Alberto Del Rio on WWE's Style, His Dream Feud

Alberto Del Rio on WWE's Style, His Dream Feud
Posted by Steve Carrier on 06/11/2011 at 11:35 AM

    - Alberto Del Rio was interviewed by Jon Robinson of ESPN at E3 this week. Here are some highlights:

Jon Robinson: What's your favorite car so far you've brought to the ring?

Alberto Del Rio: My favorite one is the classic Cobra, 1965. That's my favorite car. There's just so much power in that machine. Of course, the Rolls-Royce are just classy and they say everything you need to know about Alberto Del Rio.

Jon Robinson: Do you ever get to take the cars for joy rides around the arena?

Alberto Del Rio: Yeah, most of the time I have the chance to drive the cars from the city we're in to the next one where we're performing. It's pretty cool.

Jon Robinson: Since you've been in WWE, you've adapted really fast to the WWE style of match. What's the biggest difference between what you were used to in Mexico and wrestling in WWE?

Alberto Del Rio: I can say that I'm a better wrestler now that I'm in WWE because the way we work in WWE is totally different than what you see anywhere else. Here, we work with logic, and there's a reason for everything we do in the ring. Whether it's a dropkick or a punch, there's a reason for everything. Lucha Libre style is beautiful, but in Lucha Libre, we just do things because it looks pretty, or it looks spectacular, but there's no logic or anything. That's why I think I'm a better wrestler now.

Jon Robinson: When you look ahead to Wrestlemania next year, do you have a dream opponent?

Alberto Del Rio: I know all the new guys have the same dream, and that's to go against Undertaker. Undertaker to me is like the godfather of American wrestling and that's my dream match. I don't know if it will happen or not, but I want it.

Jon Robinson: Who else are you looking forward to working with?

Alberto Del Rio: I'm chasing John Cena. I want to be WWE champion. Another guy I'd like to fight is Randy Orton. He's such an aggressive wrestler, I think we could have some great matches.

Skip Sheffield opnieuw onder het mes

    - Skip Sheffield, who has been sidelined since breaking his leg and ankle on August 18, 2010 at a WWE live event in Honolulu, Hawaii, announced via Twitter that he will be undergoing another surgical procedure this Tuesday.

He wrote, "Will be having a third surgery this Tuesday and it will be the last," Sheffield wrote. "There are a lot of people who are far worse off and this is all happening for a good reason. I wish I was back right now and doing what I love, but things are not right and they have to be fixed. I will be 100 percent very soon and back on WWE TV and I thank all of you for your support. I have kept my head held high and I cannot thank WWE enough for their support in this time. I have worked too hard too long to just give up and while it has been difficult it has only made me a stronger better person so please be patient and I will be back I promise."

    NXT Wrestler Arrested

It has come to light that WWE NXT Redemption contestant Lucky Cannon (real name Jonathan Emminger) was arrested earlier this year in Florida for impersonating a police officer.

Emminger, 27, was arrested on the morning of February 28, 2011 in Hillsbourgh, Florida and charged with falsely personating a law enforcement official. He was booked into the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 11:26 a.m. and subsequently released on $2,000 bail.

Emminger previously worked as a deputy sheriff for the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department in Pinellas County, Florida, which could explain how he was able portray himself as a member of police.

This information is coming out now because his mug shot was recently cataloged on Google Images, the most comprehensive image search on the web.

Tatsu's music hits and makes way to the ring.
Match 3 Tyson Kidd vs Yoshi Tatsu

Bell rings, Kidd moves to the back of Tatsu but reverses it and slams Kidd to the mat. Two lock up again, but Kidd gets Tatsu into a headlock and drives him in the headlock still to the mat, he nearly gets out but knocks Tatsu to the mat. Tatsu comes back with slams and chops, then flays off the top rope to get a 2 count. Kidd is at the corner and Tatsu runs to him but gets kicked in the face by Kidd. Kidd then chops Tatsu to the mat a few times. Kidd has control with Tatsu on the mat. HE gets a headlock to tatsu on the mat, Tatsu makes way back up and gets out. Tatsu then gets a cover but only a 2 count. Kidd runs to Tatsu but gets reversed to the turnbuckle and then Yoshi over slams for a 2 count. Tatsu then does a flying leg drop to get a 2 count, again. Tatsu moves to the apron but Kidd takes advantage and knocks him out of the ring. Kidd then works on Tatsu'sTatsu is in pain, Tatsu's shoulders drop which enables a count, but only 2. Kidd breaks the submission. Kidd continues to work on Tatsu's leg and forces Tatsu to fall the mat. Continues to punish on that left leg. Still Kidd is working and punishing on Kidd's left leg. Tatsu finally gets a break when he flicks Kidd out of the ring. Kidd gets on the apron and spears Tatsu, he ends up back in the ring and gets caught in a roll up but kicks out at 2. Tatsu picks Kidd up and body slams him to the mat, gets a 2 count.      Bischoff talks about TNA's critics, Foley, Chyna
Posted by Corbin Nordhoff on 06/10/2011 at 11:33 AM

Monday Night Mayhem: Hosted By The Big Mosh & "The Chairman Of The Board" Todd Vincent
Heard LIVE Monday Evenings @ 7PM ET/6PM CT

TNA's Eric Bischoff was one of the featured guests on this week's live edition of the award-winning Monday Night Mayhem.

