John Cena closed in on Ric Flair's record 16 World Title reigns with his victory over Alberto Del Rio Sunday night at Night of Champions. The master of the Five Knuckle Shuffle has now won 12 World titles; the WWE Championship a record 10 times and the World Heavyweight Championship twice.
Cena's latest World Title victory has former WWE Superstar Chavo Guerrero steamed as the third-generation grappler has vowed to stop watching professional wrestling if he breaks Naitch's legendary record.
He stated Monday night on Twitter, "If Cena brakes the great Ric Flair's 16 time champ record, I will never watch wrestling again. I call a boycott of Cena matches if he does!"
Guerrero also asked his Twitter followers, "How many of u are tired of John Cena being champion? Don't get all excited, it's just a question." He wrote moments later, "Wow...it's an overwhelming "tired of Cena" response! It's not me, it's all the fans. I could literally retweet hundreds of tired responses!"
Guerrero continued, "Now, my opinion...Cena is better than me on the mike,but I could out wrestle Cena with my eyes closed and 1 hand tied behind my back! Truth!
"Some are saying that Cena is a great athlete. Really? C'mon. Are u blind? I know Cena & I could beat him in any sport except weight lifting!
"Golf, basketball, bowling, a race, tennis, horseshoes, hitting a baseball pitch, catching a football...anything!!!!

- WWE's website has a new storyline interview up with SmackDown Superstar Yoshi Tatsu. Here are a few highlights:
His new dark side: "The Japanese wrestling style is different. I think everyone knows this. Its aggressive. I needed to show Japanese culture, Japanese pride and the Japanese style of wrestling, too. I am sure my wrestling has changed."
His new look: "This is like The Great Muta. When I saw The Great Muta wrestling, I wanted to be a wrestler. Its a tribute. But I am not Muta, I am Yoshi, I dont want to cover the whole face. Its my own style. But my inspiration is The Great Muta. I want to be the top in Japan and the United States," Tatsu said. "I want to be the most famous Japanese wrestler in the world."

Reby on Matt Hardy's online videos: "Before he posts every video I give him a talk, and I don't want to feel like his mother or babysitter or council, but I say Matt maybe this isn't a good idea. I tell him what I think about it, why I think that way, and he will either take it and say "okay, maybe not" or he will put it up anyway. He's going to do what he's going to do. He's a very strong personality, and obviously that has gotten him to where he's at now, that's part of it. He does have a good formula, he takes it a little too far sometimes and gets a little caught up in the attention, but I think now he's going to be a little smarter about what he posts."
Reby on the rumors that she led police to Matt's drugs: "It's just so frustrating, because they just released something that was completely not what I said. It's pretty clear that Matt's been needing help, and the other day he was in a bad way and I called for help. Cops came, and all these reports are saying that I led them to some secret cave that contained prescription pills. They never found any prescription pills at all in the house, what they found was steroids. After having to go to the police station to sign all these papers, I come back to my house upside down, there is 5 men in my kitchen and I am being interrogated. Everything that they needed to find was already found. So it is just a whole bunch of hate mail: Reby you snitch, you're a rat. At the end of the day I just wanted Matt to get help, I called for Matt to get help, and guess what? He left this morning for WWE sponsored rehab. He is getting help."
Reby on the Jeff Hardy taser incident: "I have to laugh, because I guess just being in it, it was done for a project called the Hardy show, which you can find at thehardyshow.com. It's a variety show with skits, and parodies and stuff like that, it's kind of like a Jackass program. That was filmed for part of a Hardy show episode. And I guess with all the Jeff stuff that was going on at the time, and the way it was spun, it was in retrospect maybe not the best idea for people who aren't aware of the Hardy show and the content that is on there. But like I said, from now on everyone is going to be a lot more careful with anything video wise or Twitter or anything going up on the net."
Reby on Matt Hardy returning to the ring: "A full time wrestling schedule is definitely not in the picture from now on. If you ask him, that's what he will say led to this whole thing, the full time wrestling schedule and the toll on his body and the sacrifices he had to make. Not that I am justifying anything he has done, because I am definitely not. I will say it over and over I don't support what he has done but I will support him in bettering himself."
Reby on Jeff's return to the ring: "The whole thing with Jeff, we try not to talk about it to not make Matt feel bad, but everyone is very supportive of Jeff and very happy for him. It's good that there is someone in the group doing good things, I don't know how to say it. Jeff is completely 180, just a real standup guy and has been so supportive in trying to help Matt in getting things right. So thank God that he is right next to us, thank God for Jeff."

