1. maak een uitstapje met je familie of vrienden 2. ga eens gaan zwemmen 3. ga naar een jeugdbeweging want daar kun je je eens goed uitleven 4. nodig eens een vriendin uit 5. familie bezoek 6. bij mooi weer is het altijd leuk om te gaan fietsen 7. doe net als ik en maak een blog dan heb je altijd wel iets om aan te werken 8. lees een boek (in geval van nood want dat is SAAi ) 9. ga eens naar de cinema 10. uitgaan me u loverboy of lovergirl