Eric Bischoff Discusses The Importance Of How TNA Is Actually Doing As A Company In The Eyes Of Spike TV, The Rumors Of Impact Wrestling Going On The Road This Summer, How Disappointed He Would Be If Mick Foley Left TNA At The End Of His Contract & If He Would Ever Classify Mick Being "Hard To Work With," Whether Or Not Kurt Angle's Full-Time Absence From TNA While Training For The 2012 Olympics In London Would Be A Blow To The Company, Chyna's Decision To Restart Her Career In The Adult Entertainment Industry vs. Her Career In Professional Wrestling & His Reaction To Her Comments Of TNA "Missing The Boat" After Choosing To Not Bring Her Back After The Sacrifice Pay-Per-View, Why He Has Mixed Feelings About Mr. Anderson's Impersonations Of Sting Over The Past Several Weeks On Impact Wrestling, Plus Much More In The Return Of "The Hot Seat With Eric Bischoff" (Flavored By Sizzlin Sauces)

Interview highlights courtesy of Paterson, MNM's associate producer & official correspondent:

The importance of talking about how TNA is actually doing as a company in the eyes of Spike TV: "People keep making statements about how TNA is not doing well, or TNA sucks, or whatever juvenile trite that comes out of their heads. It occurred to to me that no one is talking about how TNA is doing as a company. Coincidentally, I got an e-mail from Spike Television talking about last Thursday night's ratings. In the e-mail, it said that Impact Wrestling was the #1 rated show in its demo & in its time period, despite that we were up against the NBA Finals. Impact Wrestling is the #1 program on all of Spike Television. We outperform the UFC. To be able to be the the #1 show on that network in prime-time is a very significant achievement. I just wanted to point that out, because not enough people are talking about the good things going out in TNA."

How disappointed he would be if Mick Foley left TNA at the end of his contract & whether or not Mick was ever hard to work with on or off-camera: "Mick wasn't hard for me to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed the on-camera work that Mick & I had together. I think some of the best moments that I've had on camera on Impact Wrestling I've had with Mick Foley. I will miss working on camera with Mick Foley. In terms of being disappointed, as much as I enjoyed working with Mick, there's a very limited role for someone like Mick Foley, a character like me who doesn't wrestle, who is really only a talker. If you look at where Impact Wrestling is right now, there's just not a whole lot of room for more guys like me or Hulk Hogan. We just have to be the central focus of the storyline and probably will be for some time, and there's only so much real estate. A lot of that real estate has to go to guys who can deliver action in the ring."

How big of a blow would Kurt Angle's full-time absence be for TNA while he is training in London, England for the 2012 Olympics: "I don't think it'll be a problem at all. I'm a strong believer that when you have large characters like a Kurt Angle, or a Rob Van Dam, or a Ken Anderson, or you name it, you have to cycle those personalities out from time to time in order to keep them fresh. We have seen a lot of Kurt Angle over the last year & a half. He has been central to so many storylines that if Kurt needs some time away to pursue the Olympics, and I think the publicity surrounding that would be great for our company & for Kurt Angle himself, that it will give his character time to refresh and come back more valuable than if he would just stay around and work a full-time schedule like everyone else."

His thoughts on Chyna's decision to restart her career in the adult entertainment industry vs. her career in professional wrestling & his reaction to her comments of TNA "missing the boat" after choosing to not bring her back to the company: "I didn't know she made the comment that TNA 'missed the boat,' but I was not excited with the fact that the company decided to bring her in for the (Sacrifice) Pay-Per-View. The initial thought was a turnoff for me, but I kept my mouth shut. When I saw her at the Pay-Per-View and saw that 'deer in the headlights' look in her eyes when it actually came time to do something, it kind of confirmed what my instincts told me. Then I read about the fact that she wants to build her career around doing anal sex videos for Vivid. I was really, really, really, really glad that I don't have to try & explain to anybody why I work in the same company as her."