Matt Hardy's girlfriend, Reby Sky, claims North Carolina police coerced her into providing evidence against Hardy in order to arrest him last Wednesday.
The 25-year-old model tells TMZ officers "intimidated" and "threatened her" to in order to gain information on Hardy's collection of prescription drugs after he was rushed to the hospital for an "adverse drug reaction." Sky's information to police was enough to obtain a search warrant, which led to Hardy's arrest.
Police raided Hardy's home when he was not home. Sky returned home from the hospital to find police at his house after conducting a raid. She says they "threatened her with jail" if she did not provide more information following the investigation. Sky then showed officers Hardy's "secret safe" containing prescription painkillers.
Sky, who called 911 because Hardy was "strung out on drugs," tells TMZ she would have kept her mouth shut at the station if she knew police were accumulating evidence for the warrant -- adding, she "would never do anything to put [Matt] in a compromising position with the law."
Ric Flair's Requires Surgery After His Match Against Sting
The Charleston Post Courier is reporting that Ric Flair has now been diagnosed with a torn tricep and will be required to undergo surgery next week. Following surgery Flair will have to go through physical therapy and could be out of action for 4-6 months.
Flair was originally diagnosed with a broken bursa sack in his elbow but when swelling and pain didn't subside, he was diagnosed with the tear. Flair suffered the injury taking a superplex from Sting on the Impact Wrestling episode that aired last Thursday.

Matt Hardy Checks In The Night Before Rehab Matt Hardy checked in on Tuesday night with a message on Twitter, the night before entering WWE-sponsored rehab. Hardy wrote:

Dolph Ziggler stated this evening on Twitter that he sustained a hairline mandibular fracture of his jaw from the punch Hugh Jackman struck him with on last night's Raw SuperShow.
The Intercontinental Champion noted that he will be wearing a mouth-guard in the ring while his jaw heals and will not miss any live events.

WWE NXT Results - 9/20/11
-It's time for the twenty-ninth week of NXT Redemption! The opening titles roll, and commentators Jack Korpela and William Regal welcome us from Dayton, Ohio.
-It's Showtime! "Showtime" Percy Watson comes out in a suit, smiling and slapping fans' hands. The ring has a nice red mat, and there are couches in the ring. Watson welcomes us with an "Oh yeah!" He says this is NXT Redemption, and this is "Showtime!" He introduces a man that has taken over this season of NXT, Titus O'Neil. Titus makes his way to the ring with a nice suit and music of his own. Titus gets in the ring and barks, as usual. Titus gets the crowd to give Percy a round of applause. Titus says that this season has been a very long 29 weeks. He's seen rookies and pros come in and come out of this season, and not one person has the athletic ability of Percy Watson. Percy thanks him, and Titus says that first, he must win this season, then he'd like to go after the Tag Team titles first. The crowd applauds, but JTG's music hits.
-JTG and Darren Young come out, and can't believe what they just heard. Young says you're looking at two of the best tag team specialists in the WWE. JTG says that Titus hasn't been taking over this season of NXT, Darren has. JTG and Darren Young both start talking trash at William Regal, but Titus reminds them that last week, the show ended with The Usos beating JTG and Young up. That gets Darren mad and the two groups start bickering. Darren challenges them to a match, and Titus accepts, but says they need to get to stepping right now. JTG and Darren start walking away, but try to get cheap shots with their mics. Both Percy and Titus counter and clothesline both JTG and Young out of the ring.

-AJ makes her way to the ring, as we get a recap of last week's confrontation between Maxine and AJ, in which Maxine showed AJ a fake photo of Hornswoggle partying with the Bella Twins. Maxine comes out alone as well.
Match #1: AJ vs. Maxine
-The Divas lock up and Maxine kicks AJ in the gut. AJ backs up, hits the ropes, and hits a dropkick. A number of strikes from AJ, but Maxine gets another gut kick in and throws her into the corner. Maxine slams the back of AJ's head against her knee and applies a chinlock. AJ slowly gets to her feet, but Maxine slams her down by the hair. Maxine then applies a kind of Liontamer, with her foot on AJ's head. She lets go and AJ gets a quick small package attempt for two. Both Divas up and Maxine hits a boot to AJ's torso. A surfboard stretch by Maxine. Maxine picks up AJ and chokes her on the bottom rope. Maxine clubs AJ's back and then applies a side headlock. AJ fights out but gets whipped into the corner. Maxine charges but AJ moves, and Maxine hits the ring post shoulder-first. AJ charges at Maxine, knocking her down in the corner, then hits a low dropkick. AJ whips Maxine and hits a spinning wheel kick for a two count. Maxine uickly pushes AJ against the ropes and hits a chop. Maxine tries to go for her reverse backpack stunner again, but AJ wiggles out and kicks Maxine's leg, hits the ropes, and hits the shining wizard for the win.
Winner: AJ

