sarita is our next contestant and is a better worker than 100% of the other girls in this match, which means shell probably be eliminated in less than 90 seconds. Sarita with a nice spinning kick and a weird spinning move that Mickie counters to a crucifix for 2. Sarita with a near side cradle for 2, then unloads on Mickie with an open hand chop and she tries a springboard move, but Mickie ducks and hits the leaping DDT for 3.
Sarita is eliminated.
Tara is next and she immediately takes Mickie down with a waistlock and gets the Last Chancery, but Mickie reverses to a hammerlock with a bridge. Tara armdrags her way out and goes for the Widows Peak, Mickie tries to sunset flip out, but Tara locks Mickie in a heel hook. Mickie escapes, and Tara hits the standing, gyrating moonsault for 2 and then hangs Mickie upside down in the corner. Mickie sits up to dodge a charge and hits another leaping DDT to eliminate Tara.
Tara is eliminated.
Winter is out next and Mickie looks beat. Winter ramms Mickie hard into the corner and hits a Northern Lights suplex for 2, then immediately cradles Mickie right onto her shoulders for another 2. Winter with a spinning side backbreaker and stretches Mickie over her knee, but Mickie kneestrikes her way out of the hold. Winter Tullys Mickie onto the second rope and goes for a firewomans carry, but Mickieslips out and spinkicks Winter for another 3.
Winter is eliminated.
ODB is out next and Mickie is in trouble. ODB bowls right over Mickie and hits a fallaway slam, splashes her in the corner, and gives her the Bronco Buster. ODB with a folding cradle for 2 and then sits Mickie up top, but Mickie shoves her offand hits a top rope Thesz Press for 3.
ODB is eliminated.
Madison Rayne is next, but ODB destroys Mickie and gives her a TKO as Madison slowly strides down the ramp while waving at the crowd. Madison takes forever to get in, and Mickie just rolls her up and gets the win.
Winner: Mickie James
So Mickie James singlehandedly went through six girls by herself. Right.
Bully Ray is backstage shooting down some poor girl with orange hair and telling her how busted she is, but James Storm comes in and accuses Bubba of jumping him. Bubba says hed love to have laid Storm out, but Bubba says his hands are a little full with Abyss and didnt want to bother with him. He will tell Storm, however, that he knows who jumped him and hes here tonight. Storm goes to walk off, but Bubba calls him back and offers to let him join Immortal, but Storm says his chances of joining Immortal are about Bubbas chances of getting laid. Okay then!
Jeff Hardy is backstage, and hes WALKING!
Garret Bischoff is backstage saying hes happy he got what he wanted, and tonight hes going to finish the job against Gunner.
Jeff Hardy comes to the ring and says its great to be back here on Impact, and he promises that hell always be here for us. With that said, its time to set his sights on that World Title. Before he gets too far down that road, Karen Jarretts music hits and she comes storming out to ask him if he seriously is looking for another shot at the World Title. Karen watched Hardy walk out here and thought that somebody with some balls needs to put her in her place, and we all know shes got the biggest set here. If Hardy thinks hes going to walk in here with his puppy dog eyes and beg for forgiveness, thats not what a man is. She slaps Hardy in the face and says to look at her when shes talking to him. Shes not here to fight Jeffs battles because he can do that on his own since he wears the pants in their family, but if Hardy thinks being a man is showing up at Turning Point and using his tactics to win matches, then he needs to step upand be a man before trying to be any kind of role model. Karen says Jeff was the one man in the business with the set to start a company and give people like Jeff another place to work, and hes forgetting that his wife Beth and her were friends or at least Karen played the game and got Beth to tell her everything, including how Hardy couldnt quite deliver the goods and complete the deal. Okay, so Karens basically saying Jeff is sexually dysfunctional so well just cut to the chase and skip to Karen daring Hardy to hit her, andHardy says shes more than a man and more than human because Karen and Jeff are two angry bitches. Karen goes to slap him, but Hardy grabs her arm and says theyre the creatures of the night. Jeff comes out of the crowd to try and jump Hardy, but Hardy sees him coming and Karen tries to lowblow Hardy from behind, hecatches her arm, but Jeff nails him. Hardy fights Jarrett off and Karen hits the trail with him.
Mexican America is backstage saying it doesnt matter who theyre facing, because well, Sarita says stuff in Spanish I dont understand. They defend the title next.
Ric Flair and Eric Bischoff are backstage telling Gunner that he has to go out there tonight and destroy Garett Bischoff, dont worry about anything, just go out there and hurt him.