    TNA Impact Wrestling Results 6/9/11
    By LOP
    Jun 9, 2011 - 11:00:46 PM

Report by Stuart Carapola & PWinsider.com

We start off with a recap of last week's angle that saw Mick Foley get fired by the Network, and then we're off to the Impact Zone for our opening promo with...you guessed it, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff. Hogan welcomes all the Hulkamaniacs to Impact Wrestling, brothers, and he says nothing's changed but the names. Amen...BROTHER. The Network has decided they don't need a stooge looking over their shoulders, and it's smooth sailing from this point forward. Bischoff says that he was on the phone recently with the Network and they didn't like Foley, but they were impressed with how it's now Impact Wrestling and that wrestling matters, and also that the X Division is important to them, and they promise to continue presenting it the right way. Bischoff calls Ken Anderson and Sting out to the ring, and Hogan says that now that they've rebranded Impact Wrestling, he wants to make one thing perfectly clear to both of them: they're not going to go through what they went through with the Network. He assured the Network that he would run the company in the most professional way possible, and he promised the Network a winner and a loser at Slammiversary with no run-ins, BS, or anything else and he meant it. He says that if either of them have anything to say, to speak now or forever hold their peace.

Anderson raises his hand and tells Sting that for the last three weeks, he's come out here mocking and imitating him, and it's because everything that he stands for is a joke. He says he's a fighting champion and is for the people, but at least Anderson's an asshole enough to admit that he's only in it for himself. He's going to get his hand raised as Slammiversary and he's going to become the TNA World Champion...Champion. Sting says he's going to do a whole lot about that, and if Anderson wants to fulfill his destiny, he's got to beat Sting first. Only problem is that he can't and won't lose, because the title is the only thing standing between Hogan and Bischoff making a mockery of the company, and it gives him a chance to make a difference around here. He's going to win there, and one of two things will happen before he goes down: either Hogan and Bischoff keep doing what they've been doing and he stays in their face, or the real Hulk Hogan that the wrestlers and fans idolized comes back out. Everyone bought all kinds of Hulk Hogan merchandise, but he slapped them all in the face, and maybe he should slap Hogan back and return the favor. The true infection, the kind that history says breathes a slow and miserable death, and he means YOU, Eric Bischoff, he wants Hogan to take the scalpel out and cut the cancer away before it's too late, and not to say that he doesn't have a choice because he does.

The Knockouts are backstage, and they're...WALKING!!!

    Time for our opening match...

Angelina Love & Winter vs Knockouts Champion Mickie James & Tara

Winter and Tara start, Winter controls with an armbar but Tara reverses out and tags Mickie in, and Mickie hits a top rope double axhandle and catches a short armscissors and gets a 2 count. Tara back in and she and Mickie hit a double back elbow, and Winter tags Angelina in. AngelinaTaker points at Mickie, but Tara decks her and hits a spinning side suplex, then tags Mickie in and they do a double team wheelbarrow splash for 2. Angelina barely sells and tags in Winter, but Mickie gets a modified armdrag into a 2 count and goes for her headscissors out of the corner, but Angelina grabs her coming off the ropes and Winter powerbombs Mickie for 2. Mickie tries to fight her way out of the corner, Winter yanks her down by the hair, but Mickei wipes both Winter and Angelina out with a neckbreaker/dropkick combo and makes the hot tag to...wait, no she doesn't. Madison Rayne comes out and yanks Tara off the apron and rams her into the ring steps, and Angelina gets a neckbreaker over the knees and pins Mickie.

    Winners: Winter & Angelina Love

Angelina now has a win over the champion going into her title shot this weekend, and puts Mickie out with her rear naked choke.

Beer Money is backstage with Alex Shelley, and Bobby Roode talks about how happy he is to have Shelley filling in for him and how weird it'll feel for him to be sitting on the sides watching, and they do a WHOA BUNDY!

Mexican America is backstage talking about how they get held down by the man, but Sarita and Rosita have gold around their waists and it's just a matter of time before they get gold, too.

Mike Tenay and Taz send us to a “cell phone video” of Samoa Joe and Crimson getting into a fight in a bar. I say bar fight, but it's really just Joe kicking the crap out of Crimson. It's kind of hard to follow because I've seen homemade internet porn with better video quality, but Joe clearly came out on the upper hand.

Jeff Jarrett is backstage and the Mystery Cameraman wants to know how Karen's doing, but Jeff blows him off and walks away.

We're back in the Impact Zone and getting ready for our next match with the British Invasion at the broadcast booth to do commentary on the next match with Mike and Taz.

Mexican America vs James Storm & Alex Shelley

Anarquia takes Shelley to the corner and beats him down as Taz mentions that the British Invasion haven't beaten anyone recently and asks why they deserve a title shot. Storm tags in and lays Anarquia out and gets a legdrop for 2, then Shelley gets the rolling Muta Lock and Storm comes off the ropes with an eye poke. Storm with a lungblower sends Hernandez to the floor, but Shelley goes up top and Hernandez recovers and yanks Shelley down on the turnbuckle via crotch. Hernandez tags in and hits a slingshot shoudlerblock on Shelley for 2,, then Anarquia tags in and whips Hernandez into Shelley, then hits a double underhook suplex for 2. Shelley tries to fight his way free, but Hernandez tackles him across the ring and tries a top rope headbutt, but Shelley moves and tags out to Storm, who comes in and destroys Anarquia. Storm with a DDT to Anarquia for 2, Hernandez comes in but Shelley dropkicks him and Storm clotheslines him over the top to the floor. Shelley hits a dive to the floor on Hernandez and Storm dropkicks Anarquia and covers, but the girls are distracting the referee, so Storm spits his beer in their faces. Shelley goes for a superkick at Anarquia, but he ducks and Shelley accidentally nails Storm, and Anarquia covers for the win.