-A Raw Rebound is shown, in which Hugh Jackman picks Zack Ryder to face Dolph Ziggler. A punch from Jackman gets Ryder the win. Woo woo woo, you know it.
-Hornswoggle is backstage, and he has a love letter for AJ. Maxine walks up and taunts him for having the note. Maxine says that Titus O'Neil has been "taking care of AJ" while Hornswoggle was gone. Hornswoggle thinks for a moment, and runs away. Maxine then walks over to Derrick Bateman, who is talking to Tyson Kidd, and pushes him. Bateman asks why he wasn't out there with her during her match, and Bateman says he was learning the secrets of the Hart Dungeon. Maxine says that Bateman needs to focus on the big picture: separating AJ and Hornswoggle. Bateman agrees, and they start to make out. Icky.

-Yoshi Tatsu comes out in his Great Muta-inspired gear. Derrick Bateman comes out next, accompanied by Tyson Kidd.
Match #2: Yoshi Tatsu vs. Derrick Bateman w/ Tyson Kidd
-The two lock up, and Yoshi forces Bateman into the corner. Yoshi quickly pulls him back out and takes him down with an amateur-wrestling looking move. Yoshi wrenches Bateman's arm and kicks it a number of times. Bateman then reverses the arm wrench and forces Yoshi into the corner. Flair chops to Yoshi's chest. Bateman whips Yoshi into another corner and charges, but Yoshi gets his feet up, catches Bateman with them, and kicks him on the top of the head several times. Yoshi climbs to the top rope, hits a flying chop to the head, and hits his strange elbow drop onto Bateman for a two-count. Bateman rolls out of the ring frustrated, and Yoshi follows, hitting a chop to Bateman. That makes Bateman mad, so he gets Yoshi in back suplex position and slams Yoshi's torso into the ring post. He rolls Yoshi back into the ring and stomps on his stomach numerous times. Yoshi tries to fight back, getting up and hitting some strikes, but Bateman whips him and drops him with a clothesline. A gordbuster suplex from Bateman gets a two-count. Bateman picks Yoshi up by applying a bearhug. Yoshi throws elbows to get out of it, so Bateman clubs Yoshi's back down. Bateman whips Yoshi and hits a nasty-looking kitchen sink for a two-count. Bateman whips Yoshi again and applies an abdominal stretch, which he modifies into a pumphandle backbreaker for another two-count. Bateman whips Yoshi a third time, but Yoshi counters into an abdominal stretch of his own. Bateman wiggles out, but Yoshi kicks him out of the ring. Back in the ring, Bateman walks into some Flair chops. Yoshi kicks Bateman into the corner and hits a drive-by kick. Yoshi hits the ropes and hits a running spinning wheel kick for a two-count. Yoshi goes to the top rope and connects with a flying cross-body for another two-count. Yoshi runs to the second rope and hits another cross-body, which Bateman counters into a pin of his own. Both men get up, but Yoshi hits a big roundhouse kick, knocking Bateman out. Yoshi goes for the pin, but Tyson Kidd comes in to break it up, causing the disqualification.
Winner: Yoshi Tatsu, via disqualification
-Kidd begins to assault Yoshi with mounted punches. He then hits his fisherman's neckbreaker finisher and celebrates over Yoshi's downed body.
-AJ is backstage, and is congratulated by Trent Barreta, who is eating grapes. Titus runs into her and congratulates her as well. Titus says that she should try to patch things up with Maxine. Titus says he's gonna get ready for his match, so she should get cheer up. AJ does, and they hug. Titus walks away to reveal Hornswoggle. AJ is excited to see Hornswoggle and goes to hug him, but Hornswoggle stops her and walks off angrily.

