Home in the late afternoon so I had only time for a quick spin on the tacx Satori. Legs felt tired from last weekends hiking but I managed to get a good 20K in, with some higher difficulty towards the end.
Rain and generally unpleasant weather outside so I was glad I could stay indoors for a spin on the Hilset on the Tacx Satori. Reading a crime story by Jo Claes and listening to my favorites on Spotify I was happily spinning away. Some 30K in less than 50 minutes using a good pace and keeping my heartrate at an average of 111bpm. Legs felt fine.
A ride indoors was sheduled for today. I rode 20K to loosen up my legs after a heavy hiking weekend. My legs felt good and I could maintain a good pace..
Found some time for a bike ride this evening. Bad weather outside, wind rain and temperatures a very mild 10 degrees C. Indoors on the Tacx Satori I went for 30K . Keeping an even pace throughout the ride, upping the resistance from 2 to 3 during a couple of kilometers and then dropping it again for tha last 5K. Legs felt rested because I hadn't done serious hiking for the last couple of days - the weekend saw me cover almost 50K - and this evening ride further relaxed my muscles whilst upping the heartrate to an agree-able and comfortable 115 bpm average with a 130bpm peak.
Time for a ride on the Tacx Satori. It had been a while since I cycled and my legs were strong from a lot of hiking. Getting on the bike allows me to relax my legs and I could maintain a good pace throughout the ride. My heartrate stayed well into the safe regions. If the weather holds I might consider taking a bike ride outside this weekend.
Legs felt a bit tired after yet another 40K hiking weekend. So I decided to go for an easy spin on the Tacx Satori this evening. Went for 25K and managed to keep a steady rhythm througout the ride.
Time for a spin on the Hilset on the Tacx Satori. Found some time between all the Pokemon hunts to get on a bike this evening. Legs felt fine and I was able to maintain a good pace, building up slowly .
After a week and weekend with lots of hiking, today it was time for a spin on a bike. So I sat on the Hilset on the Tacx Satori for half an hour and let my legs do the talking. The ride went fine with a good feeling in the legs.
A very cold evening so I preferred to stay indoors. A ride on the Hilset on the Tacx Satori was the answer to the aching in my legs. I did a hike during my lunch break and my legs felt good during the ride as well. Good recuperation training which cleansed the legs from any acids remains - if any . I did 25K this time, a 5K increase to the distance over monday .
Time for a ride on the Tacx Satori. Lts of hiking as usual and my legs needed another movement . The ride went well, reading a Jo Claes book on the Kindle and listening to my favorites on Spotify the time flew past.
Time for a spin in this new year. I have been hiking a lot and today was the first opportunity to stay indoors and have a little ride on the Tacx Satori. My legs felt fine and I could maintain a good speed. I have been ill around Christmas but the illness has since long left my body, a little cough notwithstanding.
Ready for a spin on the Tacx Satori. Legs felt tired from a lot of hiking so I cycled indoors to relax them a bit. Could maintain a good pace throughout the ride. I enjoyed readin in Jo Cleas' 'De Zaak Torfs' on my Kindle and listening to my favorite tunes on Spotify

I needed a break after a week of hiking, sometimes twice a day. So I got on the Tacx Satori for a little spin. Loosening up the tense leg muscles with an alternative to hiking, cycling.
Another busy hiking week, but this morning it was too cold to go outside so I decided for a spin on the Tacx Satori. I wanted to check the accuracy of my VivoActive HR so I also wore my Garmin chest band connected to the 705 and the Jabra Pulse in my ears. Jabra and 705 gave me an average heartrate around 96bpm while the VicoActive add 10bpm to that average. Something to keep in mind when using it.
Legs felt Ok and I kept an even pace, focussing on loosening up the muscles.

Time for a ride on the rollers. I felt good and could maintain a good pace. after the ride I noticed unusually high heartrates. Might have something to do with interference from the central heating. I did not feel bad during the ride. Was scary and afterwards my heartrate still was rather high. Maybe due to the anxiety. At least the heartbeat was normal and no flutter .
After a week of a lot of walking, I found time for a quick ride on the Hilset on the Tacx Satori. Legs were spinning easily and I felt great after the ride.
