- Vince McMahon was said to be furious at Sin Cara's botched entrance on RAW last week when he attacked Sheamus. When the botch happened on RAW last night, there were guys watching monitors in the back that were joking around that "that was it" for Cara and Primo would probably be fired out of spite.

It looks like Awesome Kong is coming to the RAW brand as a vignette aired on tonight's show before the Divas Title match. The promo showed Kong's arm and part of her head. She thumped the head off of a blonde baby doll and laughed.
Brie Bella def. Divas Champion Eve Sin Cara def. Primo The Corre def. "The Apple" Jerry Lawler def. Jack Swagger Five-Man Gauntlet Match ended with John Cena and R-Truth in a Double Disqualification
Raw results: Unwelcome additions By: Greg Adkins April 11, 2011 Tags: Raw: April 11, 2011 BRIDGEPORT, Connecticut On an emotional evening for the WWE Universe, the WWE Champion's plans proved too clever by half, the former Divas Champion appeared to see double and the Rated-R Superstar offered up one heartfelt farewell address.
Five-Man Gauntlet Match ended with R-Truth and John Cena in a Double Disqualification; Extreme Rules match arranged (WATCH: PART 1 | PART 2 | EXCLUSIVE | PHOTOS) Five Superstars. One opportunity. The math added up to one grueling Five-Man Gauntlet Match as John Cena, R-Truth, John Morrison, Dolph Ziggler and Randy Orton vied for the opportunity to compete against WWE Champion The Miz at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view.
First up in the random selection, Randy Orton and Dolph Ziggler squared off. During their match, members of The New Nexus, sans CM Punk, distracted The Viper long enough for Ziggler to wrap up a pin. Afterward, the men who had each been punted in the skull by Orton, lashed his beaten frame with a vengeful ferocity.
Entering next, R-Truth showed the bleach blond bomber what was up by eliminating him in fourth place. Truths former tag team partner, John Morrison, then jumped into the action. Leveraging his familiarity with The Shaman of Sexy, the rapping Superstar overcame the athletic assault.
Finally, it was John Cenas turn. The Cenation Commander-in-Chief set aside his friendship with Truth and assailed him with a barrage of heavy hits. To his credit, though, Truth held steady, unwilling to relinquish the golden opportunity before him. As the two traded blows, however, they were attacked by WWE Champion The Miz and his lackey, Alex Riley, leading to a double disqualification.
Although the WWE Champion claimed there was no No. 1 contender, the Raw General Manager had other ideas. The anonymous GM announced that there were now two No. 1 contenders for the WWE Championship and that the match at Extreme Rules would be a Triple Threat Match between WWE Champion The Miz, Truth and Cena. Afterward, The Cenation Commander-in-Chief punished Riley, and Truth tackled Miz. Then the rapping Superstar and Cena found themselves in a shoving match before Truth exited the ring.
World Heavyweight Champion Edge announced his retirement (WATCH | PHOTOS) The illustrious career of 11-time World Champion Edge has come to an end. The Rated-R Superstar told the WWE Universe that, due to injury, he can no longer compete in the ring and will retire from competition.
After more than 13 years, The Ultimate Opportunist went out on top as the reigning World Heavyweight Champion and offered an emotional farewell to his legion of admirers and fellow Superstars.
Jerry The King Lawler def. Jack Swagger; Extreme Rules match announced (WATCH | PHOTOS) Michael Cole is the only undefeated Superstar on the WWE roster. Crazy? You bet. The rat bastard broadcasters perfect record of 1-0 will be on the line again, however, when he teams with Jack Swagger against Jerry The King Lawler & Jim Ross in a tag team match at Extreme Rules.
Lawler was allowed to name the match after defeating The All-American American in singles competition. As he and Swagger faced off, Good Ol J.R. and Cole looked on from their respective corners. Ross assisted his longtime friend with a well-timed distraction, allowing King to win, and prompting Cole to slap Swagger. As the cowardly announcer scurried off, his WWE Hall of Famer rival gleefully dropped his Extreme Rules bombshell.
The Corre def. The Apple (WATCH | PHOTOS) Santino Marella enlisted three Superstar allies to exploit emerging cracks in The Corre once and for all. The Italian introduced The Apple, or Allied People Powered by Loathing Everything (The Corre stands for), consisting of Daniel Bryan, Mark Henry & Evan Bourne.
Unfortunately for the newly formed foursome, The Corre took a bite out of their alliance, overcoming their differences to suppress The Apple onslaught.