    Winners: Mexican America

They was a bit of a surprise finish. But we barely have time to let that finish sink in when we go backstage to Gunner coming into Ken Anderson office. Anderson says that Gunner can rise or fall by riding on his coattails, but the point is that they want to hurt Sting bad, and Gunner says that he likes to hurt people. Anderson's glad to hear that because he can be Gunner's best friend or the biggest asshole in his life.

Kurt Angle is backstage, and he's...WALKING!

Mexican America is backstage asking Hulk Hogan for a title shot, and asks if they're not getting one before they're Mexican. Hogan tells them they'd better watch what they're saying to him, and not to come in here and tell him how to run his company. He says he'll play a game of Hulkster Says with their two lovely ladies, and Mexican America make some threats I don't quite get because I don't speak Spanish.

We go to a video package hyping what will be the final Angle-Jarrett match at Slammiversary, and then we go backstage where Kurt Angle and Jeff Jarrett are...you guessed it, WALKING!

We're back, and Jeff Jarrett and Kurt Angle meet up in the ring for one final confrontation before Slammiversary, and Jeff has something to tell Angle: Karen is gone, and he doesn't care if nobody believes it, but Karen Jarrett will not be at Slammiversary. He's had to deal with that for seven days, and he's not going to lie to Kurt, she's been the support he's needed to get an advantage over Kurt for the last six months. First, he panicked because he's had to wonder what Kurt Angle will do when he gets Jeff Jarrett in the middle of the ring at Slammiversary. But when that panic went away, Jeff kept thinking in his mind back to the first day they met and shook hands because Jeff Jarrett brought Kurt Angle, the founder of TNA, brought Angle into the company because he knew Angle's former employer made a huge mistake in letting him go. Jarrett says he knows in his heart of hearts that Kurt Angle is the best in-ring performer this business has ever produced, and that alone is why he decided to step aside and let Angle be the centerpiece of TNA. The thanks he got was that he got a self serving son of a bitch who wasn't happy enough having the whole company built around him, and his whole focus was erasing Jeff Jarrett from the history of the company, and he may call it sour grapes but it's the truth. When he realized that's what was going on, Jeff decided he wanted to take everything that meant everything away from Kurt: his wife, his kids, his integrity, and now he's taking away the essence of Kurt Angle: being a professional wrestler, and he decided that he was going to become a better wrestler than Kurt Angle, and he's beaten Angle every single time they've wrestled, and now the only thing he has left is the gold medal and Jarrett won't sleep until he owns it. On the nine year anniversary of the company he founded, when he gets his hand raised, Angle will know once and for all that he's the better man.

Angle takes the mic and asks Jarrett if he's done, because he wants to thank Jeff for doing the one thing nobody else has ever been able to do, and that's take Karen out of his life for good. All he ever wanted was Jeff and himself in the ring, one on one, but Jeff had to get Karen involved, and her injury is on his hands. Angle will let his wrestling do the talking at Slammiversary, and then he'll see how real this really is. Angle drops the microphone and heads to the back as Jarrett stares determinedly at him.

ODB is backstage saying that Velvet isn't special, she's just the first bitch to get in her way, and tonight she'll find out what wrestling is (grabs boobs), BAAAAM!

Brian Kendrick and Frankie Kazarian are walking around backstage with Janice and talk about finding Abyss to ask him a few questions.

Bully Ray comes out to the ring and says that this weekend will be a Last Man Standing, with the emphasis on Last Man, not Last Boy, and now he's going to do what a real man will do and challenges any man in the back to come out and face him...except for that piece of crap Devon. Some familiar music hits...

Bully Ray vs Rob Van Dam

Ray grabs RVD while he's playing to the fans before the match and powerbombs him out of the corner for 2, then fires in crossfaces at RVD. Ray goes to the eyes and rams RVD to the corner, then unloads with hard chops. RVD gets his stepover back kick and goes for the monkey flip, but Bubba just shoves him off and then hits a running clothesline into the corner and yells to the fans that this might as well be AJ Styles. Bully Ray gets repeated elbowdrops as AJ Styles watches the match from the crowd. Ray notices RVD in the crowd and starts mouthing off to him, but AJ just stares back at him stone faced Bubba goes for a piledriver, but gets backdropped, and RVD hits a psringboard thrust kick and the Five Star for the win.

    Winner: Rob Van Dam

Velvet Sky is backstage talking about how her fake eyelashes and fake tits aren't as bad as ODB and BAM!, and that she should meet this skinny bitch out in the ring.

