Joseph Gordon-Levitt toch niet in Django Unchained
 In oktober werd Joseph Gordon-Levitt genoemd voor een rol in Quentin Tarantino's anti-slavernij 'southern' Django Unchained. Het werd echter nooit honderd procent bevestigd en nu komt het jammerlijke nieuws binnen dat de acteur ervan af ziet. Dit heeft te maken met zijn aankomende regiedebuut Don Jons Addiction. Hij kan de twee projecten simpelweg niet met elkaar combineren. Zijn uitleg:

Ive been in touch with Quentin about it, and it was so cool to trust me to do this little part in his movie. I would have loved, loved to have done it. Hes one of my very favorite filmmakers, and he was really supportive of me directing and that meant the world to me.
Niet getreurd, er blijft genoeg moois over: Jamie Foxx, Leonardo DiCaprio, Chistoph Waltz, Samuel L. Jackson, Kerry Washington, Sacha Baron Cohen, Don Johnson en Kurt Russell. De film komt in Nederland op 24 januari uit.
