Yesterday and today, together with finance expert, we have been training a group of 14 finance specialists. In this two day program we have had a mix of 'content-items related to finance' and 'items linked to their manager role'. To increase their management skills, we introduced 'intervision' as learning method and did do an exercise which called the 'fish bowl'.
At the end of the program, we made a short evaluation and asked everyone to give feedback about the program. One of the remarks of the participants was "I expected during this training a lot of practical information and was not so fond of the intervision part. I have to be honest, one day later that I must confest the intervision was the best part!"