-It's main event time. Titus' minitron has his name as "Titus O'Neal", but his name plate and his TitanTron both have "Titus O'Neil," which is the correct spelling. Whoops.
Match #3: Titus O'Neil & Percy Watson vs. JTG & Darren Young
-Percy and Darren start out in the ring. They lock up and Percy wrenches Darren's arm. Darren counters into a fireman's carry and an arm wrench of his own. Percy fights out and punches Darren into the corner. Percy hits a double-arm suplex for a two-count. Percy forces Darren into the face corner and tags in Titus. Both men whip Darren and hit a double shoulder block. Titus grabs Darren's wrist and hits a few short-arm shoulder blocks. Darren tries to get away, but Titus hits a big slam and another short-arm shoulder block. Percy is tagged back in and Darren takes control with a European uppercut. Darren whips Percy, who takes control with a shoulder block of his own. Percy keeps Darren grounded with a wristlock, and when Darren gets up, he forces Darren into the face corner. Titus tags in and Darren forces Titus into the heel corner and tags in JTG. JTG is whipped and Titus hits a big shoulderbreaker. Darren is tagged in and jumps off the apron. Darren grabs Titus' legs and tries to trip him. Titus picks him up through the second rope and pulls him in. He whips Darren into the corner so hard, he flips over the top turnbuckle and out of the ring.

-Titus is in control of JTG in the ring. Percy is tagged in and hits a snapmare. Percy picks up JTG's legs, yells "Showtime!" jumps through them, and hits a legdrop. JTG gets up and whips Percy, but Percy hits two dropkicks in succession for a two-count. Percy whips JTG, but JTG slides out and talks some trash to William Regal. Percy takes advantage with a baseball slide and slides him back into the ring. JTG distracts the referee as Darren kicks Percy illegally on the apron. JTG rolls Percy back into the ring and gets a two-count. JTG starts hitting the back of Percy's head with elbows and tags in Darren. JTG slams Percy's head onto Darren's boot for good measure. Darren hits a neckbreaker for a two-count. Darren drives his knee into Percy's back and wrenches his head back. He forces Percy back into the heel corner and tags JTG back in. JTG slams Percy's head into the corner and whips him into another. He takes a moment to taunt before charging, and Percy takes advantage, getting his feet up. Before Percy can get a tag, JTG knocks Titus of the apron. JTG tags in Darren, who whips Percy and hits him with a short-arm striker to the torso. Percy counters with a roll-up, but Darren kicks out. Darren slams Percy's head into the corner before tagging JTG back in. Percy tries to fight back, but JTG counters into a botched suplex for a two-count. Darren tagged back in and applies yet another chinlock. Percy counters into a back suplex and both men are down, crawling to their corners for a tag. Only Titus gets tagged in and he starts clearing house Titus hits a shoulder block, an atomic drop, a dropkick, and a powerslam, then goes for a pin. JTG breaks it up, so Percy gets involved. Percy charges JTG, who pulls down the top rope and sends him tumbling over. JTG turns around and gets a big boot from Titus. While Titus is turned toward JTG, Darren connects with a chop block. Darren gets Titus on his shoulders and hits a gutbuster for the three-count.
Winners: JTG & Darren Young
-The Usos rush the ring again. They both hit superkicks to JTG & Darren. The Usos then go to adjacent top turnbuckles and hit Superfly splashes on JTG & Darren to end the show. During the main event, the announcers were saying that The Usos had been asking for title opportunities to no avail, so they decided last week to make a statement.

- For what it's worth, Mick Foley teased on Twitter during RAW last night that he would be at Hell in a Cell. He wrote: "Maybe I'll show Jackman how it's done when I show up as the secret guest ref in the Hell in a Cell , RIGHT there in New Orleans, Louisiana!"
Foley later acknowledged that he could have started some rumors: "Ooops, pulled a Weiner there - that was supposed to be a DM to @michaelcole ! Just completely ignore my last message! Thanks for a fun Raw everyone - started 5 new rumors."