Sin Cara def. Primo (WATCH | PHOTOS) A week after wowing the WWE Universe with a high-altitude debut, Sin Cara cemented his international celebrity status with an impressive victory over Primo. During the high-flying bout, his Puerto Rican opponent used some pretty punishing chops. The masked Superstar, however, flipped the script on Primo and nailed him with one last inspired aerial from atop the turnbuckle.
Brie Bella def. Divas Champion Eve (WATCH | PHOTOS) In Italian, Bella means beautiful. In WWE, though, its come to mean something downright ugly. In her match against Divas Champion Eve, Brie Bella resorted to lowdown trickery to capture the Butterfly Title. After she and her sister, Nikki, failed to capitalize with Twin Magic, Brie took advantage when her twin nonetheless distracted Eve long enough for her to pin the lovely Latina.
Five-Man Gauntlet Match arranged Theres no shortage of ambition in WWE. When John Cena expressed interest in battling WWE Champion The Miz again for another opportunity at the title, four other Superstars quickly joined the chorus, including Randy Orton, John Morrison, Dolph Ziggler and R-Truth.
Each man made their case for a title opportunity, until the anonymous Raw General Manager intervened. The GM debuted a new concept, a Five-Man Gauntlet Match, initially pitting two randomly selected Superstars and allowing the winner to continue on to face the next random opponent. The Superstar who can go the distance would become the No. 1 contender for the WWE Championship and will face The Miz at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view.
Hulk Hogan has been posting pictures on Twitter, showing off his back rehab process. Hogan has been working out a lot and it appears as if his back surgeries have been a success as he looks better than he has in quite some time.
-- While there is no confirmation just yet, it is possible that Hogan will be returning to the ring later this year. TNA has been hinting at an Anderson vs. Hogan feud.
Indy promotion blasts Scott Hall over incident Posted by Corbin Nordhoff on 04/11/2011 at 10:43 AM
Top Rope Promotions owner Steve Ricard sent out this statement regarding the Scott Hall incident:
Top Rope Promotions has been holding family oriented wrestling shows for 30 years now, and on our 30th Anniversary event, we brought in one of the biggest names in pro wrestling, Scott Hall (aka Razor Ramon).
We drew a packed house and a good majority of them were there to see Hall. Hall and his people down in FL had all claimed he was clean and good to go. His flight and hotel were pre paid, and his appearance fee was demanded upon arrival at the airport (which he asked for within 3 min of being picked up).
Hall had arrived in a wheel chair with 3 bottles of prescription pills in his posession. Hall had performed an interview with our local newspaper The Herald News around 6 PM on Thursday night, saying how much he was looking forward to coming to the show, and how he was clean. Less then 24 hrs later, he showed up in the state he was in, demanding his appearance fee. Right off the bat, we were in a bad situation.
Having Hall at the building, already pre paid with his appearance fee, hotel, flight, etc. He even harassed my driver in the process. Hall was persistent to appear on the show. His heart was in the right place, unfortunately I can't say the same about his mind or his body.
Throughout the night he made threats to numerous members of my staff, as well as myself demanding more money, demanding to go to the ring when he wanted to etc. He was also threatening to kill me if I "screwed" him over. I'm 31 years old and I should be in no circumstances, babysitting someone in there 50's. Hall made at best, an embarrassing performance in the ring and for the fans who came to see him, trashing matches that were on the show before him and addressing the crowd as if we were in England.
Neither Hall, nor anyone who helped line up the date, or any of his close friends or agents have called to apologize or offer a refund for his "less then stellar" appearance. He showed his true colors and who he was this past Friday night. If he's upset that we're airing a stream of this atrocious appearance, maybe he should issue an apology to the fans, the promotion, and the workers of the company. One would only assume that no one that night got what they paid for, myself included.

Scott Hall's rep talks more about his incident Posted by Corbin Nordhoff on 04/10/2011 at 03:29 PM
A representative of Scott Hall told TMZ that he is upset that Top Rope Promotions is using footage of his in-ring incident from Friday night to promote their online PPV event.
"We find the footage to be very distasteful and not suitable for a pay-per-view audience and it's sad that the promoter has decided to air the uncut footage from the pay-per-view," representative Geena Jinev Anac said.
A video was posted online of Hall struggling to get into the ring, followed by a promo to purchase the online event, which takes place tonight.
Hall was hospitalized following an appearance at an independent wrestling show in River Fall, Massachusetts on Friday. He is being treated for cardiac issues and possible complications from the 10 different prescriptions he's taking.