Kazarian and Kendrick are still walking around backstage and they run into Abyss, and instead of attacking them, Abyss reads passages out of some lame book and says he doesn't need Janice anymore because the X Division Title is his and it is now the Xtreme Title. He challenges them to a three way at Slammiversary and says goodbye to Janice. Kazarian and Kendrick act all paranoid and stoned even though Kazarian calls Abyss an idiot for booking himself into a three way for the title.

Mike Tenay and Taz run down the card for this weekend's Slammiversary PPV, then we're off to the ring for our next match...

    ODB vs Velvet Sky
Velvet jumps ODB in the entranceway, ramming her into the side of the ramp over and over, but ODB reverses a whip and sends Velvet crashing into the ring steps. ODB smashes Velvet into the ring apron and rolls her back into the ring and covers for 2. ODB repeatedly drills Velvet in the head with right hands, Velvet tries fighting back but ODB just plows her into the corner and then stomps the hell out of her. ODB briefly backs off, then goes back to destroying Velvet with right hands and then gets in the face of the referee when he tries to get between them. Velvet suddenly comes out of nowhere with a clothesline and repeatedly shoulderblocks ODB in the corner and stomps her down as well. Velvet rams ODB into the opposite corner and beats her down again, then tries a leap off the stairs onto ODB, but ODB catches Velvet and rams her into the ringpost. They head back into the ring and ODB hits a fallaway slam, then drags Velvet up by the throat and chews her out as she squeezes the choke, but Velvet hits a DDT out of nowhere and covers for 3.

    Winner: Velvet Sky

Eric Young is backstage telling Sting that if he pins him, he will be the unified Galactic Champion. Sting says this is serious and Anderson and Gunner want to hurt him, and asks Young if he can put the comedy aside for one night and be a competitor.

The main event is up next!

We see a short video package looking at the history of the Brother Devon-Pope feud on Xplosion, then it's main event time!

Ken Anderson & Gunner vs TNA World Champion Sting & TV Champion Eric Young

Anderson and Sting start us off, but Anderson tags out to Gunner before making contact. Gunner backs Sting to the corner and unloads with right hands, but Sting whips him into the corner and hits a clothesline to the back of the head and a pair of Stinger Splashes, but Anderson nails Sting from the outside with a clothesline. Now Anderson tags in, and Anderson lays in right hands of his own to Sting and rams shoulderblocks into his midsection. Gunner tags in and beats Sting down in the corner and then mocks the Sting howl before trapping Sting in an abdominal stretch. Anderson tags in and puts the boots to Sting, but Sting kills him with a clothesline out of nowhere and makes the hot tag to Eric Young, who comes in and cleans house. Young with a slam and top rope elbow on Gunner, then fakes Anderson out with a faux right hand and nails a dropkick. Gunner rams Young into Sting and hits an F5 on Sting, and Gunner pins Sting!

    Winners: Ken Anderson & Gunner

Wow, did not see that coming. Young still is insane and parades around ringside with his title belts and comes into the ring and raises Sting's hand, and Sting just angrily shoves him away.

Sting is backstage walking out into the parking lot really angry, and Eric Young comes out to try and talk to him, but Sting is really pissed at him and storms away.

Meanwhile, AJ Styles says that he got in Ray's head tonight, but Ray comes out and says he doesn't backaway from nobody and nobdy ever backs him down. AJ and Ray yell at each other while security separates them, then we go to Ken Anderson as he gloats about how he barely broke a sweat because someone as lowly as Gunner beat Sting. Sting goes after Anderson and chases him into his trailer, and Anderson tries to get the jump on him coming through the door, but Sting lays him out and paints red all over Anderson's face before choking him out.

That does it for this week's episode.

Rosa Mendes suffered a wardrobe malfunction during a dark match against Natalya at last night's SmackDown taping in Roanoke, Virgina.

The match ended abruptly with the referee calling for the bell and giving the victory to Natalya. Mendes covered her chest with her arms and quickly headed to the back while numerous male onlookers cheered at ringside. Natalya attempted to keep the focus away from Mendes as she acted overly excited about the win.

The Roanoke Civic Center staff were overheard saying Mendes had suffered a "wardrobe malfunction."

Mendes commented on the matter on her Twitter account, writing: "A wardrobe malfunction that everyone wanted to see tonight."

JTG had Yoshi Tatsu out for a Straight out of Brooklyn segment. JTG didn't let his guest speak until Yoshi took the mic and delivered a "your momma" joke. Matt Striker made a match between them.

Yoshi Tatsu defeated JTG. Yoshi won with a roundhouse kick. Good pace.

Darren Young and Chavo Guerrero beat Vladimir Kozlov and Conor O'Brian. David labeled it a good match, while J Nicolas said there were blown spots galore until a good finish.