Hernandez goes after Morgan and beats him down in the corner, but Morgan lays both members of Mexican America out with a double clothesline. Winners and NEW World Tag Team Champions: Matt Morgan & Crimson
James Storm is backstage and says he knows who jumped him backstage, and hes going to out him after this next match. Speaking of the next match, Sting and Garret Bischoff are backstage, and theyre CHATTING!
Its main event time I guess
Gunner vs Garret Bischoff
As promised, Sting, Eric Bischoff, and Ric Flair are all at ringside. Garret ducks a shot and comes off the ropes with a flying forearm. Gunner backs off and circles Garret, then Garrett ducks again and fires off kicks and punches before Gunner just picks Garrett up and dumps him. Garret misses an elbowdrop, and Gunner rips his head off with a clothesline. Gunner with back elbows in the corner and then tries to twist Garrets head off right in his fathers face as Eric tears into his son from ringside. Garret dodges a corner charge, but Gunner picks him up and tosses him across the ring. Gunners shoulder seems to be hurt, but Eric grabs his sons foot from ringside as Gunner hits a charging clothesline in the corner and a HARD back suplex. Gunner with shoulderblocks to the midsection in the corner as I notice that Garret is wearing Fn Converse All Stars as he either spears or belly-to-belly suplexes Gunner (I turned my head for a second and missed which) and gets the win.
Winner: Garret Bischoff
Sting raises Garrets hand, and then we go to James Storm as hes backstage, and hes WALKING!
James Storm comes out to the ring and says it doesnt matter where he goes or what he accomplishes, just because he talks with a twang in his slang and wears cowboy boots and jeans, people look down on him and pass him over for someone whos more correct. This is professional wrestling and hes been doing it for 15 years, he is the Cowboy James Storm, and hes as tough as they come. He doesnt come out here and pretend to be tough because hes been in bar fights, hes been to jail, and hes been in it every day of his life, and right now hes going to blame everyone in the back for what happened to him, and right now, he wants AJ Styles to come out to the ring. AJ comes out and asks Storm if hes kidding him, and Storm says he called him out here to tell him exactly what he thinks. AJ says that after everything with Roode tonight, he thinks AJ jumped him? He checked on Storm at the hospital, he called him at home, and hes so paranoid that he doesnt know whats going on? Storm says hes so paranoid that AJ weaseled his way into not one, but two title shots against Robert Roode. AJ says Sting made the matches, not him,and he didnt jump Storm and hes done talking about it. They get into a shoving match, but Frankie Kazarian comes out and shoves them both off and tells AJ to get lost because this is over. Kazarian leaves with AJ as Storms music hits and he stands in the ring looking really paranoid.
Storm goes to leave when Kurt Angle comes out of nowhere and attacks Storm from behind, then rams his already concussed head into the ring steps. Angle throws Storm into the ring and hits the Angle Slam, then takes a microphone and tells Storm that he found him: guilty as charged. When Storm wakes up, he wants him to go tell his daughter that he was the one who gave daddy a concussion.
Riley has his leg taped and he should have surgery but hes going to fight out this match. This is about the third good match these two have had on Superstars and it is rather enjoyable to say the very least. McIntyre works over the leg but Riley fights back with a huge spinebuster. First attempt of the A-Bomb does not work out and McIntyre nails Riley with a kick to the face for a nearfall. McIntyre goes up top but Riley catches him and hits an A-Bomb for the pin. Alex Riley gets the win on WWE Superstars.
Well recap the Rock from RAW later on WWE Superstars.

More on Ryder not getting his U.S. title shot Posted by Roscoe De Soto on 11/17/2011 at 09:39 AM
WWE's website has a new storyline article up with comments from John Laurinaitis on Zack Ryder. Laurinaitis has denied Ryder's United States Title petition and given the Survivor Series Title shot to John Morrison.
Laurinaitis told WWE.com:
"I think I'm being very generous because John Morrison was on a losing streak which he seemed to have broken with a victory over Dolph Ziggler in a match last week. I'm all about giving talent opportunities and I feel that John Morrison has earned an opportunity to compete for the United States Championship."
"As far as Zack Ryder's twitter petition goes, no General Manager in WWE history is more about social media than I am. However, I feel he is going to have to gain many more than 15,000 signatures before I consider giving him an opportunity to compete for the United States Championship. Again, I'm all about giving talent opportunities ... when I feel they have earned them."