Alberto Del Rio def. Christian in a No. 1 Contenders Match (WATCH | PHOTOS) With 11-time World Champion Edge sitting in with the SmackDown announce team, Christian battled Alberto Del Rio for the right to become the No. 1 contender to the World Heavyweight Title and take on The Rated-R Superstar at Extreme Rules. When Captain Charisma became momentarily distracted by Edges Spear to Brodus Clay outside the ring, Del Rio seized the moment, leveling his opponent with a kick to the back of the head to pick up the monumental three-count. Del Rio will now face The Ultimate Opportunist in a Ladder Match at Extreme Rules. (Preview)
Sin Cara flies high (WATCH | PHOTOS) As Michael Cole and Jack Swagger were singing their praises from their nefarious actions at WrestleMania, WWEs explosive new Superstar Sin Cara emerged, defying both gravity and logic with a jaw-dropping attack on The All-American American.
Beth Phoenix & Kelly Kelly def. Michelle McCool & Layla (WATCH | PHOTOS) When Michelle McCool was hurled into the ropes by Beth Phoenix, her momentum knocked Layla off the apron. As a result, the English-born Diva was unable to tag in when Michelle came calling. Later, when Layla was trying to tag Michelle in, a sudden back issue kept the first-ever Divas Champion from relieving her partner-in-flawless, allowing Kelly Kelly to pick up the quick victory. As the dust cleared, the animosity between the members of Team Lay-Cool was noticeable.
Cody Rhodes def. Trent Barreta (WATCH | PHOTOS) When Cody Rhodes was kicked in the face by Trent Barreta, the jaded Superstar completely snapped, unleashing a bitter assault on his opponent that culminated with the Cross Rhodes for the win. After the bell, Rhodes turned his protective facemask into a weapon against Barreta, prompting Rey Mysterio to storm to the ring and nearly snatch the facemask off his emotionally-scarred adversary.
Big Show, Kane, Kofi Kingston & Santino Marella def. The Corre (WATCH | PHOTOS) In an Eight-Man Tag Team 2-out-of-3 Falls Match, Kofi Kingston used a high cross body on WWE Tag Team Champion Justin Gabriel to score the first fall. Following a devastating boot to the face of Santino Marella, Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett hit The Italian Stallion with Wasteland, tying the match at one fall a piece. As Kane was preparing to finish Barrett with a chokeslam, The Corres use of excessive force brought the disqualification, giving their opponents the third fall and the overall victory.
The Corre was then treated to a post-match onslaught by their triumphant adversaries, culminating in a triple chokeslam on Ezekiel Jackson by Kane, Big Show and Santino.
Edge spray painted Alberto Del Rios Rolls Royce (WATCH | PHOTOS) After Alberto Del Rios WrestleMania moment of destiny and his Rolls Royce Silver Spur worth $120,000 were destroyed by Edge, the aristocratic Superstar returned to SmackDown gunning for more. He proclaimed that destiny can be delayed, but not stopped. The Master Manipulator interrupted him, rolling in on a tow truck containing Del Rios ruined luxury automobile. The Ultimate Opportunist opted to add insult to auto-injury, spray painting his elitist foes fancy ride. Although an outraged Del Rio demanded another title match, Edge responded that Christian deserved it more, since Captain Charisma had defeated Del Rio in singles SmackDown matches two weeks in a row. Before things turned physical, SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long created a main event No. 1 Contenders Match between Christian and Del Rio. The winner would face Edge at Extreme Rules in a Ladder Match.
Scott Hall Update: Posted by Dave Mitchell on 04/09/2011 at 12:57 PM
(Partial Source: pwinsider.com)
As we've been covering here on the site, Scott Hall appeared at a live event for Top Rope Promotions on Friday night and was in "no condition to perform." Hall could barely walk or stand up on his own and had to be held up by several people.
Ryan Drew from Top Rope Promotions sent word that Hall showed up to the building in the afternoon under the influence of something and was "belligerent and incoherent."
There was an autograph signing and Hall fell asleep during it and when he was awake, his signature consisted of a line, not a name.
Drew issued the following statement regarding Hall's latest episode:
"Unfortunately, Top Rope Promotions does not own the footage, the iPPV company does. And they plan on running the iPPV as planned with Scott Hall segment intact. TRP would like to issue an apology and would urge fans not to order the iPPV, as the Scott Hall footage is disturbing. He needed several people to get him in and out of the ring. And he even fell over in the ring. Please pray for the guy. We wish him the best."
Stan sent word that there was 18 minutes and 21 seconds of in-ring action on this week's episode of TNA iMPACT, down from 26 minutes and 50 seconds on last week's show.