Titus O'Neal beat Lucky Cannon. Hornswoggle got involved and distracted Maryse at one point. The match wasn't very good, but Titus was great with the live crowd.

Foley wrote, "I pushed hard for changes I felt would benefit Impact Wrestling. I can understand how some would interpret that as difficult to work with."

He did not deny reports that he asked for his release from the organization.

"I like everyone at @ImpactWrestling - we just had some major differences of opinion. I wish them all well...for real. One of my favorite parts of returning to @impactwrestling was getting to know @hulkhogan4real a little bit. I'm completely serious. WWE Tough Enough Report - June 6th, 2011

WWE Tough Enough Report - June 6th, 2011
Posted by Steve Carrier on 06/06/2011 at 06:57 PM

We start off with a look back at what we saw on Season One of Tough Enough. We see some of the highlights and lowlights. We see them show the contrast between Jeremiah and Luke on one side and Andy on the other side. We see the rises of Andy and Martin while Luke stagnated a bit until he returned to the top. Martin’s run ended due to an ankle injury which gave Luke and Andy a clearer path to the finals. Austin lights the fire under Andy and it helped him get to the finals with Luke.

Will it be the cocky Luke who was on top at the start of the competition or will it be Andy who came on strong at the end who becomes Tough Enough?

We go to Tampa, which is Andy’s home town. He is home with his family and he talks about doing the regular tasks around the house. Andy talks about missing his daughter’s first steps as he is playing with her. He talks about his son who is on the way. His wife asks Andy about Luke and Andy says that Luke is not in the same league as him.

Andy does some work outs with his wife and he talks about how she has a background in physical training.

Andy says that there is no comparison between him and Luke. We see Andy pushing over large tires in a yard.

Andy talks about the excitement that he feels about seeing the trainers again. He says goodbye to his family and he takes that long drive from Tampa to Tampa.

We go to Maine, where Luke lives. He is shown partying on the water with some friends. He talks about the rock and roll lifestyle. He talks about being a redneck rock star. He says that he is going to kick ass in the ring and then come back to party with his friends.

Luke says that his workouts have not diminished one bit. He calls his workouts ‘caveman training’. He talks about how he has a ring set up to do some work. Luke says that this contract is his. He does not care how big Andy is because he sees him as a little rabbit and the big bad wolf is going to take it.

Luke says that Andy is big and he has some talent. Luke says that he is the perfect storm and he is ready to go.

Luke says that people mistake his passion for arrogance. He says that so many people have sacrificed things for him. He talks about his journey with his mom and then he drives off to Tampa. He says that he just has to be Luke and the contract is his.

    We go to commercial.

We are in Tampa and we see the FCW Arena as Andy and Luke go to the ring. They see Bill Demott and Ricky Steamboat in the ring.

Bill says that they will spend the week in Tampa training with Ricky Steamboat.

Andy is honored to train with Steamboat and he talks about what he has done.

Steamboat mentions that FCW is the main training facility and he talks about some of the people in WWE who have come through FCW. Steamboat says that he hopes one of them will be able to make it into the WWE.

Bill tells Luke and Andy that they will be training with Steamboat’s trainers and they will have a match live in a week. They will be facing Bill Demott.

Bill says that to get into the WWE, you have to get through him and he is a man of his word.

Luke says that Bill is one of the toughest, but it is time for some redemption.

Bill says that the next time they see him will be in the ring. Their training starts now.

Bill says that the toughest part of the competition is yet to happen.

Steamboat says that he is going to build on their strengths over the next week.

He has Andy and Luke do some work in the ring and that allows Steamboat to figure out the way to do things.

He says that Andy has good cardio but he is a little reckless in the ring. Steamboat convinces Andy to slow things down.

Steamboat says that Luke has a keen awareness of what is going on around him. He is going to have to take some risks at times.

Luke knows that he is going to face bigger opponents, but he feels that he will always be the best.

Andy says that Luke is a decent mechanic but he does not think much of him and he hopes that he never has to see Luke again.

Luke says that he feels that Andy is prepared, but Andy is not as cocky as him.

Steamboat discusses their strategy for dealing with Bill.

    We go to commercial.

We are back and it is time to see the contestants return to the FCW Arena.

Luke says that this week has been physically and mentally challenging. He has some frustration but it will get let out tonight.

Andy says that he has some butterflies but he ain’t running nowhere. He came here to give his family a better way of life and he will get past Bill Demott to win the WWE contract.

Luke talks about Andy’s family and why he wants it, but Luke says that he sees a WWE superstar in the mirror.

Booker T comes out to do commentary for this part of the show.

Luke says that he feels the wolf coming out and he looks forward to sinking his teeth into Bill.

Bill comes to the ring and they have to earn their spot and get past them.

Lawler and Cole talk about who they think Austin will pick and we go to commercial.

Lawler and Cole talk about who they think Austin will pick and we go to commercial.

We are back at the FCW Arena for our first match of the night.

