    Zombieland 2 maakt jacht op cameo's

    Let op! Artikel bevat mogelijk spoilers.

    Na de cameo van Bill Murray in het onverwacht succesvolle Zombieland, moet er in het vervolg van Rhett Reese en Paul Wernick natuurlijk ook een nóg betere cameo komen. De geruchten gaan dan ook dat er wordt gezocht naar iemand om een ”Super Cameo” in de film te vervullen.

    Onder andere Harrison Ford, die binnenkort een revival ondergaat in Cowboys and Aliens, wordt genoemd voor de cameo. Naast hem wordt ook Anthony Hopkins genoemd als kandidaat: hij zou mogelijk zelfs als zijn bekendste personage, Hannibal Lecter, in de film spelen.

    Echter, voordat men überhaupt een cameo kan gaan casten moet er natuurlijk gekeken worden naar de hoofdrolspelers uit het origineel, oftewel: willen ze allemaal nog wel? Op dit moment heeft namelijk enkel Jesse Eisenberg, die het personage Columbus speelde, getekend voor de film.

    Natuurlijk gaat men er wel vanuit dat ook Woody Harrelson (als Tallahassee) en Emma Stone hun rol opnieuw vertolken. Zo zou in de film Tallahassee “find himself going head-to-head with a ‘hunky rival’”. Daarnaast zoekt men ook naar ”a lead villain with comedic roots”