Earlier today, we reported that former WWE & TNA star Matt Hardy was arrested once again last week (9/14) on drug charges that include possessing a controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver, possessing a controlled substance, maintaining a drug dwelling and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a release today from the Moore County Sheriff's Office.
New details have now been made available regarding Matt's third arrest in the past month after TMZ.com published the arrest warrant obtained by police.
- Matt Hardy's girlfriend Rebecca Reyes (Reby Sky) called 911 last Wednesday and told police that Matt was "strung out on pills" and needed help.
- When police arrived at Matt's home, Matt "had trouble speaking" and was "very unsteady on his feet." Matt did not smell like alcohol, leading the officer to believe that he was under the influence of "some type of unknown impairing substance other than alcohol." EMTs were called and Matt was taken to the emergency room of the First Health of the Carolinas hospital.
- Reby Sky told police that Matt had a safe at his home that contained "numerous Vicodin" pills, which she told the police Matt did not have a prescription for. She gave police the keys to the safe.
- After a warrant was granted, police seized the following items from Matt's home:
(1) Empty Small Round Glass Containers of Blue Locus Extract
(2) Handwritten Note
(3) Vials of Liquid Substance
(4) Vial of Powder Substance
(5) Syringes
(6) Empty K2 Smoke Blend Packet
(7) $1,961 US Currency

Matt was not home at the time of search, so he was not arrested on the spot. He later turned himself in and is due back in court on Thursday.

Former WWE and TNA star Matt Hardy announced on Monday that he's going to rehab, but it's been revealed today that he was arrested once again last week after his home was raided and illegal drugs were found.
Hardy, 36, has been charged with possessing a controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver, possessing a controlled substance, maintaining a drug dwelling and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a release today from the Moore County Sheriff's Office.
The search at Hardy's home on Sept. 14 turned up 20 vials of anabolic steroids, the drug MDMA (Ecstasy) and $1,961 in cash, the release said.
In case you are losing track of all Matt Hardy's arrests, this is the third time Matt Hardy has been arrested in less than a month.
Hardy was released today on a written promise to appear in Moore County court on Thursday.
Former TNA Wrestler Matt Hardy posted a new video on his official youtube channel. In the video he has announced that he will be entering a WWE sponsored rehabilitation clinic. Hardy also announces that when he completes the rehab program he plans on opening a wrestling school. This all but confirms previous reports that Hardy was asked to enter a rehabilitation clinic by TNA. Reports which he denied. You can view the video below:

Divas Champion Kelly Kelly & Eve overcame a significant mass and might disadvantage when the Latina lovely rolled up Natalya for the win. The victory couldnt have come at a worse time for The Glamazon since she appeared devastated after losing her title match against Kelly Kelly the previous day in her hometown of Buffalo, N.Y. at Night of Champions.
World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry attacked Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler (WATCH | PHOTOS) Fifteen years is a long time to wait. And it appears that wait has left newly minted World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry angry and cynical in the extreme. When WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross attempted to interview him, The Worlds Strongest Man chastised Ross, grabbed him by the tie and forced him to his knees. As a result, fellow announcer Jerry Lawler approached and tried to calm the situation. The World Heavyweight Champion released Ross and appeared to relent. The calm, however, proved only a prelude to the storm. As the men walked away from each other, Henry turned around and, with a scowl across his face, ambushed Lawler and left the WWE Hall of Famer motionless after putting him through the announce table with The World's Strongest Slam. As the champion heatedly marched back to the locker room, medical personnel attended to Lawler.
The entire ugly spectacle will undoubtedly register on Randy Orton's radar. Especially after it was announced that The Viper will invoke his rematch clause at Hell in a Cell in two weeks.
WWE COO Triple H arranged main event: WWE Champion John Cena & CM Punk vs. The Miz & R-Truth After their disrespectful actions the previous evening at Night of Champions, The Miz & R-Truth appeared extremely apologetic as they faced WWE Chief Operating Officer Triple H. Not only did the dastardly duo lay their hands on a WWE referee, they attacked Triple H during his match against CM Punk. As punishment, The Game fined them $250,000 apiece, placed each on probation and arranged a main event tag team match pitting them against new WWE Champion John Cena & CM Punk.
Sin Cara vs. Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes ended in a No Contest (WATCH | PHOTOS) Would the real Sin Cara please stand up? For the second time in four days, a lookalike Sin Cara has emerged and confronted his doppelganger. Before Sin Cara could face off against another masked nemesis, Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes, in a non-title match, the second Sin Cara flew in from the entrance ramp. The luchadors sized each other up before landing a series of explosive moves on one another. As a result, the second Sin Cara exited the squared circle while his mirror image stood tall in the ring.
U.S. Champion Dolph Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero confronted celebrity guest Hugh Jackman (WATCH | PHOTOS) Could U.S. Champion Dolph Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero be any ruder? As celebrity guest Hugh Jackman addressed the WWE Universe, the annoying couple saw fit to interrupt. The acclaimed actor was explaining his new movie, Real Steel, in which he plays a promoter who guides an underdog competitor in a world of fighting robots, when Dolph and Vickie intruded. The pair insulted Jackman, prompting the actor to challenge them: He would find WWEs biggest underdog and guide him to victory over the U.S. Champion later in the evening. Challenge accepted!
Alberto Del Rio def. John Morrison (WATCH | PHOTOS) Still fuming from the news that he must compete in a Triple Threat Hell in a Cell Match at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, Alberto Del Rio looked ready to steamroll any and all comers. Unfortunately for John Morrison, he found himself directly in Del Rios path. The furious Mexican allowed Morrison no quarter in their singles match, neutralizing JoMos high-energy assault and snapping on the cross armbreaker for the win. And, perhaps more importantly to The Mexican Aristocrat, sending a message to his Hell in a Cell opponents, WWE Champion John Cena and CM Punk.
WWE Tag Team Champions Air Boom, Sheamus & Justin Gabriel def. Christian, Wade Barrett, David Otunga & Michael McGillicutty (WATCH | PHOTOS) Despite Christians campaign to get one more match for the World Heavyweight Title, the leader of the Peeps wasnt doing too much talking tonight. After taking Sheamus Brogue Kick to the face at Night of Champions, Christian teamed with Wade Barrett, David Otunga & Michael McGillicutty to battle The Celtic Warrior, WWE Tag Team Champions Air Boom & Justin Gabriel in an Eight-Man Tag Team Match. With animosity ricocheting off the ring ropes, the respective squads went after one another with hatred and zeal. In the end, it would be Sheamus who looked dominant as he secured the victory for his team.
Triple H announced WWE Champion John Cena vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. CM Punk in a Triple Threat Hell in a Cell Match, promised to fire someone (WATCH | PHOTOS) Triple H was steamed. Less than 24 hours earlier, at Night of Champions, WWEs Chief Operating Officer competed against CM Punk. Although he prevailed in the bout and retained his position as COO, The Game was nonetheless furious about how it all went down. Not only did The Miz & R-Truth attempt to interfere in the bout, an already terminated Kevin Nash marched through the crowd and amubushed both men.
Perhaps feeling badly about how events transpired the night before, Triple H informed his now respected rival, Punk, that he was being included in a Triple Threat Hell in a Cell Match against newly crowned WWE Champion John Cena and Alberto Del Rio.
The Voice of the Voiceless appeared pleased to hear he would receive a title opportunity in two weeks, but he was hardly finished making a statement. He began to expound on who he thought was behind the odd incidents of the previous several weeks.
Before Punk could reveal the full extent of his hypothesis, WWEs Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, John Laurinaitis emerged. The Second City Savior then explained that he felt the Executive VP was the mastermind behind the shenanigans. When The Game asked Laurinaitis if Punk was telling the truth, however, Laurinaitis appeared evasive. When Executive VP attempted to fire the anti-establishment Superstar, Triple H immediately reversed the decision. WWEs COO did insist, however, that by the end of the night someone would be fired.

Rebecca Reyes (a/k/a Reby Sky), the 25-year-old girlfriend of Matt Hardy, was recently arrested and charged with reckless driving, reckless endangering, and speeding charges.
Reyes, who hosts Lucha Libre USA on MTV2, is scheduled to appear in court on November 2 in Carthage, North Carolina.
This is not the former Playboy model's first run-in with the law as in 2008, she was sentenced to 12 months' probation, a $500 fine and 48 hours of community service after resisting arrest when she was pulled over for a broken tail light in December 2007 in Tampa, Florida. While the officer was writing her ticket, Reyes got out of her truck, and refused to get back in when asked, instead allegedly accosting the officer who had pulled her over and another that had arrived on the scene. When Reyes attempted to turn the confrontation physical, she was thrown to the ground and arrested.
Reyes denied the report on Twitter:
So now theres a rumor that I was arrested this week? she wrote. Hold on, let me double check No. I got a speeding ticket rushing to the hospital to get Matt earlier this week. Thats it. God, you people are insane.