Luke says that we are getting ready to unleash Luke Robinson on the world.

Andy says that he is going to win this.

We have a montage of Luke and Andy in the ring with Bill DeMott.

Bill goes to the back with Booker and they ask Andy and Luke how they feel and whether they did their best. Luke says that he could have done more. Booker says that they both did a great job. Bill says that the WWE Executives will review this and on Raw we will find out who is the Tough Enough Champion.

We are back in Richmond and we are told that we will find out who the Tough Enough Champion is going to be next.

We are back in Richmond and the trainers are introduced as they make their way to the ring. Booker T, Trish Stratus, and Bill Demott come to the ring.

Booker, Bill, and Trish have mics and Bill says hello to everyone and then he mentions that we crown a Tough Enough Champion here live tonight. Somebody lives out their dream and gets a WWE contract live tonight.

Bill brings out the contestants who were eliminated and they get the Superstars music. Michelle’s run was so forgettable that Lawler called her Jennifer.

Bill calls Ryan ‘Skidmarks’ before calling him by his proper name. Rima is not with the contestants who were eliminated.

Trish introduces the two finalists. Andy comes out first. He is followed to the ring by Luke.

Booker congratulates Luke and Andy for making it this far.

Booker has the honor of introducing the man who will determine who is going to be Tough Enough, Steve Austin.

Steve Austin comes to the ring and he gets a mic on his way to the ring.

Austin has a beer and he actually drinks it instead of spilling it on his shirt.

Austin says that it is good to be back in Richmond and he didn’t know if he would ever come back. He says that he is proud of this year’s class of Tough Enough. He wants the crowd to give them a round of applause and a Hell Yeah.

Austin says that he hates how people call things amazing or a journey, but this has been an amazing journey.

Austin thanks his three trainers for doing a good job this season.

Austin talks about how they handle things during the episodes of Tough Enough with the trainers talking about the competition. Austin asks the opinion of the trainers.

Bill says that both of them made it through a lot of obstacles and hurdles. It took a lot of guts and they had to pay attention. Bill says that if he had to pick a winner, it would be Andy.

    Austin finds that interesting.

He asks Trish for her pick. She says that each week they grew as performers, athletes, and individuals. She saw them vulnerable. There were times when she wanted to slap the cockiness out of Luke’s mouth. Trish says that she likes that Austin is the one to make the decision. Trish says that she would have picked Andy.

Austin wants to get the opinion of the Six Time Champion.

Booker says that Luke is a pretty boy with a hell of a look and a hell of a future in this business. Tonight, he sees Andy and he only has two things to say about Andy. ‘It Factor’ and Andy has it. Booker says that the choice isn’t up to him.

Austin says that it has been a fun process. He has been in the ring with each of them. Austin says that he came up the hard way but he is still standing.

Austin says that he has a PhD. in this 20 by 20 ring.

Austin asks Luke about Andy and Luke says that from day one this isn’t show friends, it is show business. He showed up every day to be the next superstar and he is looking at him. Austin asks him if he is a superstar and Luke says ‘Hell Yeah.’

Austin asks Andy about his trials and tribulation and he wants his thoughts on Luke. Andy says that Luke has no business being in the ring. He says that Luke is not a real athlete. Andy says that he is insulted to be standing next to Luke.

A limo pulls up and Vince McMahon walks out and he makes is way to the ring as we go ro Raw....

RICHMOND, Va. - "Stone Cold" Steve Austin will always be a bright, blazing Superstar in the WWE Universe. Not only did the WWE Hall of Famer kick off Raw by announcing the winner of WWE Tough Enough, he closed the show with a beer-soaked main event. Can he get a Hell Yeah?!

R-Truth & The Miz def. WWE Champion John Cena & Alex Riley by Disqualification (WATCH | PHOTOS)
Even when “Stone Cold” Steve Austin isn’t a direct participant in a match, his impact is undeniable. Acting as special guest referee during a match pitting WWE Champion John Cena & Alex Riley against R-Truth & The Miz, The Texas Rattlesnake wasn’t about to take any guff. He finished off the arrogant Miz like a six pack with a “Stone Cold” Stunner. The Champ then followed up with an Attitude Adjustment on The Awesome One.  As a result, Cena & Riley were pronounced the winners … momentarily.

Raw’s anonymous General Manager intervened, however, and overturned the special guest referee’s decision. “Stone Cold” could hardly believe when Michael Cole read the decision. Just as it appeared The Texas Rattlesnake might open up a can of whoop ass, the Raw GM tried to appease him, appointing him Special Guest General Manager for next week’s special three-hour WWE All Star Night.

“Stone Cold” seemed pleased, but that still didn’t save the weasel. The WWE Hall of Famer dragged Cole into the ring and leveled him with a Stunner. The Champ then followed up with a second Attitude Adjustment of his own, prompting he and The Texas Rattlesnake to toast a few beers and also leaving Cole flopped onto the canvas like a sack of wet laundry.

