Than it is a relative small step with what
Ruusbroeck wrote: Vergeet uzelf, vergeet God en wees enkel Minne, Forget
yourself, forget God and be truly love.
Ruusbroeck is considered a mystic that has written texts that inspire a
lot of practitioners of zen and other meditations and religions. He lived in
the XIV century, wrote in Dutch (not Latin), lived in Groenendael and did not
know about Taiji, Taoism, and Buddhism.
This small sentence may offer an
opportunity to summarize this text.
The first chapter Taiji and economics may
be understood as practice and forget yourself, at least do not aim immediate
benefit.
The second chapter Taiji and science may be
understood as practice to forget the principles, so they become natural
within the practice.
The last chapter may be understood as
practice until ignorance, balance and harmony.