Booker T def. Jack Swagger by Count-out (WATCH| PHOTOS)
Is Jack Swagger tough enough? Not if you ask Booker T. The WWE Tough Enough trainer agreed to a match after The All-American American disrespected him in the locker room area. Booker demonstrated that he’s still got the chops to go. So much so, in fact, that Swagger begged off, leaving the ring and losing the match by intentional count-out. When he scampered up the ramp, his rival, Evan Bourne, leveled him with glee and coaxed him back in the ring, where he and Booker each nailed the towering Superstar with punishing moves. “Air” Bourne then joined Booker in the ring for dualing “Spinaroonies.” Can you dig it, Suucckkaaaa?!

U.S. Champion Kofi Kingston def. Zack Ryder (WATCH | PHOTOS)
With Dolph Ziggler observing from ringside, U.S. Champion Kofi Kingston set his sights on downing a glass of Long Island Iced Z, Zack Ryder. While the self-proclaimed “Internet Champion” put up a respectable showing in his eagerly anticipated Raw outing, Kingston’s explosive athleticism proved too much to overcome.

Alberto Del Rio mocked Big Show
Alberto Del Rio had better hope Big Show is a slow healer. Weeks after The Mexican Aristocrat’s assistant, Ricardo Rodriguez, drove over the leg of The World’s Largest Athlete and put him on the shelf, Del Rio had the nerve to mock his towering rival. He had Rodriguez don a bald cap and singlet and hobble to the ring on crutches as he mocked him and even threatened the real Big Show.

Rey Mysterio def. CM Punk (WATCH | PHOTOS)
Consider the score evened. After losing to CM Punk last week, Rey Mysterio requested a rematch. In a renewal of their deeply personal rivalry – that had seen Punk torment Rey’s family – The Master of the 619 wasn’t about to let The Second City Savior get two over on him. Instead, the high-flyer overcame his disappointment and refused to give up, earning an especially satisfying victory.

Booker T accepted a match against Jack Swagger
Jack Swagger's ego must getting the best of him. As Booker T talked with his fellow WWE Tough Enough trainer Trish Stratus, The All-American American confronted him and challenged him to a match later in the night. Booker could hardly believe his ears, but when he realized that yes, Swagger really did challenge him, he gladly accepted.

Beth Phoenix & Kelly Kelly def. Divas Champion Brie Bella & her sister Nikki (WATCH | PHOTOS)
Last week, Divas Champion Brie Bella & her sister Nikki mocked Kharma after the braided behemoth announced that she was pregnant and would be out of competition for a year. Unfortunately for The Bella Twins, however, there are plenty of Divas prepared to step into her considerable shoes. In a tag team match, Beth Phoenix & Kelly Kelly proved they’re just two such competitors when they handed the twins a definitive defeat, compliments of a Phoenix delivered Glam Slam.

Santino Marella def. WWE Tag Team Champion Michael McGillicutty (WATCH | PHOTOS)
The Cobra continues to show its fangs. In a match against WWE Tag Team Champion Michael McGillicutty, Santino Marella wielded the unorthodox maneuver with typical lethality. As their respective tag team partners looked on, the Italian Stallion handled the Nexus member with increasing confidence for the win.

Winner of WWE Tough Enough announced; main event match arranged (WATCH: PART 1 | PART 2 | PHOTOS: PART 1 | PART 2)
Congratulations, Andy! After weeks of grueling competition on WWE’s reality series WWE Tough Enough, Andy was chosen the winner over Luke live on Raw with the show’s host, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin delivering the incredible news. However, having emerged prior to the announcement, Mr. McMahon voiced his opinion that the wrong man had earned the WWE contract. The Texas Rattlesnake let Mr. McMahon know that he didn’t appreciate being undermined before welcoming Andy to WWE with a congratulations … and a “Stone Cold” Stunner.

After the stunning announcement, a slew of Superstars emerged to air their various grievances. Tops on the list? The delusional and disturbed R-Truth, who offered a bizarre apology for his actions the week prior. The act of contrition, such as it was, guaranteed Truth a WWE Title Match at Capitol Punishment. After his apology, Truth went on to espouse his far-fetched conspiracy theory that WWE is trying to hold him back. He then "seceded" from the WWE Universe.

Not one to share the spotlight , The Miz interrupted to complain that were it not for his former lackey, Alex Riley, he would still be WWE Champion. Unfortunately for him, A-Ry popped up, too, disputing Miz’s dubious version of events. Amid the chaos, WWE Champion John Cena dropped by to set it all straight.

The Champ berated his longtime rival Miz, congratulated Riley on his newfound independence and confronted his unbalanced Capitol Punishment opponent, Truth. Before the powder keg of frictions could ignite, Mr. McMahon arranged a main event match: Cena & Riley vs. Truth & Miz with “Stone Cold” acting as special guest referee.
